This is my go to Starbucks because my drink is ALWAYS consistent & the location is really convenient. They do get really busy so I highly recommend to do a mobile order to limit your wait time. There is one girl who I don't know her name but she's super sweet. Only downfall is the parking lot can get super packed but that's ok, the service makes up for it :)

Love their remodel with wonderful decors. As always their service are great and their drinks food are the same but I must say, I come here for their friendly service

Here's what I got with my friends!

01/02/2019 There weren't even that many customers when my friend and I ordered so don't know why our drinks came out so long? Maybe waited like 5-10 min.... but at least when we were ordering the cashier was nice. Btw everyone should try the "everything bagel". Its very delicious and I could eat it over again! Also the wifi kept on being an issue for me. One second I would have wifi, the next I dont. Maybe its my phone's fault and not the wifi but who knows?

I can have Vietnamese Coffee now at Starbucks. ;)

Updated July 24th, 2017 ------ Do you need something to really wake you up? Well now you can have a Vietnamese Coffee. Here is what you'll have to ask/tell Barista 3 shots of espresso in an iced Venti cup, add 5 pumps of White Mocha. Add extra ice and ask for a splash of breve. 3 shots was too much for me, you can always ask for 2, or 1. -------- End of Update. I come here so often that everyone is starting to remember my face, if not already! I like coming here because well, familiar faces that I like! & it's so close to home! I always get my usual green tea soy latte. Order it ahead through the app and it's ready when I get there. Other places don't shake it up for me and would be really messy, but I appreciate whoever does my drink, because it's always shaked eve belt and ready for me to enjoy! There's no green tea powder spilling all over the cap. I greatly appreciate that because I hate drinking from a messy cup. So thank you for shaking it up for me! It's always clean, and the music isn't played to loudly. So you can concentrate on your study or work. Just one of those Starbucks I see myself being loyal to. It's sad to see old faces no longer here, but new faces are just as nice!

Love this place!! Been coming here for 15 years as it's close to where I live. The staff have always been friendly and great at remembering me and orders. Even when they are backed up and busy, they always take time out to greet me, and others, when coming in or leaving.

Temperatures were just under 90 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The air conditioning was great in here, not freezing cold but cool enough to be comfortable. There were a few other tables of people with their laptops out, and I was excited to see that they have expanded since my last visit and added more seating for customers. The lotus milk tea is still one of my favorites in the whole city. We sat at a table so there was no outlet, but I can't remember if there were outlets along the walls for the booth seating. The WiFi worked well and if there was background music it was not being blasted loudly. I would definitely keep this spot top of mind if I needed a reliable spot to work remote again, especially since there is now more seating than there used to be. Looking forward to coming by again soon!

It was nice and creamy and the slight salt like taste balanced out their coffee well. I also liked the foam and I'm not even a foam person lol. Ordering here is pretty easy. They have an iPad you can order from, or you can just order from them up front. This spot looks like a great place to study. They have e a lot of tables available. The parking lot is a decent size. It can probably get lowkey busy depending on what time you come. Definitely will be back to try more drinks. Try it out if you like. :)

The shop itself is a bit small, so it may not be the easiest place to study for long periods, but it has a great atmosphere, good vibes, and a very welcoming environment. The outdoor seating was a huge plus, especially with nice weather -- it's the perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy your coffee. Parking in the area can be a little tricky and it is paid parking, but that's pretty common for most downtown areas. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for quality coffee and a nice atmosphere.

The banana cream felt lacking as well. Even after mixing the cream top with the matcha, it felt unsatisfying and not enough banana flavor. I do like how the overall drink isn't overly sweet and the texture of the cream was nice. It was fairly crowded on a Thursday morning but the line to order moves quick. My drink took about 15 minutes to come out. Maybe it was just an off day? But I had higher expectations for their banana cream matcha.

The coffee shop was located at the front of a church, in a very quiet part of Los Gatos. I arrived a little after 2pm, and followed the instructions to park at one of the 5 First Time Guest Parking spots. There were plenty of other parking spaces as well. The signs to the coffee shop up the stairs were very clear. The inside of the coffee shop was bright, clean, and spacious with a cool and peaceful vibe. Service was friendly. While the tables of the banquette seating along one wall were all taken, there were plenty of other tables and chairs available. My matcha was very pretty and tasted legit. The fancy pastries (some savory/some sweet) from Neighbor Bakehouse in San Francisco all looked beautiful and yummy. The ones I tried were all delicious. The selections were limited, but you didn't have to go all the way to SF to get them. This would be a great place to have a nice cup of coffee while getting some work/study done, too.

Each drink is hand-whisked, so well worth the wait. Their cold foams were delicious and super flavorful as well. I was so excited to try the mango sticky rice matcha, as I hadn't seen this flavor anywhere else. The drink has a creamy salted coconut milk cold foam on top and some mango puree and glutinous rice on the bottom. Once everything was mixed, the mango flavor does get lost unfortunately. But still, the drink was amazing and rich. The guava li-hing matcha was sooo vibrant! I loved how the tropical flavor of the guava cold foam sprinkled with li-hing balanced out the earthy matcha. I've tried other guava matchas with guava puree on the bottom rather than cold foam on top, but I definitely prefer the latter to preserve the matcha flavor. The employees were kind and we came on a weekday afternoon with a short wait. Order at a kiosk. Limited seating inside. I wouldn't say this is an ideal study spot, but it is very aesthetic and bright. Parking was not a problem since this location is in a plaza.

So, I live for coffee. I roast it, buy it, sell it, cup it, pack it, ship it, mix it, blend it…read more.. you name it. So when I travel, I'm usually hauling around an arsenal of brewing gear like some caffeinated survivalist. And yeah... I'm picky AF. I like what I like. So if you're gonna serve me coffee, it better show up dressed in a suit and tie. In this case, it absolutely did. I had to give the local spot near Grandma's house a shot. I walked in with crossed fingers and low expectations, but walked out with a satisfied palate, a smile, and an eagerness to visit again soon. This is NOT your run-of-the-mill coffee shop. They roast onsite. Real deal, Holyfield. I started with an espresso. Then a cortado. Then grabbed a bag of Yirgacheffe to go because I gotta see what else they got going on. . These guys clearly know what they're doing; and if they don't, they accidentally perfected it anyway. The espresso was balanced, clean, and intentional. Nothing hidden behind over-roasting or gimmicks. Just refined quality coffee handled correctly. I'm genuinely glad spots like this exist, and even happier one sits right here near my fam. Seriously, can't wait to visit again.

We've…read moreactually been here before and came back specifically because their coffee is genuinely excellent. This time, however, the experience was a bit mixed. The drinks were still top-notch--we really enjoyed them, and the Mediterranean bagel was also fresh and delicious. Quality-wise, they absolutely deliver. That said, the customer service unfortunately didn't match the level of the coffee. The cashier interaction felt curt and low-energy, and overall not very welcoming. When my husband asked about their most popular specialty drink, she mentioned the "Milky Way" and compared it to a Starbucks macchiato--which felt like an odd comparison for a specialty coffee shop that otherwise seems to take pride in its craft. More than anything, the interaction came across as disengaged and a bit uninterested, which stood out because places like this usually shine in both product and service. We'll likely still come back for the coffee and food, but I do think the service experience matters a lot--and this visit didn't quite meet expectations on that front.
