Came here recently after a really long time and was bummed to see how the store now looks. They remodeled and the majority of the store consists of the kitchen/area for the baristas. There are almost no tables and it no longer feels nice and welcoming like before. It's pretty much looks like the stode is designed for people to order in advance online/through the app and pick up right away. Very much of a grab and go concept. I thought coffee shops were meant to be social places but oh well... The drinks still taste great but service can be a bit slower than what the app projects during busier hours. In my most recent visit the amount of my drink was pretty far from the top of the cup so I guess they might be skimping out on portions or something. Quite disappointing. read more

This is my local Starbucks so I have been here countless of times and have not had one bad experience. The baristas are always super nice, the place is clean, they are never are out of ingredients, and fast service. This Starbucks is around a 2 minute drive from my house so right when I leave the door I order through the online app so I can just pick it up from the store. Whenever I arrive to the Starbucks my drink is already ready to be picked up and is sitting on the counter, along with a bunch of other drinks. I love how fast the service is here at this Starbucks and the drinks are up to standards! Great job Starbucks Evergreen! :) read more

I can't believe I've never reviewed this place. During the pandemic, this place doesn't allow people to go inside the store. Everything is taken care outside, unlike other location. The whole mobile pick up process was smooth. I waited for staff to come out, the staff asked for my name, then he headed into the store to get my orders. The whole process took less than 2 min! The staff was nice. They deserved bigger tips. read more

Look through all my reviews and you'll see I'm neither a finicky nor negative person! Having said that, this Starbucks, especially the manager needs a refresher course on customer service! To set the scene, I'm ordering at 9:00 Friday morning my earl grey tea with soy milk. No soy milk at 9:00 a.m... so I said make it almond milk... and she said, at 9:00 a.m... we're all out of almond milk! the only other alternative for non-dairy is coconut milk according to them. I said okay. Now my drink is rung up and it's no longer earl grey tea and non-dairy milk. It's something called "London fog" and they charged me more! I didn't contest the additional charge because I didn't want to hold up the line. Later when the line was gone, I went back and talked to them. Explaining that it was inappropriate for them to charge extra when the lack of my choice was totally their fault. What kind of coffee shop is out of soy milk and almond milk at 9:00 a.m. in the morning? Had they put a sign up, I would have gone somewhere else. It's ridiculous to make people wait on line when they don't have what you want and they suggest an alternative which is more expensive, when it should have been comped for your inconvenience. To make it worse, after I voiced my dissatisfaction, the manager just shrugged, like who cares! Definitely not the kind of customer service Starbucks wants people to remember! Just came by this Starbucks for the first time to pick up my mobile order before class at Evergreen College. I ordered a Dippo ice coffee (two shots, three pumps of vanilla, splash of light soy milk, regular milk, half and half and light ice). Pretty fast. I beat the line which was great! Inside is clean. Service is pretty fast, could be better. Only problem is the food and drinks are pretty expensive.

Came here to get just a pup cup (my dogs bday) and expected an annoyed looks as I was just getting that. To my surprise they worked on my order quickly even though they were quite busy. The ambiance is also great as a working environment. Very lucky to have a starbucks like this so close by. read more

It's Starbucks. It's good and I have no complaints about the drinks. But I'm writing because I saw another customer tried to help them today by pointing out to them (discretely) that the food items in the display case had mold in there. The moldy patches spread from the egg bites to the breakfast sandwiches and the customer was worried about the spores affecting the other sweets in the case. People could get really sick! The cashier told the customer that he'll "toss them out tonight." Meanwhile, unsuspecting customers are ordering food items from this case. And even if the food items aren't taken out from this case anymore, why are the moldy items left here still to spread around? It's 3pm and lines aren't long. Get rid of them! I'm so weary seeing the sign on top of the case that says "donated nightly to the community." I hope you don't kill anyone, Starbucks. Update: it's 3:45pm and I just watched the same cashier give a brownie FROM THE DISPLAY CASE WHERE THE MOLDY STUFF ARE to another customer. You clearly have no respect for people at all. read more

This Starbucks just recently remodeled and my wife and I are quite disappointed in what they did. Previously there were about 7 or 8 tables inside and 3 or 4 outside for patrons to sit and drink their coffee. Now they have expanded the kitchen area significantly and there are only 3 inside tables. I understand that they mainly cater to online orders, but we used to enjoy going here and getting lattes and pastries and that is now impossible. Makes us sad read more

I've been back an additional 2 times and the service/drinks were much better. Both times I ordered an iced caramel macchiato w/ extra caramel and I actually got extra caramel!! Can't comment on the terrible service that everyone is talking about due to me exclusively using mobile order even if I'm in store(since it basically lets you cut the line), however I haven't seen long wait times while I'm here to study. Plenty of seating and usually the only starbuck that has seats when I want to study. However they are a bit cramped on one side of the store which sucks and can be awkward at times. This side is also pretty much exposed to the sun's wrath as even with the sunshade expect to be warmed up(uncomfortably) unless its winter. One downside is I don't think they have enough outlets as it's probably a ratio of 1 outlet per 2-3 tables which can be annoying since the tables are usually occupied by people studying, and your studying time would then be dictated by your current battery life unless there's an extra outlet to share. read more

