This place is 1 of the top 3 places of where to get coffee ever. I know everyone has their taste and preference when it comes to coffee, but they have not disappointed me yet here. Yes I am local and no I am not biased. I will give my local business a 1 star without hesitation due to bad service and bad ambiance in a heartbeat. It is a stand, and from what I can see they keep their equipment clean. The folks that work here are always super nice and friendly. I have not had much food here, but they get to serve excellent pretzel dogs and the cookies are delicious. The most important part is the coffee. My usual here is the dirty chai latte or the caramel macchiato layered. Coffee is nice and dark roasted tasting which is my preference and I usually get an extra shot. For those who do not enjoy a dark roast they have white coffee as well. read more

If you want fast and friendly service keep driving. Stopped in 5/10 3:20pm one car ahead of us at the time. We waited 20 min while the lady made the cars drinks ahead of us, in the meantime a car pulled up on the others side. Finally was able to place our order after she made all the drinks for the car on the other side. asked for no cream or whip twice what did we get? cream and whip then we waited another 5 minutes for her to correct her mistake then she slams the drink in my moms hand and screams at us and slams the window.. Lady if you cannot handle making 8 drinks at a time and treat your customers kindly you should find another career. shame on you. read more

One of the best white chocolate mochas I've had but like others have said, the girls are still not wearing masks this far into the pandemic. I didn't see them using hand sanitizer either. I took the risk because I was thirsty and my drink was great but can you guys please act like there is a pandemic happening? You're not 6 ft away from people just because there's your walls and a car door apart from you guys. The windows are open all the time, you lean out to talk to your guests, so why are you grown ladies not protecting yourselves, your families and your customers? Throughout writing this review I went from a 4 start to start to a 2 star as my irritation with the maskless workers grows while writing this. Excellent coffee. Usually stop by on our way to Leavenworth. But today we stopped by, and nobody was wearing a mask... Love this place my wife and I go here all the time and get the "Espresso milk shake". It is by far the best milk shake I've had since moving to Washington. Moved here about 5 years ago and lived in Sultan originally. I was very disappointed when I moved out of town and tried several different coffee stand milk shakes. After having a horrendous experience down the street at a separate stand, we came here and got: 1. White chocolate americano with 2" of almond milk. 2. White chocolate white coffee raspberry americano w/ cream. Both came out delicious and absolutely were exactly what we needed after a LONG day. No masks, because "their boss doesn't make it mandatory." They must be lucky enough to not have had any relatives die from COVID yet- suck it up and let's do this for each other. We could have had this nipped back in the spring if people would have just followed basic health advice. I have no idea how the coffee is, when I waited in line only to see they weren't wearing masks I kept on driving. Who knows what other hygiene standards they might be selectively ignoring? read more

They definitely know how to make great coffee and Italian soda. They're a bit pricier then the other nearby stands, but their coffee is a lot better! They have two drive up windows so things move fairly well. The only exception is when certain girls chat up the customers a little longer then necessary :) read more

Best coffee in the valley. My favorite lady, (blonde hair, maybe late 20's, thin and very talkative and friendly, usually works weekend mornings) is ALWAYS on point. Only took a couple visits for her to know me and my usual order. And she always has a smile and ready to please her customers. I've only had one bad experience when my bagel dog wasn't cooked thoroughly and I called and they immediately made it right the next morning! This place has very good coffe. The girls are very nice too. The owner is one of the biggest bi$%^$# I have ever met in my life. I get the same drink every day, sometimes 2 times per day and everyone knows what I drink.The only question is what size. I was there one day and I told her I wanted a larger drink this particular day as she in the past has always known what coffee I order. She asked me if I want 1 shot or 2 and I said one. She then rambled off a 45 second list of all kinds of other options and I honestly did not hear what she said, I thought she only wanted to know if I wanted one shot or 2 of espresso. I told her just one shot. She then made me a different drink that I have never had in my life. I am sure it was a total misunderstanding. I understand that. I simply asked her to remake the drink to what I normally order. She went ballistic on me and tore me to shreds verbally about how she said this and that and tried to make me feel bad and blame me for her making me the wrong drink. I was shocked so I just said "well it doesn't matter, I would just like the drink I normally get. She was very pissed off, but went ahead and made it. Then, she told me she would have to charge me another 80 cents to which I said, "sure," and gave her my credit card. Then, she said it would cost her another $2.00 to swip my card for the credit card charges and asked me if I had another dollar in cash. I did not have an extra dollar. She was very mad and swiped my card anyway for that 80 extra cents. I got my credit card back, got my drink and she verbally attacked me again telling me how she told me this and told me that and was just shreiking at me. Before I left, I told her it didn't matter, it was just a misunderstanding and I told her she was one of the meanest people I have ever met. This woman was getting $140- $160 a month from me. She has lost a good customer. Since then I have taken my business to the other local coffee houses in the area and I am speaking to other customers and I am hearing other stories of people leaving the Coffee Box due to the rude owner. This is not the first time I have put up with her rude attitude. I see her intimidating and yelling at her employees as well. Now I know everyone has a bad day, but this is over the top. I am so done with this place. Customer service is of utmost importance in any business you go to. She launched a huge aggressive attack on me over a misunderstanding of a drink. I am glad I kept calm and did not let her drag me into her nasty world. read more
