I was here about 4 months ago and their service was good and attentive, the food was just as good. This time around there was nothing different great food, great people, and the place was toasty warm for the weather. The girl at the counter was on point so I have to upgrade them to 5 stars they deserve it! Strongly recommend them!

I tried Cortaditos for the first time it was good. I had the Cortaditos a la Roca (Leche & Leche)--the sweet condensed milk gave the drink a perfect bittersweet balance. My friend enjoyed the cold brew, but we weren't fans of the pumpkin frozen drink .... it genuinely tasted mostly like cinnamon water. Service was fine, busy but friendly. Overall, a lively spot for a quick coffee, not really a sit-down/work kind of place.

Cute little coffee shop. Almost every location has its Cuban twist, the one on Bergenline is one of the cutest locations thus far! As far as the coffee, it hits every single time. From the iced coffee to the cappuccino and of course the cafe con leche DELISH every time. I almost can never leave without getting a guava and cheese empanada, I would say this does vary from place to place. The north bergen location has to have the best empanadas out of all of them. Service at both locations is amazing, the staff is always friendly and so sweet. Cannot go in any one of them without a smile. So, if you do have to try one of the locations, deff recommend the one located on the Bergenline!

Love this cafe! Every time I am in the area, this is one of my go to places to grab a cup of cuban coffee. They have a large selection of iced & hot coffees; their espressos and cappuccinos are always done perfectly! They also serve teas, Mojito Limonadas (which are delicious), pastries, and classic sandwiches (their Vegano Cubano and Cubano Clasico are my favorite). The staff are always wonderful and the decor provides a sense of comfort and sophistication. Parking can be a little challenging since it's located on the Main Street but this place is definitely a must try!

Yessssss. Delicious authentic Cuban food is what my heart craves whenever I visit Hudson county. I had the pan con bistec which was soooo good. Their croquetas are half the size of normal ones and so delicious. Pastelito de guava y queso YUM. This place is great and I will come whenever I'm in the area. I devoured my food before I realized I forgot to take a picture. ITS THAT GOOD

Sweets & Cortaditos NEVER disappoints. Their ham croquettes are large, flavorful, and always bring back fond memories of when I used to share them with my parents and In-laws. Their mamey shakes are sooooooo good, too! The attendants are always friendly, courteous, and kindly answer every question they're asked. Thank you, Sweets & Cortaditos, for your great products and professionalism.

An amazing transformation on this local spot. What was before Sweet Cortaditos, took a rebranding to Cortaditos and it's better than ever. The staff is great, the environment is awesome and the ventanitas which are always my favorite just make it that much better. I always go and get a Cortadito Mulato doble, my go to.

This place is sort of meh. The coffee is mediocre and the pastries are good, but not like amazing. Cute vibe though, I can totally see this be a cute date spot. Clean restroom too:)

Went there for breakfast but only found readymade egg and ham sandwich. I prefer to have fresh eggs made so at 1030 am settled for a classic Cuban sandwich. Coffee was good but got cold real quick. So not sure if they used hot milk or not. Service was fine and the ambiance is definitely being in a 'new' Cuba. Would probably go back but only for lunch and snacks.

She decided to come on a Saturday night as they have a live DJ. The restaurant has valet parking, but my husband and I opted to park in a local parking garage and walk over. It was about two blocks. The place is absolutely stunning! It is located right across from the city where you can enjoy beautiful views of the skyline and water. The restaurant has several gorgeous chandeliers and a very upscale vibe. The dining area seemed to be split in two and we sat in what seemed to be the main dining area, with the bar. But there was another extended area beyond. I was completing dry January so opted to have a mocktail. I had a guava margarita mocktail and let me tell you... This was the best mocktail I've ever had! A lot of times when I order one it just literally tastes like soda. I'm not sure exactly what they put into this one, but there was a smoky finish that made it taste like there was mezcal. Even my husband was surprised at how delicious it was and how much it resembled an alcoholic drink. I was elated to actually have a delicious tasting non-alcoholic drink. (For once) To eat, my husband and I shared the antojitos sampler. This made more sense for us than getting the individual appetizers we got - as that way would have been more expensive and we wanted to be able to try multiple things. The sampler came with ham & cheese croquetas (which were my husband's fave) mixed empanadas, maduros rellenos, queso Fritos y chicharrones. The fried cheese, maduros & chicharrones were my fave even though it was all amazing. For dessert, we had flan and sadly that was a miss for me. My grandmother's Puerto Rican flan will always top any that I try, so idk why I try lol Their spin is to add pineapple and I didn't like it. All in all, it was a wonderful birthday celebration and the birthday girl enjoyed the food & the vibe. Thanks for having us Son Cubano! I will be back to try your brunch!

The food was mediocre, and the noise level was so high it made the whole experience less enjoyable. Maybe that's why our waiter kept mixing up drink orders. The woman who answered the phone also lacked basic courtesy. When I called to ask if they could accommodate a party of seven, she said "yes" and immediately hung up. No "thank you," no "see you soon," no request for a name. Just... click. We later noticed on our bill that it was "Havana Thursdays" with a pre-fixe dinner option, something no one bothered to mention. Why keep that a secret? And by 10:30 the place was a ghost town--no last call, no notice, nothing. Overall, communication was poor and everything else was just mediocre. Do better.
