I've only been to this Starbucks locations a handful of times. My first instance was a bit of a lackluster experience-- two poor pumpkin spice lattes with poor service times. Subsequent trips were a complete 180 however- great service, good coffee + matcha lattes, and the egg white bites are delicious. This location is also fairly decently sized and open, so definitely a nice place to work or have a coffee date. read more

Popped in for a drink and a seat, this is at the Plaza at Harmon Meadows, the parking situation in the lot can be a little crazy, some kid dinged my car door while I was there... sigh. Anyway, that's not on Starbucks so much as the kid. Anyway, inside they were talking among themselves before noticing I was standing there to order and hurriedly went to catch up. While traveling last week, I ended up staying in this area. My sister and I don't care for staying all day at our hotel, so we took our work to the local Starbucks. The crew there welcomed us on day one of our visit. Brian, Monica, Gigi and the entire cast of partners were amazing. Their drinks were spot on with each fill, they kept the location clean and friendly. Our first day there, was going to be our only day. But the crew was so inspiring that we returned during all of our free time. Making friends, enjoying drinks, food and finished writing my first book. Becoming my favorite Starbucks! Employees at this location were very friendly upbeat and efficient. They kept all the areas very clean in everyone wore masks. I opted for the new pistachio latte flavor in my flat white, and it was very good. When the guy offered to cover my purchase with my points, I realised later that I should've used a few of my points that were expiring to buy the drip coffee for my BF. Very rude at this location unfortunately. As a former Starbucks partner for 6+ years it always pains me to see horrible customer service like that. I come in plenty of mornings (not a one off) and they act like it's a crime to politely ask the status of your order you ordered 25 mins ago via mobile. This location isn't the best I've been to, but it seems unfair to give it 2 stars. Once I saw a new Frap from the Starbucks facebook page and ordered it and the barista had no idea what I was talking about. That's probably more of a miscommunication in the company chain. Today for the first time ever my order was totally wrong (an iced latte instead of a frappacino...I even checked my receipt and it was correct.) The guy making drinks was barking them out and didn't say any sorry for messing it up but I suppose when it's crowded and only one person making drinks, I can see it getting frustrated. The cashier was friendly Other locations have more comfortable seating, but it doesn't matter as if you go in middle of the day it's just filled with people on their laptops for who knows how long a day. By far the worst Starbucks location ever! My developmentally disabled family member accidentally took the wrong drink order. When I brought it to the girl's attention making the drinks, (who never once yelled out anyone's name upon completion of their drinks), she got very irate. She snapped at me in a totally inappropriate tone, "BRING UP THOSE DRINKS!" So I did, thinking she has to see which ones they were to remake them. But she just threw them away with a nasty face, and cursed under her breath. Like, if he's already accidentally drunk part of it, why would you do that? I was ready to pay for them. I could have just let her fall into a pit of mass confusion about why her order was half gone and silently watch her lose her s--t being completely in the weeds. But I didn't. And here she was, CASTIGATING my poor brother! I said, "EXCUSE ME BUT HE IS DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED! How dare you treat someone like that when I am here to help you!" Then she tried to deny that she was nasty about it, and outright argued with me in front of A LOT of customers. "Are you actually arguing with me now??! Isn't bad enough that you got mad about my brother who is disabled but now you are arguing with a customer??!" I'm not sure if she felt empowered to act that way because there was a racial problem between us, or not. I only know that there were ZERO white people at this location, no Asians, and I noticed this after the fact; when the manager came up to ask her what happened she began to deny, deny until I stuck my head in to say "My developmentally disabled brother accidentally took the wrong drink order and she was very rude and nasty about it, then argued with me about it." No way was I letting her get off discriminating against my disabled brother. I worked as a waitress and bartender for over 20 years. NEVER IN MY LIFE have I witnessed such outrageous behavior in front of management and customers, who never once did a thing to correct her. Never did I receive an apology or acknowledgment that something very wrong occurred. I guess discrimination only happens to some people and not others?? Don't go to this Starbucks, especially if you have a disabled family member or even a small child who might interrupt the drink person's flow, and that is the drink person's and the management's only care. Because they will discriminate and not ever be held accountable. Pay attention to the amount of one star reviews. This place has issues, and by the looks of things, they're not getting fixed anytime soon. read more

For a chain coffee shop, maybe there is not much to say about the drinks and the food, but the shop itself is always kept clean, never too crowded and most importantly unlike some other Starbucks locations, each and every person working here is kind, nice and friendly. I usually order online using the Starbucks app. I get impatient and hate waiting in any sort of line here. Also, I find the service to be particularly slow. Stopped going to Starbucks regularly after being in Asia for two years and lost my SBux gold card status, however just got a decent size gift card and they also got a free upgrade promotion in December so decided to load the app once again, stop by and get a hot drink with it. On the road and want to get a good night sleep, so I opted in for a cup of hot chocolate, I don't want it to be too sweet so I asked for a tall size and serves it in a venti size and mix it with hot water, turned out perfect sweetness for me. Traveling here for work & I had the worst experience I've ever had at any Starbucks. The young lady rung up my Venti Dragonfruit Refresher with lemonade with no problem but when it came to my Venti Caramel Spice my experience went down hill. I watched her ring up a Apple Crisp Machiato & I corrected her because that wasn't what I was asking for her manager stepped in to correct my drink. The young lady making my drinks was super sweet once I got my drink I noticed I received a grande & not a venti which is what I asked & intended to pay for. I brought it to the managers attention & instead of her offering a coupon for correcting the issue she instructed me to pay for a venti & wait for another drink which wasn't ideal when I gave clear instructions on both of my drinks. I've been to more than a handful of Starbucks locations and they've always been decent at best. It's like they'll be inspired to excel in one area and forget the others. You can't have it all. Which, hey, I get (!) because it's not a cute coffee shop run by locals. It's... Starbucks. However, I really like this one. They're on top of everything in regards to COVID protocols. They're quick and efficient no matter how busy it is! The outdoor seating is ample as well which I really am grateful for on these final Summer days. The only reason a star was knocked off is because they're often sold out of the bakery items and most of the savory/cafe options never seem fresh (which might not be their fault but I'm not sure). Typical problems as all Starbucks seem to have with people tying up the seating area for long periods of time (several hours) so it makes it very difficult to find a seat.
