They have a nice seating area, and I felt like I was in the middle of a forest. It was so serene and relaxing. As much as I wanted to try one of their lattes, I had to stop myself because I had just finished a latte from a coffee shop in Seattle. Instead, I bought a bag of Tim's Cascade Secret Sauce Potato Chips. I was shocked when the total came out to almost $9. It was definitely pricey, but I'd never had those chips before, and they were so good. I haven't been able to find them anywhere back home in Los Angeles.

The sausage was actually spicy, not just a mild black pepper kind of American European spicy, but a real deal spicy. I loved it! Staffs in the bakery were very friendly and attentive too. I'm glad I got to support such a lovely local business. This place is a solid one.

I had a dream last night about Let's Go Espresso, and decided that 1) I needed to go get some coffee as soon as it opened and 2) post a review about this lovely red shack of happiness. Rain or shine, or heaping piles of snow, there it is by the side of the road, window steamed up, coffee smells emerging, just like the little caboose that could, if the little caboose could make delicious coffee. Why do I love it so much? It's close to home, has an easy drive in drive out arrangement, the coffee is as good as can be, every barista is awesome, it is a picturesque landmark, it is totally unpretentious, and just plain cheerful and good. I've had 200+ cups of jo here and I can conscientiously endorse their latte, macchiato, cappuccino, mocha, and good old drip coffee. Everything comes with a smile, a howdy, and a wonderful down home sense of local realness. read more
