Cappuccino
Evelyn A.

Excellent service! Our waitress Carolina took great care of us, and the food was good. I ordered the avocado toast with salmon and the truffle oil Parmesan fries both were delicious. The cappuccino was great. The ambiance has a classy New York bistro vibe with a really cool gallery wall. There's also plenty of parking, which makes it a great spot to visit.

Sat outside on a beautiful evening. Got a triple decker chicken sandwich. Plenty of food and the chicken had a good flavor. It comes with fries and salad. $19.50. The salad was drenched with dressing. And the fries despite having seasoning on them lacked flavor. Also I asked to sub double salad instead of did fries and it didn't happen. My husband liked his omelet. Our friend got a mocktail which was more expensive than alcohol cocktails during happy hour. It is not really right that they do that. The waitress was nice. Slow to take orders but it was fine because we were with friends catching up. Had the chocolate cake for desert. It tasted like box devils food cake. Which was fine because that's kind of what I wanted, but I expected a better quality cake. Overall nice spot to come to after a movie. Big menu, nice cozy inside and nice space outside.

Buffalo wings - amazing

Came here for a brunch with a friend during dry January so I wasn't able to try the bottomless mimosas or $10 margs but that's okay - next time! The atmosphere here is great - very spacious, lots of tables, a huge bar, and great decor. I made a reservation for a Saturday at 1p, but there were quite a few tables open so maybe didn't need to use it. The menu is huge. They have plenty of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Service was super friendly and fast. I decided to order a mix of breakfast and lunch - I got the pesto breakfast bowl. It looked amazing in the menu pic but in real life it was wayyy too much sauce so the lettuce was soggy. The wings, however, were some of the best wings I've had in a while. Perfectly crunchy crispy with the ideal amount of classic buffalo. I would definitely stick to that next time.

Love the interior, beautiful, spacious diner. Always pretty busy but the wait for food isn't too long. We ordered breakfast, the burgers and onion rings passing by looked so good. Our food was good, nothing really special or memorable. The steak was ordered medium well but came well done and dry. Surprised they would send that piece of meat out to the table. The French toast lacked any depth, if that makes sense. The waitress wasn't as attentive as we're use to, never received a refill on my coffee. We kind of just ate our food and wanted to head out. Don't expect to return but understand why it's a popular diner.

Clean, cozy, diner with very large portions. Everything we got was delicious and we would definitely come back! This is the spot to go to if you want good pastrami in the area. I'd also recommend upgrading your fries to the parmesan truffle fries (if you like those flavors). Be prepared for a wait on the weekends! We came on a Saturday around 11-11:30 and had a 30 min wait.

Chicken sandwich and Times Square chicken burger combo ipa and strawberry margarita

Finally tried some food after enjoying many happy hours here! Went with the chicken sandwich and the Times Square chicken burger combo. Each came with a little slaw side salad fries and pickle. Both sandwiches were great and cooked as ordered. I could half the Times Square and make two meals! As always the happy hour never fails-went with an ipa and strawberry margarita. This place is walking distance from our hotel so thats a plus. Sure we will be back soon. Service was super kind! Go good times.

The food looked so enticing l wanted every dish I saw. I finally ordered Evelyn Pasta. I eat it so fast l didn't have time to take a picture. But I have a pic of my dessert. The service was amazing, not to mention, the hunk waiter who served us,

Semina B.

Great food, great ambiance, and pleasant staff. The only problem you will have here is what dish to order as they have a lot to choose from. Our waitress was attentive and super friendly! Parking is plenty but depending on the night you go, you may have to park a little ways away and walk.

Not only do I dig them for the food but for the way they welcomed the world's greatest band, Oasis to town. Carnegie Diner & Cafe has locations all over Manhattan and even one in Virginia, I think. I have eaten at quite a few in NYC but this was my first time at the Secaucus location. Exceptional service and food. We sat on the patio in front for lunch. My boyfriend and I got a caprese salad for the table (yeah, the two of us and our dog). He got the tuna salad melt and it was the quintessential NYC-area sandwich-four stars, he said. I had a cup of chicken soup (w/orzo & veg)-highly recommend. Made in-house everyday. We each had a mule-I got the strawberry one made with Grey Goose and the boyfriend got the Texas Mule. But, of course. You guessed it, made with Tito's. If you're in the area, this really is a nice spot for lunch, heck for any meal.

This is a centrally local gem, serving up a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy any craving. The friendly, attentive staff make every visit feel welcoming, turning a simple meal into a great experience you'll want to come back for again and again. I don't think there is anything on the menu I wouldn't try. Definitely coming back. Catch a game and grab a bite, there are plenty TVs, or simply sit outside and people watch.

A friend and I got together for dinner. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. I walked in and was greeted and sat. Robert was our server and he was great! We had: Vodka Martini Strawberry Grey Goose Mule Coconut Shrimp Vegan Meatballs NY Strip Bolognese Keylime Pie The food was good and my favorite definitely were the vegan meatballs. All in all I had a good experience!

Pesto Pasta
Grace K.

The food was okay. Typical diner food. Not sure if he was the owner or manager but he was very kind and offered my daughter w cupcake. However their cappuccino and coffee was delicious! It looks beautiful on the outside and the inside is spacious with clean bathroom which I appreciate.

