I'm a sucker for starbuck's peach green tea (not the lemonade one). It has spearmint, lemon verbena, and lemongrass with hints of peach. Very light, only 60 calories for a grande. Excellent for calorie counters who want something to sip on under the heat during summer. The service is great. Baristas are very kind and the ambiance is nice. read more

I can't count how many times I've frequented this starbucks but it's always my go to location when I have to be somewhere but need a boost. I usually get sweetened coffee drinks and I love their breakfast sandwiches. The potato, cheddar, and chive egg bites are also quite tasty. Everytime I place my online order it's ready for me within like 10 minute is, so I recommend placing your order before you arrive to the location if you don't want to wait longer. There is some seating, probably more on the smaller side compared to a bigger starbucks but it's still spacious. I don't have any issues with parking, as people are always coming and going. However, there is always parking at nearby lot if there isn't any in front of the starbucks. The employees are always friendly when I go in granted I just do order pick ups. read more

Recently just went to Starbucks for their Matcha. I didn't go in with the high expectations, after trying it I realize I shouldn't have doubted it. The taste was impeccable, I could taste the quality of the Matcha itself through the decadent creamy and slightly grassy flavor. Although Starbucks might not be considered the most authentic place to get Matcha the incredible taste is enough to make me a frequent customer. read more

This is my go to Starbucks because my drink is ALWAYS consistent & the location is really convenient. They do get really busy so I highly recommend to do a mobile order to limit your wait time. There is one girl who I don't know her name but she's super sweet. Only downfall is the parking lot can get super packed but that's ok, the service makes up for it :) read more

I walked in at 8:10 on November 28, and the lady at the counter said, "Oh, we're no longer taking any orders." However, I noticed they were scheduled to close at 8:30. I've stopped by around 8:00 or 8:15 before, and other staff members have always welcomed me and taken my order as usual. Since this is a coffee shop, it shouldn't take too long to prepare a drink or clean up before closing, so I don't understand why this happened. read more

01/02/2019 There weren't even that many customers when my friend and I ordered so don't know why our drinks came out so long? This Starbucks has the worst service I've ever seen at one of their stores. They're slow to acknowledge and help me, and they're too involved in their own conversations to help. They're so slow I started ordering online at home and most of the time when I arrive ten minutes later my order still isn't complete. One last thing, although I could give a couple of more complaints, it's like a nightclub with the music playing so loud. read more

I always come here when I have time in the morning before school, they are never in a rush when making drinks and always super nice, I love making little conversations with them while they are putting in my orders or when I'm waiting for my drink. I went in today for three drinks mango dragon fruit with lemonade. Strawberry açaí with lemonade and a pink drink and couldn't be any happier. Elijah, the barista made them with perfection. I never tried a drink as good as Elijah's it's always missing something whether it's too sweet or too watered down. Definitely will be going back for Elijah he deserves a raise. Here is what you'll have to ask/tell Barista 3 shots of espresso in an iced Venti cup, add 5 pumps of White Mocha. Add extra ice and ask for a splash of breve. 3 shots was too much for me, you can always ask for 2, or 1. -------- End of Update. I come here so often that everyone is starting to remember my face, if not already! I like coming here because well, familiar faces that I like! & it's so close to home! I always get my usual green tea soy latte. Order it ahead through the app and it's ready when I get there. Other places don't shake it up for me and would be really messy, but I appreciate whoever does my drink, because it's always shaked eve belt and ready for me to enjoy! There's no green tea powder spilling all over the cap. I greatly appreciate that because I hate drinking from a messy cup. So thank you for shaking it up for me! Came on a Monday (today) at 12:30pm) and there was no line. Just the way I like it! Grab my caramel macchiato with soy milk and leave for work. There were quite a few people sitting indoors- studying and doing their own work. So, the noise level was still quiet. As I walked in their selection of small bites were fully stocked just like the first time when I had went. I was also greeted as I was walking towards the cash register. Ordered and took the baristas about 5 minutes to make my drink since there was also two other people who had ordered before me. I rarely have residue at the bottom of my cup whenever I order caramel macchiato with soy milk, so this is my second time having this happen to me! Residue of milk usually means it's bad or at the bottom that's turning bad. Bless my stomach later because I might have an upset stomach. My body is quite sensitive. :( read more

I have been to this Starbucks for years since it's really close to my house. But lately, It's been disappointing. The employee that is always at the cash register taking orders, he has been at this location for a long time. My guess is that he's the manager, his name is Tom, an older gentleman. The last 6 times, I have been there, he got my order wrong. I get the same drink every time. The only difference is that, I drink hazelnut hot latte in the winter and iced in the summer. The last 6 times, I clearly said iced. I think this man doesn't like me for some reason, I don't feel welcome as a customer. I know Starbucks is focused on connections and conversations with customers through coffee but its the not same deal for me with him. He did it on purpose, I mean, you get the drink wrong once or twice. It's okay, it happens but 6 times in a row, it's unacceptable . I used to come here for many years. Especially when I used to live 5 minutes away from it. I stopped by a few weeks ago (this review is long overdue) to grab coffee with my cousins. One of them offered to buy coffee for the group. Customer service was great. Never had an issue with them. I ordered a grande hot caramel macchiato. Waited. Waited. I noticed my cousins got their drinks. We asked the barista about my drink and they said they made the drink, but someone must of took my drink by mistake! I'm not surprised unfortunately. This had happened to me at other locations. The place was busy and I can see how people can get distracted and not read the name on the cup or hear the barista yell out the name. The barista was nice enough to make me another drink. No issues there. As long as I got my coffee, I can have a good start to my day! Oh and the parking is the worst part about this place. Decent location. Located in the plaza with Laser Quest and Rite-Aid. This Starbucks is much more narrow than other locations limiting the seating availability. There are several bar seats to the left of the entrance and tables on the right side. It's a popular location so don't be surprised to see the line out the door. The drinks are well-made and consistent with other locations. The restroom is locked with a security code so you'll need to ask a Barista for the combination. read more

My most recent experience with this location was excellent! The cashiers and baristas worked very efficient to quickly move through the line. My drink was placed and made in a timely manner.
