I was looking forward to this coffee and I realized right when I was in the middle of the freeway when I took a sip and tasted the AWFUL taste of this drink. Went to get a Hot Almond Mocha this morning 6/12/2026 and was met with a very rude and sarcastic barista who muttered under her breath "oh my gosh how does she not know how to order". As it was my first time here, I heard this and told the other staff that if she was going to talk under her breath to make sure I can't hear her. We went to get our Dutch fix and as usual there was a long line. We are used to this however the car ahead of us let a car exit the alley thinking that they were going to the street instead they cut the line. The car ahead of us yelled at them and so did I to the chagrin of my wife. The car ahead of me complained to the person taking orders however after having a conversation with the line cutter let them place their order with no consequence for their action. When it was our turn to order I asked the order taker why they let the cutter order and she snippily said they talked to them about it and the car ahead of us talked to the order taker. She apparently did not care about our complaints and walked away in a huff. Her replacement said that it was a busy day which of course it was. If you can't handle it being busy then you need to find another job. I think Dutch Bros. is forgetting how they got to where they are as there are lots of other places selling coffee. I will not be patronizing this location. There need to be consequences for those that cut in line. read more

It was my first time there. I signed up for rewards and got a free medium drink. I ordered the caramel pumpkin brulee latte. It was extremely sweet. Way too sweet for me. I went home and had half brewed coffee and half latte to cut down on sweetness. I did like the flavor, so if I got it again I would see if I could get less syrup added. The drive through is one of those that you can't leave once you enter it. There is someone standing there with a tablet who takes your order. It has a clean parking lot and is in a cozy little area on a really busy street. I ordered ahead, checked in with the tablet person and was brought my drink before I got to the window. The line here is always long but goes by really quick. That's how you know the service and drinks are good. I come here whenever I'm around downtown Everett area and usually get the vanilla latte. But this time, we wanted to try something new, the seasonal items. We got the strawberry colada lemonade slush, it was really good, very sour and sweet, refreshing for the summer. The raspberry matcha was okay, I know I shouldn't expect good quality matcha at a place like Dutch Bros but the raspberry with the matcha was a nice touch, surprisingly complimented each other well. Allie was awesome. She went above and beyond. I had two babies in my car asleep. Out here to see my daughter and her kids. Had to stop and get my DutchBros especially on sticker day. It was busy to say the least. So we all know when it's busy sometimes mistakes are made. That's normal we are all human. But the greatest thing about DutchBros is they always want to make it right for you. Huge line going down the street. I pulled up and parked and Allie was there to save the day. Hope I got her name right. She had my drink remade so fast. Well. Let's just say this shop was just amazing and the staff above and beyond. Thank you all so much. Deutsch brothers I've heard about you so many times so I had to go by and see how you were doing and see if I liked your coffee. It was quite expensive and it did not taste the way that I like it but I will say that your employee was absolutely wonderful and she seemed so pleasant, the store was clean so I recommend that i'm just not too sure why I didn't enjoy your coffee and so many people praise about it anyway maybe I'll try you again but at this point I cannot give you a five star review maybe next time but I will give your employees five star cause they were super sweet read more

This experience was a little while ago, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Firstly I LOVE Dutch it's my favorite place for drinks. Everyone is always friendly. I also like the music they play. Well on this specific day, my bfs card declined (brokie) so I went to pay (we were obviously embarrassed but I definitely have enough money for our 14 dollar drinks lol) and she noticed that we were embarrassed so she gave us the drinks for free! My boyfriend was kind enough to pick me up a drink from here along with his own on his way home a few days ago. I asked him to get me a blended blue raspberry lemonade with a sour shot and he ordered a blended rebel mojito for himself. He thought his drink tasted weird, but didn't think much of it. When he brought my drink home and I tried it, it became very clear that his drink was the one made with the lemonade and the sour shot, but with mojito flavoring, and that mine had become the rebel. Normally I wouldn't complain because mistakes happen, but I'm pregnant and unable to drink that amount of caffeine let alone I've been avoiding any form of energy drink in general so I was very disappointed to find that my drink was virtually unsafe for me to drink. read more

