Much more expensive than other Starbucks. My drink was 30 cents more than I usually pay in the Pacific Northwest (and Chicago and Phoenix). I know that Starbucks does keep increasing prices but this is a major increase. I never need to give Starbucks a three star rating but if I have to pay thirty cents extra for my drink, I want it to be perfect. Also, if I am paying 30 cents extra every visit, that means that every fifteen visits I have paid for a coffee I did not get to drink. My coffee actually tasted ok. read more

I arrived at 6:30 a.m. and there were several locals already in their favorite chairs, greeting other locals as they entered. I got suspicious looks. As I ordered, I was shocked that the price of my regular drink had gone up by 40 cents in the last 12 hours. Whoa, what's up with that? Do they charge extra for out-of-towners? So, I asked, but the barista didn't think that prices had gone up. She did find an anomaly with her cash register (one additional shot was 70 cents, but two additional shots were $1.50). Interesting math. Down the road later in the day, I ordered from a different Starbucks with no inflated prices. Conclusion: this Starbucks just charges more than other Starbucks (and I've been to a few, probably a few too many). Think airport prices. Perhaps, taxes in Snohomish county are higher?? There's a monopoly in this area? Their cash register is possessed? Whatever. I still really liked the way that everyone seemed to know one another, and if I find myself in this area again, I'll be back even if I have to pay more. read more

I am very happy with the service received on Monday morning, Oct. 1st. Having been to many Starbucks locations, in various states, this was the best. The young man that took my order for a venti Americano was very pleasant, courteous, and respectful. He thanked me for my business, and asked if there was anything else he could do. My coffee was promptly delivered, and I sat down to enjoy it. About 15 minutes later, I got a refill, and one of your delicious "Morning Buns". Again, the young woman that took my order was equally helpful, and courteous. My drink was prepared just as I ordered, and the warmed pastry was great. I will be returning today, as I will be purchasing a bag of your decaf coffee beans to be used this evening for a get together with friends. I hope today's experience is as enjoyable. Good job! Really noisy. Since Starbucks cut the deal with Spotify they crank the music up so loud it's hard to talk in conversational tone. Lots of high schoolers and if you do work on occasion here best avoid post high school hours. Really fast internet friendly staff or else I would go elsewhere read more

I went back today and ordered a fancier drink but nothing really that fancy. I am pretty sure I confused everyone involved in the order. The somewhat not so happy looking Starbucks cashier handed me the drink and asked, "Does it taste like anything particular?" Haha If you've never had yummy Asian bubble teas or milk teas then you wouldn't know. It tastes like those: mixtures of iced black tea, coconut milk instead of water, toffee nut and raspberry syrups. Well... It is OK, but not totally up to scratch. The signage is all pictures, making it hard to know what to order. A menu would be nice, eh? The side tables are covered in crumbs, and I can tell why... In all the time I've been here no one has done a walk-through to check on things. The coffee is fine. I miss the old triangular scones that went the way of the Dodo years ago. Came in to get a tall vanilla latte and to use internet . Very disappointed that Starbucks one of the billion dollar businesses in the world cannot provide a secure WIFI network for its customers. Also prices have gone way up and I can understand with employee pay, benefits and inflation but quality has also gone way, way, way down. My vanilla latte tasted so weird. I don't know if you now need to request regular milk but I don't think they used it. Also did not taste like vanilla it was more like a chalky pasty flavor. Sorry Starbucks I want to love you but I'll have to switch my loyalty to my local small business coffee proprietor! read more

So I have had some not so great trips to Starbucks, everyone from time to time has a not so great moment it's just life. This is the third time I have stopped at this store for Coffee, and it is my last stop here for sure. Every time I have been at this store I have been ignored by the staff. They seem to be very preoccupied with other things that besides making a cup of coffee. I couldn't believe the female with green hair who had a nice little gossip session instead of working. I couldn't believe she just sat there and B.S.ed with her friends instead of working. All the while the store was filled with people trying to get serviced. Another female that looked like the manager? She was on the phone the entire time I was at the store, I was at the store for over 15 minutes and the entire time she just blah blah blah on the phone. I really hope someone looks at the security footage as I can't think this is acceptable!?! So when I finally got my coffee it was lukewarm, my egg bites were cold. What a joke if I didn't fear it would take even longer I would of asked for my stuff to be remade, I just could see myself sitting in there any longer. I would rather just cross this off my list of places I will go to. read more

Brand new Starbucks location inside Haggen's. They offer everything you'd see on a typical Starbucks menu including seasonal/featured flavors. Cold and warm food available for purchase. No seating inside... yet perhaps? Baristas provide great customer service. I'll be back for sure :) read more

What can I say? This is a typical Starbucks, so it's okay. However, this particular one seems to have very 'chatty' drive-thru servers. I am fine with an occasional 'hows in goin?', but these folks seem to get a little too personal. To the point where it's kind of uncomfortable. Plus, I have watched several times where the car in front of me gets their coffee and pays....and then sits there for a minute or more and chews the fat with the girl are the window. read more

Note: This is also a sit-down location. Starbucks is so darn consistent with just about everything that it only seems fair to say something if it's really positive or really negative. I have had 3 experiences at this particular Starbucks over about 10 visits. One was poor. Most are "typical" meaning decent. And a few were great because the staff went above and beyond. First the poor. The reason it was poor is because the barista took my "dirty" iced coffee cup, rinsed it on their high-pressure sprayer (for Frapp pitchers I believe) and then filled the same cup up again. What's the big deal? Well my germs ended up all over that vertical sprayer. How many other times did she do that? I mean this is Snohomish people, land of tobacco chewin' 4x4 drivin camo wearin' grandmas! That was a joke. Not good. I called the manager and reported it. I'm happy to say I have never seen it happen again and that they took it very seriously. Most of my other experiences have been decent. The coffee and food is typical. You know what you're going to get. The staff seems friendly for the most part and will laugh at my jokes, even if they're about tobacco chewin' grandmas. read more

Starbucks. I mean really - what's not to love! They are consistent, offer the same menu items, and essentially have the same vibe. This location often lacks the personal touch that so many Starbucks are known for. The employees talk and laugh with each other but do not offer that same energy to their customers. They are notoriously out of cake pops and scones and just seems to lack that pizzaz that makes Starbucks unique. If you head up to the Snohomish Station Starbucks, you will find what is missing. But, if you just need your regular go-to drink, this place will do the trick! read more

I am a huge Starbucks fan. But I have to say and I've traveled over quite a few States this is one of the slowest Starbucks I've ever seen. The drive-thru is incredibly slow and they do not have enough staff in the morning. I hate to give a bad rating but I feel like it's the only way to potentially let them know that they need to move a little bit faster :-). read more

4 times out of 5 Starbucks does not have the food on the menu that Id like to order. Does not matter the time of day.

I usually like Starbucks for its consistency but this particular store is terrible. Some times they're friendly sometimes they're not. I stopped ordering the vanilla sweet cream cold brew at this store because each time I ordered it, it was different; Too much cream, too little cream etc. today I ordered an iced mocha and received it with no whip cream. This store is consistently mediocre. I wish they'd fix this as they're in a very convenient spot. read more
