I love the staff here. Andrew and Suki are the best! They tap into community and respect artists and small creators. Their smash burger is incredible and their coffee is always made with so much love. The place looks like a young adults apartment full of knickknacks and local art. They host different types of community nights! Always a vibe

I felt like an unwelcome visitor in someone's unkept home. While an array of Knick knacks and mismatching furniture can look eclectic and remind you of your grandparents house, this place just looked like a mess. Furniture was uncomfortable to sit on, the random coffee table on the side, along with the office space, just took up unnecessary space. Our coffee was served in Anthropologie Christmas mugs, an americano and a latte. The americano was fine, the latte was absolutely not. It was half foam. Our sandwiches were dry, and definitely not worth the $8. The barista didn't bother to clean a table, though there is an area for patrons to put their dirty dishes, they didn't see it as it is a little inconspicuous. Instead he sat in his office while a patron notified him that he was going to be sitting there while the customer bused it himself.

Very cute local coffee place. We ordered a hot vanilla oat latte and a chai latte. To be honest, their drinks were lack luster and the coffee itself wasn't the best tasting. There is a good amount indoor seating but the cafe is filled with a lot of random and eclectic items. One positive is they have a nice book sections for young kids to read and beautiful artwork on display. They only have street parking and due to being located on a Main Street and in a residential area, parking can be a very big challenge.

COVID precautions - walk in for take out only. No sitting. The barista here was so chill and made a beautiful mocha. A lot of pastries made by the owner. I got a palmier which was fine. Wish I could have seen this place in full potential - it's a nice space! Warm and inviting.

Came by here on a Saturday morning for a quick snack and a coffee. Mostly empty inside with only one table outside with two chairs. Decided on the Latte ($4) to go along with a Blueberry Muffin ($3ish?). Coffee is your standard fare - good balance between the bitter coffee and the milk. Blueberry Muffin was on the stale side - cold to the touch and not much flavor overall. Worried about the COVID protocols here - one customer didn't have their mask on inside, which was negligible. However, he soon came behind the counter to get some items (still without mask), then went back to his seat inside (seems like he is an employee). Considering that, would be wary on a second visit.

I was visiting a friend in West New York recently and grabbed a coffee here for the first time. It was such a good latte, I came back the next day for another. The cafe itself is cool with lots of little boutique things to buy. Very friendly staff too.

I been following Ispresso for the longest on my instagram and finally had a chance to go check them out. Thankfully it wasn't packed so I was able to choose where I wanted to sit. It is furnished in a very unique way that makes it its own so I really appreciated the vibes. The lady at the counter was nice but I forgot to get her name. I ended up getting the caramel late which was delicious! They designed a little leaf on it which came out really nice lol I went to KUPPI in Edgewater and they butchered the foam designs lol My only is it was hot. Lol I know it wasn't that warm out but drinking coffee makes you hot and start sweating especially if there isn't any AC and that made me want to leave a little faster just so I can get some air and cool down. But other than that it was cool. ----------------------------- 06/2019 I am back after about 6 months. Tried this amazing refreshing drink. Andrew is still great. This will be my go to spot when meeting with my clients. ----------------------------- 03/21/2020 At this point this is one of my favorite coffee shops around. I've also met Andrews wife Suki who is also owner of the shop and she is just as great! ---------- For everything Union City. Follow @UnionCity.NJ_Living on Instagram

Coffee is good, service is friendly. Cool local cafe, very casual. Sandwiches are pretty tasty and if you get the prosciutto one they use the good kind (on the drier side). Coffee is robust and packs a wallop, had mine black with no sugar and a squirt of foam. Very tasty. Parking in the area is a pain. Lived in Hudson County my whole life; not really a shocker.

This place deserves a 4 star for sure. We ordered chai latte ( one of the best I have had so far) - 4$ only, cafe latte ( decent) - 3.5$ and the coffee cake ( good and spongy - 3.5$ ) The reason I am giving it a star less is because the barista was rude. She packed our coffee cake, without even asking if we want to be seated. Also she was quite rude in general. I am also attaching a picture of her. She was giving us looks as we had a toddler who was playing around, which was making us uncomfortable.

There was only one other family dining, and the space stayed empty the entire time. The service was genuinely great. Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, and a really cute, cozy space. I especially loved the Christmas décor and overall vibe--it felt warm and inviting. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to the prices. The house salad was $13 and honestly one of the most basic, smallest, and most boring salads I've ever had--very underwhelming for the cost. We also ordered quesadillas, a cheeseburger with fries, and grilled cheese with tomato soup. My son enjoyed the burger and fries, and the quesadillas were flavorful, generously filled with chicken and veggies, and came with sour cream, pico, and guac. The tomato soup was tasty, while the grilled cheese was just okay. One small but appreciated detail: canned soda. Cold, crisp, and not flat which is always a win. Lunch for 3 came in just under $100, which felt high given what we received. One frustration was being seated in a tight corner right next to the kitchen even though the dining room was completely empty. We were so close I could literally see into the kitchen and count items on the shelves. On top of that, the hostess repeatedly walked by calling out "corner," which became distracting and honestly a bit irritating. Overall, I liked the vibe, but the food-to-price ratio missed the mark for me. It wasn't bad--just alright.

I had also been glad to see that they had a reasonable amount of seating; Hoboken has no shortage of coffeeshops, but few of them have comfortable seating options. At that first visit, I had ordered a Golden Latte, which I had enjoyed, but found very overpriced for a small takeout cup. So, I had not rushed back there for a while. However, I recently met a friend for coffee and found my giant, dine-in mug of cappuccino with almond milk reasonable at its ~$6.50 cost. My drink was creamy, rich, and delicious. I was also thrilled that we were able to get a table on a Saturday afternoon, though we both found the service inconsistent, as it went from overbearing to avoidant. However, it was still friendly and not something that would prevent me from returning. Overall, Bluestone Lane's cozy cafe atmosphere and tasty beverages made it a great place to grab a brew. I also need to try some of their food items, especially their avocado toast, which I have heard is fantastic.