I've gone to Dutch bros 3 times and they've gotten my order wrong all 3 times. The first two times, the person in the window was literally flirting with my husband right in front of me (so not listening to my order at all), and the third time was today. I want to give this girl the benefit of the doubt because my husband was kind of mumbling but she confirmed the order twice and she asked if I wanted a mocha or a breve. I ordered a mocha, so I said mocha.. I literally get a white chocolate mocha, with white coffee. It's not a hard order, I used to work in coffee, it's the exact same process but with white coffee and white chocolate. But I got regular chocolate. How is it this hard to get my order right. So a few months ago, we finally tried Dutch Bros for the first time. We've probably gone weeks ever since. We were never the type to go to Starbucks all the time but I can safely say I'll be a Dutch Bros fan for life. Their drinks are SO GOOD! The coffee is so creamy and tastes much better than Starbucks (sorry not sorry). Our go to coffees are the Cocomo and the annihilator. I've also been on a Nitro Cold Brew kick lately. Besides coffee, we love getting their sodas and I especially love their hot chocolate. Literally all of the employees at this location are so nice. They ask us how we are or what our plans are nearly every visit. Even though it's just small talk, it's still nice to have a quick convo. We've also gotten stickers a few times. Who doesn't love stickers?? 15/10 go to Dutch Bros. read more

I am 100% convinced that Dutch Bros puts something in their drinks that is addictive and forces you to return at an alarming rate. Seriously, I mostly just order frozen blended strawberry lemonades here, and I literally crave them within days of consuming one. The coffee is honestly just meh; it's really the iced drinks that are amazing here. It took me a few trips to realize that the names indicate flavors and whether or not they had energy drinks mixed in or not. When I'm in the mood for a warm drink, I'll opt for a vanilla breve. It hits the spot but obviously isn't anything unique when it comes to coffee. The folks here are always over-the-top friendly and accommodating. My toddler essentially wants whipped cream, so he gets a dog cupaccino (sans dog treat) for free. The people working here always make a point of asking how your day is going, or what you're up to - and they will do this even with a line of cars stretching down the street. Prices are reasonable, and they have punch cards, where they highlight double or triple points on certain dates. The sizes are enormous here. I have a hard time finishing a medium without feeling full! My only complaint is that this location seems to be the closest to me. I come all the way from Seattle! This place is super inconsistent! It started off great with freindly consistent service . As of lately the customer service seems extra fake and the drinks are way overpriced now . Decided to drive up today . Maybe today was not a good day Drivers can't follow directions " DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS" seemed to be the theme today causing backups and a lot of horn honking Placed our order with order taker and was kind to repeat the order back . Fast forward 15 minutes getting to pick up window with loud blasting music inside , our order was Completely wrong . I had to tell guy in purple shirt this not the drink I ordered. After having to show him the drink ingredients on my phone it was still made wrong . The only drink they got right was a pup cup!!! Sweet nectar of the gods! My favorite coffee around for sure, though I'm pretty basic when it comes to coffee. I like it sweet and creamy and the kicker delivers on that. The staff here are always super friendly without coming off as fake or ingenuine. They are also really fast even at peak hours and the coffee is always on point. This Dutch feature a private parking lot, a walk up window, and one drive up window. Unusual for a Dutch layout, but it works well and is great for the summer. read more

I got hooked onto Dutch about 2 years ago. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I don't have one too close to me, this location in Everett is the closest. I try to stop by when I'm in the area every few weeks when I have the time to. The service is always great, and I know that they are known for being sociable and friendly. I feel though sometimes when there's a line going out the lot and down the street, they should be more cognizant of that. There are many ways to end a conversation and still be friendly. Several weeks ago, the gal was chatting with the car in front for 3-5 mins. I thought they were waiting for another drink to be made. Nope, they were just chatting. I'm not going to stop coming to this location, I just know that if it's busy to just try to be patient, and never come when I'm on a time crunch to be some where. read more

The kids love it because it's not a "normal" coffee stand (we are from Bham and do not have a Dutch Bros ). They are definitely a treat coffee stand with a huge menu.
