This honestly is my favorite Starbucks since I've moved here! They are fast and friendly and drive through is always so great! This location has the green parrots hangout in palm trees !! Today was a beautiful day for an iced almond milk mocha Shaken espresso!! The drive through is easy to get out of in Seminole and right across from Burlington and sprouts! Also if you need a pick me up before the gym that is close by too!! They have gender neutral bathrooms and my drinks are always correct and my son loves the cake pops here too! And while you are there don't forget the whip cream for you dogs! Also they have free wifi here too! And don't forget to grab some espresso beans for home! read more

Sub par Starbucks, their drinks are always watered down or diluted. Pick another Starbucks as this one will not make you a good drink.

My drink is always usually really good or really bad. Today, not so great. I've been ordering the shaken espresso with oat before it was even a menu item so I know exactly how it's supposed to taste & look, if made correctly. I'm pretty sure they forgot to add the espresso, as it tastes like straight milk. However, the staff is always extremely sweet & keep the drive thru line moving quickly. read more

I've visited this location on a few occasions and various times of the day. I've never visited and received prompt service, it's always an extraordinarily long wait for basic items. I visit the other Seminole location off of Bryan Dairy and receive outstanding service. I don't know what it is about this specific location but I hope they improve it soon or many people like meal just visit other Starbucks in the area read more

Mobile ordered drink at 10:43. Gave me an estimated time of 10:53. Drink received at 11:00. I felt as if drive thru would have been faster, ie, they get their drinks sooner. Defeats the purpose of a mobile order. Complaint to corporate management, mobile app should not give an estimated time if it's inaccurate. Defeats purpose of an estimated time. They should adjust the estimated time based on projected wait times, especially during high volumes. It's wildly counterintuitive to use the mobile app. I would not mobile order at any Starbucks location again. Reflects poorly on baristas. They should not offer mobile orders at this overcrowded location. In my opinion the whole point of ordering in advance on a mobile app is to have it ready at the estimated time. App developers should remove the estimated time rather than show an inaccurate one. read more

Love this Starbucks. The drinks are usual Starbucks fare, but the employees here make the difference. All of the employees are extremely friendly, shout out to Lindsey, Ben, and Jordan. Fast drive thru, and mobile orders are ready on time. No complaints! read more

Most of the time there is someone friendly, efficient and aware of the customer at this location but not today. I have been at Starbucks everyday of my life for probably 5 years and things have changed. No longer do they wear the uniforms, allow you to choose at the customer station which cream/milk you want in your coffee (self serve) and no longer do they feel necessary to give impeccable and friendly service. Love the coffee, love being able to sit and work in a nice environment but starting to lose interest in asking for milk versus getting it for myself and waiting for pleasantries. Today I waited 5 minutes (long for Starbucks to be acknowledged) and another 5 minutes (with no one waiting) to have a basic ice coffee made with equal and milk that I had to ask for.... Asked for a Light low calorie beverage and was told they didn't have it... they didn't even offer to make a beverage with half the flavor or attempt making a low calorie beverage for me, so the rest of my family got their coffee while I couldn't enjoy anything. read more

Brand new. Clean and airy facility. Nice employees, although slow and still learning. I've had my order messed up, my payment screwed up, and been charged for my "free" drink. I get it. Kinks need to be worked out, and since this store is in a plaza that caters more to drive thru customers than counter ones it is a good training ground. I'll check back since we have music lessons nearby. read more

I came here excited for my breakfast bakery item but unfortunately they were out of my first two options so I decided not to get anything to eat and just enjoy my drink. The woman at the window was very apologetic about not having the items I wanted and let me know when they would be back in stock and even gave me my drink for free! New location. Service was quick and friendly. Food and coffee were as expected from Starbucks

Normally starbucks service and selections are always top notch however this morning at this location my coffee was only a 3rd of the way full and my breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle..... I've never had bad food or coffee at Starbucks for the premium price for thier products the items should always be exemplary. Someone was in a big hurry and cut corners. I am a huge Starbucks fan and was thrilled to see that this one was built right between my gym and my home! I went to get coffee the first day they were open and have been back several times since. I was disappointed on my first visit to discover that the employees were not as friendly as all the other Starbucks that I have been to. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since they had just opened and were possibly unfamiliar with the store. Unfortunately, this unfriendliness has not changed on any of my return visits. Until now, the quality was just as good as any Starbucks so I just overlooked the unfriendliness, but today something happened that forced me to write this review. Today I ordered a latte Macchiato with an extra shot. I told the cashier my name, she wrote it on the cup, and I went to wait for my drink. Christin the barista, called my name when it was ready and announced my drink but it was not what I ordered. I politely asked, "what did you say"? She did not reply, and my partner said he couldn't hear her either. I leaned in and asked again politely "excuse me Miss, what did you say?" She looked at me and impatiently and said the name of the drink again which I still did not understand. I smiled and said "well that's my name but that's not what I ordered". To which she replied petulantly "well then I guess it's not yours". She then condescendingly proceeded to explain to me the difference between what I had ordered and what she had made. So I replied again politely "well you can understand my confusion since that is my name and there's no one else here waiting". She snapped "yes of course". Nothing else was said, she went about her business, and then after about two minutes took the mistake drink and threw it away. In reality, she had made an error and was making me a new drink. Shortly after, she gave me the correct drink and said barked "here you go" I'm not sure why, but for some reason the management of this Starbucks tolerates unfriendliness and bad service. This Starbucks is conveniently located for me so I will continue to go there, but I will recommend that you be ready to be treated poorly when you get your coffee. June 24, 2016 Since the above review, I have returned to this Starbucks locations two or three times and I am happy to report that things have really changed! It seems like they have really gotten their act together, and the attitude is friendly and welcoming amongst the employees. Maybe it just took a little time for the new store employees to settle in, but whatever the reason, things are much better there now. I recommend this location as I would any other Starbucks location. read more

I have been in many Starbucks across the nation and Europe, never have I been charged extra for steamed heavy cream in my coffee. I was charged at this location and Alyson informed me that it was due to labor cost. We are now sitting at a different Starbucks location drinking steamed whipped cream in our coffee, we were not charged for the steamed cream. I spoke with the district manager, she was very nice but never addressed the issue, but gave me some free drinks. My problem is I assume any story owned by Starbucks would have the same practices. P.S. when we returned to this location for the free drinks it was obvious someone had spoken to the staff but we were still charged for steam cream. read more
