Menu on Sunday Brunch 10:00 A.M 12/20
Yuedong L.

Update - came second time on 3/21. Would have come here much sooner but been really busy since last visit. This place is such a hidden gem. I half want to not write this because I don't want the place to be crowded - so my spouse and I can always get a seat easily - but this place is too great to not continuing sharing. Shout out always to Will - manages this place with the utmost service and care for its customers. Food: 1. Huevos rancheros with chorizos 2. Crispy bird chicken sandwich The eggs and verde [green] sauce was fantastic. The chorizos were not salty or oily - just perfect. My wife loved her Burger. Inside is multiple chicken tender pieces and the flavor was fantastic. We felt fulfilled - with leftovers - satisfied beyond doubt - and not bloated. End of updated review [Second time coming]: Highly recommend - and they are opening up the back for OUTDOOr Seating in 2-3 weeks! Highly recommend to come. Will remembered us and again provided us a desert on the house.

This was the perfect brunch burrito. It was spicy, cheesy, filling, and delicious. My wife got the French toast (which was the biggest I've ever seen) but we ate it before we thought to take a picture.

Another great and filling meal at Parker! This time I had a solo lunch and wanted to see the patio. I ordered a cold brew Mai tai and the uptown turkey club. The Mai tai was refreshing, the coconut flavor really came through and the orange bitters were subtle. Fortunately for me this is made with almond milk and I liked it so much I ordered a second one. In case you're wondering, it's a non-alcoholic iced coffee drink. The turkey blt was unexpectedly large and I liked that it came with a dressed mixed salad on the plate. It had a spicy mayo that gave it a kick and the sourdough bread was both fluffy and crunchy. The sweet girl who waited on me was attentive but not overbearingly so which I appreciate. She let me know they were closing soon and offered to pack up my 2nd mai tai to go. I paid at the register up front and mentally planned my next visit. Cheers!

Aesthetic

This place, OMG! The vibe, the aesthetic and service were great. Ohhh the flavor of the steak in the Chimmi Steak Campesino I had, blew my mind. I also had the Sweet Plantain Latte, A1. Cannot wait to come back here.

We were so excited to try this cute little brunch place! We thought they didn't have seats upon arriving but they have more seating towards the back and more outside in a backyard area. I ordered the huevos divorciados special and regret not asking how the chorizo was (I precede the crumbled up chorizo not the entire sausage as pictured) overall the dish was just ok. I've had better elsewhere where it was more flavorful and rich. My son had the crispy chicken French toast special and he enjoyed it especially with a side of tots. The matcha I ordered was also just ok. Overall, it's ok. It's a cute place to brunch but I'd rather go to other places within the same prices for a bit better tasting food and service (was ok). Street parking only and can be tricky on weekends.

Great breakfast spot with a large catalog of daily specials and classics. We went with classic egg based breakfasts and they were honestly so good. Simple, great taste, not over reliant on butter or anything and the potatoes were fantastic! We got a free treat from the kitchen which was the French toast and it slapped. If you're in the area this is probably the best breakfast/brunch spot for sure.

Walked up to Parker from Envue hotel. A bit of climb, bur so worth it! Ordered a Turkey BLT, delicious and lots of flavor + good portion for the price. I ordered it with a side salad and arugula happens to be my fav! I ordered a latte, and sat outside on their patio. Which was perfect since the weather was beautiful outside. Server was very nice and had great recommendation for lunch. Food runner also kind and brought me some blue cheese and balsamic glaze which was a perfect addition to the salad!

I got the Crispy chicken sandwich :))

Found this cute place near home. My husband and I went for brunch. They have various options that seem fantastic. He decide to choose the Captain Breakfast with a black coffee and I got the burrito with and an ice madeleine latte. We liked the food, definitely be back soon. I really want to check out the outdoor patio ;) What stand out most to me was the service. The ladies that were serving today were very attentive and helpful. Cheers to them! :)

Any Vegan options (asking for a friend :)?

Unfortunately they do not. The only item which I would say is vegan friendly would be the Avocado Toast.

We ordered ahead because we were hangry, and unpacked our food to eat inside. The older woman who…read moreworked in the kitchen (owner or not, she acts like it) made the whole visit. She regularly came out to check on people, asked if we wanted plates, then looked over our food and caught that my Jiu Jitsu sandwich was missing its (extra) chimichurri. She fixed it right away and told the kitchen about the miss. That kind of care is rare. Most sandwich spots treat the bread as an afterthought. Not here. The bread is exceptional, and it's the foundation for everything else. The Jiu Jitsu was great with that chimichurri, the Philly Special was excellent, and the tater tots were crispy and just right. Honestly, I'm kind of glad we don't live closer. We'd eat here way too much.

For many of us, a sandwich was the first meal we learned to make for ourselves. It is, after all,…read moreone of the most versatile, simple, and universally beloved foods we know, with countless variations to satisfy every palate, dietary restriction, and time of day. The origin of the word "sandwich" dates back to 1762 in England, when John Montagu, the 4th Earl of Sandwich, asked for something he could eat without having to get up from his card game. A servant brought him a bit of cold meat between two pieces of bread, and voila--the word "sandwich" was born! People from nearly every culture around the world enjoy countless types of sandwiches. Referencing small, bite-sized finger sandwiches, or "little sandwiches," served as a party appetizer, we decided to stop at this off-the-beaten-path establishment on Old River Road in Edgewater for dinner. Upon entering as first-timers to Sandwichitos, we were greeted by one of the owners inside with a cozy, laid-back, and welcoming vibe with Instagram energy. We managed to get one of five tables inside for about 12 patrons with an open kitchen and two tables outside, weather permitting. Soon they'll be expanding to a much larger place. The menu wasn't huge and featured various sandwiches with the collision of Dominican and Italian cuisines. We decided on the Red Machine, Jiu-Jitsu Steak, where the meat is marinated for 2 days, Cheesy Bird, French Cuban, Regular and Sweet Potato Tots. Some of us have gotten the freshly made fruit shakes to wash down our meal. We sampled the various ordered sandwiches and found every bite was incredibly flavorful. Each dish was well seasoned and perfectly balanced without being overpowering. The meal was somewhat pricey, but one could easily split it between two people or another meal. Service moves quickly. The staff were warm and welcoming. We had an excellent dining experience.