I'm not sure why this Starbucks has such poor reviews but I had a great experience while here. I came here primarily to study and was pleasantly surprised how many tables inside and outside there are to study at. The music is a good volume which made it nice to study. It does get a little noisy at certain times when people come in with a large group after a class or school has finished at the nearby community college. But I didn't expect complete silence when I chose to study here. There's also a good amount of power outlets! I ordered a tall cup of coffee so it would take extreme effort to get that order wrong. I did see the baristas mess up once on another persons order but it was a minor mistake of adding whip cream on top. I greatly enjoyed Valerie's enthusiastic personality throughout the entire time I was there. I think she was helping train a new barista and sounded incredibly encouraging and supportive. This is very important for me because I want to continue visiting and supporting a place that supports their own employees. To me, it sounded like the employees enjoyed being around each other and their joy and enthusiasm seemed contagious with their service toward their customers. 4 stars for good customer service, good amount of seating to chat and study, and great coffee. Minus one star just for their very minor mistake with the other customers drink and the occasional loudness with the large crowds. read more

Fast friendly service. The coffee is always freshly-made and consistent here. The cashiers greet each customer with a "good morning". Their aren't many parking spaces near the entrance but it's fine...you can walk a few rows over. Don't forget to register your Starbucks card for their rewards program if you're a regular! read more

Ordered a simple pink drink. Only 1 customer in front of me. Drink didn't come for 15 minutes until after I approached the employees. They prioritized other customers before me. The drink was also 90% ice... I watched the employee dump the remaining liquid that should've been in the cup instead of dumping the ice! They locked the doors for closing before I had the chance to see how much ice was in my drink. Coming from a previous partner I was very disappointed... I was very patient and didn't want to sound rude so I brought the attention here. Drink update: It wasn't strawberry açai... the juice they used was something else It tasted like watered down milk. Maybe because of how much ice they put in? The strawberry flavor came from the inclusions and nothing else... Is there a store manager I can speak to? read more

This is the WORST Starbucks I've ever been to. I'm sure I speak for others as well. First off, they don't update you on your order! Which means they won't even tell you when it's ready they expect you to read their minds and find it sitting on a counter/table while you're outside waiting per covid regulations. Curbside apparently doesn't work sometimes so don't be surprised if you're waiting in your car for over 20 minutes ! THE WAIT IS INSANE IN GENERAL! Then when you finally grab that drink you've been waiting for it's SUBPAR in taste! It's like no one has ever been trained correctly. I highly recommend driving anywhere else to get your coffee. All of the employees are just plain unhappy & moody! Maybe their manager or the General manager needs to help them out, support them a bit better, or possibly micromanage ! I normally don't review chains like this, however being a regular here, I feel remiss if I don't review this comfort haven of mine. You will usually find me here on the weekends, getting there early enough to help with the morning chores like putting the umbrellas and newspapers out. Not much to say for a Starbucks that most people don't know honestly. The nitty gritty: This store can get busy, so during peak hours it may take 5-10 minutes for you to get your drink, especially if it's something labor intensive like a frappucino. Minus a star for this unfortunately, but know that it's not the staff's fault that they get busy. Something quicker like a drip coffee will come out pretty snappily though. No problem if you come in at like, 3PM though. Service is pretty good. Baristas and cashiers are all friendly and patient if you have questions like I sometimes do. ("Do you have more cold brew today?" "Do you have time to make a blonde roast for me?") Store is kept clean for how much foot traffic it sees, which is pretty admirable. Not a fan of how they installed pin-pad locks on the bathroom doors though. Come on management, it's Evergreen, not Midtown. read more

I like the aroma of coffee even though I do not drink it. I'm one of the rare people who has the opposite effect of caffeine. My body slows down & I get really really drowsy...in other words caffeine makes me sleepy zzzzz. My review is mainly on the business meeting aspect and seeing the 2 other people I was with enjoying their coffee. I came into Starbucks before 8:30am. I choose the biggest & widest table on the far left because I wanted to have our meeting somewhere spacious. The other tables were too small. Throughout our long meeting, I enjoyed Wi-Fi, the aromas of coffee brewing, music setting some nice ambiance, and even free samples of various sandwiches they were trying to promote! This Starbucks is very busy. I noticed the line got very very long and the establishment was filling up with more people lounging drinking their coffee/Starbucks concoctions, reading books, surfing tablets, and even a study group of students outside. I have always had good service here but when it comes to their cold foam they do not make it properly. I even asked about the foam and was told that's just how it is.