The vibe inside is calm and low lit, good for conversating with others. Although there really is not something that distinguishes the restaurant. The staff was helpful, no issues in service, they noted specific items which weren't available. Now the menu has just a few items which is not a bad thing but I went with the rigatoni bolognese. My honest opinion is that it was just ok, garlic bread was an added price, and for the price of this dish which was 25$+ for about 10-11 pieces of pasta ... it just is not justified. We actually called earlier in the day to ask if we can move up the reservation and they were totally fine with it. I guess it was not a busy time because it was empty when we arrived. We were seated quickly and welcomed by all the staff. The waitress we had was new and I wish I remembered her name. She was excellent! We started with drinks and everyone ordered the Frozen Ginny, except for my mom, who had a glass of wine. Me and my gf kept boasting about the frozen ginny and everyone loved it. It's the perfect amount of sweetness. We ordered a bunch of appetizers because we were all starving. We had the brisket sliders, octopus, shrimp tacos, and meatballs. It was all so delicious and filled with flavor. My fav was the brisket sliders. We ate everything and still had space when we moved onto our entrees. I think it was less because we were still hungry and more because it was soo good. I also boasted about the crab pasta so 3 out of the 5 of us had it. My mom and I ended up splitting the crab pasta and steak frites because that's also tasty. My gf had her salmon with salad that she was craving for a while. All of the dishes were a hit and my group kept saying how great the place was. My gf ended up getting me a custom cake and paid the cake fee but the Harry's team took it a step further and even helped her fix up the cake and put the candles in because the bakery messed things up last minute. The team went above and beyond with no questions asked to make our reservation smooth and enjoyable. I'm so grateful! I will be coming back soon DUH!

Now I have a thing when people say "it's just next door" or "it's right down the street." What did George Dubya say? Fool me once and it's shame on you, fool me twice and the shame is mine for getting us into a war based on lies and greed?" Yeah something like that. Anyways, I typically don't believe when people say something is close so whenever I visit her we just order in delivery rather than motivate (ie put on a bra) and go out. But dang it this is literally. Right. Next. Door. As in I can sit on the deck outside of the restaurant and look in her living room. Smh. I say all that to say IVE BEEN MISSING OUT!! Her bday was this weekend so she booked a large table for family and friends. I was relieved to see they had valet. Parking is atrocious in this development so to only pay $10 to be 10 feet from the door was awesome. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the staff know her well and treated her as a valued guest. Here's the rundown: We went for BRUNCH. They have a prix fixe for $41 of most of the brunch items and it includes 2 Bellini, 2 mimosas, or 2 Bloody Marys. Good right? Welp what you don't know is that their cocktail menu is incredible so to heck with the prix fixe. We got mimosas at home!! Between the 10 of us we got cocktails, appetizers, entrees, desserts, coffee. Highlights: -Service was spectacular. Wesley was On It! By the time we finished eating there was another party of 10+ seated right behind us that he was servicing. I hope he enjoys the reward$ of his hard work! Make it rain on em Wesley! -Fat friendly seating. No arms, solid chairs, comfortable cushions. We were there for 4 hours and my booty was never sore. -Food. We tore it up and it was all delicious. My half of the table had the farm house breakfast sando, the fried chicken sando, French omelette, huevo rancheros. We shared the crab hush puppies, wings, calamari, goat cheese salad, and blueberry pancakes. I was nosey and saw that some of my other table mates ordered the skirt steak and eggs and the short rib. -Drinks. I know my husband loves mango so I suggested he get the smoked mango drink. I didn't know it came with theatrics. Dinner and a show?! Btw by the time our table was done almost everyone had ordered one. Lychee martini, Paloma, old fashioned, midnight espresso. Also all very good! -The View. Our party was too large to sit outside but we did sit right at the floor to ceiling windows. In between birthday wishes and food comas we watched the boats, jet skis, and undulating waves of the Hudson. Previous posters are correct - the place is pricey. But high key the people who live in that area are already paying a premium for everything else sooooo. Now, I DONT live in that area lmao so this will be a rarer treat for me. But I was happy to celebrate my cousin's birthday in a place that she loves. Awesome experience - I look forward to returning! 10/10 would put on a bra for this and walk downstairs lol

The ambiance feels straight of the golden age, which is an aesthetic I'm certainly a sucker for. Even their robust cocktail menu fits the bill and is one of the prettiest menus I've ever had the joy of perusing. Staff was able to sit us a little bit ahead of our reservation which was also much appreciated. Wait staff was also very helpful and attentive, I don't think I've ever had my water glass so topped off! Starting off with cocktails, this place is a gin bar through and through and you'd be making a mistake if you didn't try one of their many options. I went with the 10,000 words, which you simply just give a spirit of your choice (I picked gin of course) and whether you antes) wanted your drink shaken or stirred and the bartender does the rest, so a bit of a surprise! I wound up with their version of The Last Word which was delightfully citrusy but I was hoping I'd wind up with something a little more adventurous app things considered. My girlfriend got the blackberry G&T, which was not only very pleasing to look at but delicious to boot. For food, we started with splitting some zucchini blossoms and beef cheek bao buns (both come in portions of 3). Both were tasty, but I love a good bao bun and these were so light and pillowy, I could have just went for an order of those for my main course. For the entree I went for the roasted half chicken, perhaps the most unassuming choice on the menu but this was maybe the best roast chicken I've ever had. Prepared perfectly, cooked to perfection, excellent portion size, and the kicker of it all was the stunning gravy that I was tempted to lick my plate for. Chicken is very easy to screw up, and they nailed it on all fronts here. My girlfriend went for the Valerie Signature burger with white cheddar and this thing did not mess around! A very rich patty, cooked to her temperature of choice served alongside some garlic truffle fries that made an American classic feel just a little more elevated. Our experience was delightful and I'd love to comeback here again, especially to check out more of the cocktail menu and soak in more of that golden age aura the place gives.
