Wait time was quick. Quality of drink tasty. Outside was clean. Inside was beautiful. Workers were friendly. My quad caramel macchiato with vanilla cold foam is my go to drink and it was made perfect just the I like it. I also asked for my plain bagel to be extra toasted with crème cheese and it was done by my request. One negative thing I must say was being questioned if I bought something when I asked for a grande iced water to go after I had already spent 30 minutes inside and walked by to use the restroom. I get you see a lot of people here and there but I was dressed presentable and well groomed and to be asked as if I spent money on this establishment. Was working in the area and needed to use the restroom and also grab a refreshing drink. This Starbucks is the most interesting one I've been to. It looks like it used to either be a bank or a car wash and somehow they converted it to a coffee shop. There's a nice outdoor seating area and inside it's spacious with high ceilings and room to work and plug in your laptop. The drive-thru is in a tunnel. If anything, I'd suggest visiting it for the experience. Service was great and fast and staff were all lovely. read more

The staff here are extremely rude and provide the worst service. For people working at Starbucks earning minimum wage, you'd think they would at least try to do their jobs properly -- instead, they act like customers are a burden. I won't be coming back to this location again. This morning I just had a terrible experience at this drive through Starbucks location. The line was very long, and after finally reaching the window, I ordered a hot drink and some food -- specifically a grande caramel macchiato and a breakfast item. The drink was filled way too full, and they didn't give me a stopper -- it spilled on my pants and all over the car. The woman at the window was rude and gave me attitude when I asked for a stopper and some napkins. On top of that, she didn't give me the food I ordered. I had to park my car, go inside, and ask for it myself. No one apologized. My food was just sitting in the container, and they handed it to me like I was bothering them. The employees here provide the worst service despite being paid minimum wage to do a basic job. The store manager should consider replacing them with people who have common sense and a basic understanding of customer service. read more

We don't usually go looking for Starbucks, let alone many other businesses on the eastern side of Simi, but we were heading to the Valley last weekend, and this location was handy. We had some time to wait for timing of meeting friends, and this fit our needs perfectly. Dear Hubby mentioned that it looked like a former bank building. That was confirmed by a staff member, and by other Yelpers. They kept the roofline so that the drive-thru is covered on both sides of the building. The cashier said that the front patio area used to be part of the large indoor lobby. They definitely got creative with the overall space. Large leafy graphics are painted on the inside of the drive-thru walls, which adds some visual interest to the outdoor space. In addition to the normal outdoor tables and chairs, there's also a round seating area for a more cozy gathering space. The cashier was very welcoming. A couple of nit-picky things that happened. I am following a dairy free diet, so we decided to try the Apple Crisp Oat Milk seasonal beverage made without coffee. Even though I mentioned non-dairy ingredients, they forgot and put whipped cream on top, so had to remake the drink. Also, the outdoor tables don't seem to get cleaned by the staff. I had ordered an ice water, so was able to use some of the water and napkins to wash down the table we picked. There were only a couple of tables free, and they all had crumbs and sticky rings from previous guests' drinks. We enjoyed their seasonal pumpkin bread for a snack. It was very fresh, and lightly warmed make it perfect to tide us over till dinner. If we lived in the area, this could be our go-to spot. read more

Honestly this is long overdue but this is hands down the best Starbucks. The customer service and quality is amazing. Most importantly the staff here is incredible especially Will! Every day I walk Ziggy here and have my coffee outside and they all make sure even he is taken care of with water. The employees at this store are just beyond caring and display the best customer service I've ever experienced at any business. Shoutout to Will and everyone who works here!! I have never ever complained about service in my life but the way the barista Rachel was talking to me was unacceptable. As soon as I got to the window her demeanor was off putting and rude. I also asked for a venti and she made a grande. I said light ice and when I receive my order the cup was half ice. Our new Starbucks is open! They took the old vacant US Bank building, completely gutted the interior but kept the outer shell so that most of the drive thru is covered which will be great on those very few days that it rains and built a nice size cafe in the center. I love studying at this starbucks. Such a nice lovely warm environment with friendly employees who interact with all customers. Shout out to Alex, makes me feel like i'm at home with his positive energy and attitude. This starbucks is very peaceful where drinks are made to perfection. Last thing I'd like to mention is that this is by far the cleanest starbucks location I have ever been too! 4 stars for friendly service and a place to sit and work (there's a bar with 4 seats that worked for me in a pinch, but I wouldn't recommend it as a great place to work...cause it's in a grocery store). This Starbucks has got to be my favorite location in ALL of Simi. It has the most friendliest baristas. They are always so energetic from early AM to late PM. They know your name AND drink before you even order. Extremely personable team. They keep this store super clean and always stocked with ingredients and merchandise. They have a Instagram account that the keep up rather frequent that gives starbucks updates and cute pictures of what is happening in the store. This store does happen to get super crowded in the morning but they seem to have a great system down to make orders go super quick. read more

I don't know what the problem was, but the lady this morning had an attitude when making drinks. The nice young man took our order correctly on the cups. She took both cups and dropped them and had to rewrite the order on them, but she messed the orders up. She put regular milk in our drinks when we asked for oat substitute, which caused both of us to have severe lactose reactions. Then she forgot to put the pumps of flavor in so she did it hastily and the drink had no flavor at all. read more

Stopped by this Starbucks to get a refreshing drink after our long hike nearby. Good service, always fast at taking orders and getting them out. Just today (4/4) was my birthday, and I tried to order something using my bday reward. We said at the order kiosk in the drive-thru, and the person working said we could use it when we pulled up. As we tried to say we were using the Bday reward, she cut us off and just scanned my phone without letting finish our sentence and sent us on our way. I get they are busy, and they just need to get people through the line, but it was disappointing to be cut off and destroy my only opportunity that day to use my reward, since the Bday reward only works same day and I was going to be busy that day. So, good service, good drinks, fast, but maybe a little too fast and don't let customers speak. read more
