Looking for a different brunch spot in West New York and came upon this restaurant. It looks like a…read moresmall space in the front but it has more seating in tbe back and a small garden area where you can also dine in. Decor was nicely done. Menu options were different, I actually love it. We were seated immediately without reservations on a Saturday morning. We ordered the weekend brunch menu specials- potato with smoked salmon and the burger special. Both were delicious and flavorful! Parking-? there's municipal parking lot just a block away. Definitely my new fave spot in West New York, NJ!

I half want to not write this because I don't want the place to be crowded - so my spouse and I can always get a seat easily - but this place is too great to not continuing sharing. Shout out always to Will - manages this place with the utmost service and care for its customers. Food: 1. Huevos rancheros with chorizos 2. Crispy bird chicken sandwich The eggs and verde [green] sauce was fantastic. The chorizos were not salty or oily - just perfect. My wife loved her Burger. Inside is multiple chicken tender pieces and the flavor was fantastic. We felt fulfilled - with leftovers - satisfied beyond doubt - and not bloated. End of updated review [Second time coming]: Highly recommend - and they are opening up the back for OUTDOOr Seating in 2-3 weeks! Highly recommend to come. Will remembered us and again provided us a desert on the house.

The owner made me a latte with a double shot, sweetened with maple syrup and that was one of the best lattes I have had in a long time (wish the cup was slightly larger) haha. I went in that day hoping to get the kimbap, but they only have that on Saturdays. What did I do? Head back on Saturday morning for two orders of kimbap. And guess what? It was my first time even having it, but I knew from photos I needed to have it and would really enjoy it. The first day I went, I had the croissant bulgogi sandwich that has bulgogi, eggs, arugula, chili spread and then it's pressed! It is very good! Paired with my perfect latte and I was for sure going back the next day! The next day, my latte (still the same order) was not the best, but I am aware that it is really in the hands of the barista haha! I got the bulgogi kimbap and the tuna kimbap and it was really good! The sauce that is paired with them was great. I liked the bulgogi kimbap much better, but I am glad I was able to try two different kinds as my first experience. Def can't wait to go back to this place!

I was feeling a bit under the weather and needed a good coffee to soothe me and give me some energy. My Latte w Lavender Syrup was so delicious and well made. The espresso was pulled well, it was creamy, and balanced overall. Luckily, we came on a Saturday and were able to try their Saturday special - Kimbap! We got the Bulgogi Kimbap which was made fresh with an assortment of traditional ingredients from vegetables to egg to carrots to pickled radish and more. It was served with their house-made soy sauce which was lighter and more fragrant, almost like a vinaigrette. It was savory, tangy, and grew on me with each bite. I usually have this with gochujang or a spicy mayo sauce but this was refreshing. All in all, great try! I will absolutely be back.

I have fine memories of walking through the streets of Recoleta and Palermo at night in search of a quality alfajore, or mornings started with a dulce-filled medialuna and a coffee. This very good Argentine bakery took me back to those days, with a delicious chocolate-encased alfajore paired with a cortado and a crispy churro filled with dulce. For a savory bite, the cheese and spinach empanadas were tasty, if a bit salty. They were both baked, as is the typical style within B.A. city limits.

The croissant is perfectly toasty and tender and the bacon is doing its thing too- very generous, the right thickness, flavor and crisp! Teach me. Oh, teach me! The place is always busy so I order online and pick it up. A couple times the orange juice seemed a bit wateryand they remade immediately. No issue and it was better! The other thousand times I've ordered, the juice was perfect. That's how you know it's 100% orange juice and not from a bottle or can. The cakes and pastries look amazing but I'm a creature of habit so can't speak to them. However, the people I have sent have only great things to say! After the crowd dies down, good place to come and study, people watch, lunch meetup, etc. lots of tables and space. Great addition to Bergenline!

The interior features a chic aesthetic with heavy rose gold accents that give it a high end feel (women will love this place). While the atmosphere is great, seating is limited so you should be prepared to wait for a spot especially if you visit on the weekend. I usually expect these Instagram or TikTok viral cafes to be all style and no substance but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the brew. I have visited three times now and the espresso is consistently excellent. Whoever is pulling the shots knows exactly what they are doing because the coffee is never burnt and tastes incredible even when ordered black as an espresso or Americano. On this visit I tried the Pistachio Latte with reduced sweetness and it was delicious. The pistachio flavor tasted authentic rather than synthetic and it melded perfectly with the coffee. My sister absolutely loved the Rose Matcha, which is the same drink my fiancee enjoyed on a previous visit. Even my mom was glowing about her Cappuccino which is a rare treat since she is notoriously hard to please. For our meal we ordered the Caprese Chicken Crepe and the Chipotle Chicken Melt. The crepe was a hit with my mom and sister and the portion size was just right. The Chipotle sandwich had great flavor though it was definitely on the greasy side. You will want a stack of napkins ready if you order it but it was still a solid sandwich overall. On a previous visit, we tried the Tres Leches which unfortunately did not live up to the rest of the experience. It tasted bland a bit like a boxed cake and I was not a fan, I might try the Tiramisu on my next trip instead. Despite the dessert miss the staff here is super friendly and sweet. They never make you feel rushed and take the time to explain the menu options thoroughly. If you're in the area and need a high quality cup of coffee Haute Dulce is a fantastic spot that will actually satisfy your expectations.

I preferred the pistachio latte as the tiramisu latte had a lot of cold foam, which was tasty, but meant there was less of the latte. For hot drinks, I had a flat white, which wasn't the best one I've had but it was pretty good. For food, I tried the buffalo chicken crepe which was flavorful with a good amount of filling. I would try more of their food were I to visit again. The main reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because even by today's standards, I think the drinks are overpriced. The lattes are at least $8 and only come in one size that isn't especially large. The food seemed more reasonably prices from what I recall.
