In my experience, this Starbucks is notorious for being slow/busy. Today I got my normal iced coffee, and it was difficult getting my straw into the cup. So I asked for a separate cup to get some of the ice out of the drink. The lady nicely obliged, and I went to town. Is it just me or has this Starbucks gone way downhill? It used to have great customer service. The last few times I've been, the employees are completely inattentive and seem to simply not care. I was the only customer early in the morning, and when I walked up to the register employees were behind the bar talking to each other ignoring me. I frequent this location as it's centralized to my day to day travel. It's located in an assuming plaza with a little bit of parking spots but also close to schools and tends to get busy on certain times. When getting my drink, I always order via mobile order ahead. 10 minutes after, my drink is always ready on the counter. Although my visits are usually a quick pick up, the Baristas that I encounter are friendly and usually say "thanks!" when I take my drink. read more

I live by a couple Starbucks that are closer to me, but this location is the one I'll go a bit further for - because they always go the extra mile. I've recently come here 4 times, and every single time the order was made to perfection! I normally have to order mobile orders due to my schedule, and every single time my order is ready and waiting safely behind the counter. There's helpful signs that direct you to mobile orders, making sure that the intended orderer receives their drinks and no mix ups (which is important because people would read cups and touch them all over - no thank you!) The staff here is incredibly friendly, and make the experience super pleasant, offering kindness that isn't rushed. When I came recently to pick up my mobile order and saw these cute encouraging notes, it made my day! Little acts of kindness are something I wouldn't normally expect from a major chain like Starbucks, but this was such a lovely surprise in these tough times. Thank you guys for always getting my orders fast, fresh, ready to enjoy, and for always being so kind and welcoming. This Starbucks is an awful location because the crew runs itself like a group of petulant high school kids. I'll often see the baristas actually sitting on top of counters kicking their feet up, making insulting comments about customers after they leave the store, etc. I mean, really? The attitude that other yelpers have reported comes along with it. TERRIBLE attitudes from many of the baristas. It's actually quite unacceptable. When the crew starts cleaning get out of the way. They won't hesitate to start spraying chemical cleaners around all of the tables even if you are sitting at one and you will get hit by the spray. There is ZERO consideration of customers. There are a lot of psychotics and homeless that are allowed to squat inside for hours at a time. You would figure that when you have a homeless person pacing back and forth inside the store, going table to table yelling at people that they would be ushered out but they are not. If you prefer you cup of coffee with some attitude then you shouldn't have a problem going here. But if prefer to avoid crews that resemble a young, petulant group of high school kids then please avoid. read more

I just started using the Starbucks app, which offers a free drink. Yippee! So I stopped in here to snag my freebie and get some work done. The baristas are a nice balance of friendly and snarky, which I dig. "Are you guys tired of hearing 'pumpkin spice' yet?" "Yes! Would you like whipped cream on your quad soy pumpkin spice latte?" No thanks! I *do* have a minuscule amount of self-control, after all. This location has a nice long window-front bar that's perfect for getting some work done. Stopped in here on 1/12/2020 around 1:30pm. As I waked in the Barista looked up and greeted me. Then the cashier was very engaged and polite as I ordered a tall drip. I sat down and worked on some emails for about 20 min and upon leaving asked the barista for a water. As the barista poured my water, the cashier came over and offered to top off my coffee. I am completely blown away and immensely impressed by the simple and traditional exceptional customer service both employees expressed. I had a long-ish list of orders for my office (some were over the top complex), and the barista helping me was so fast I almost asked, "Are you sure you're getting all this?" Not only that, but every single order was exactly right, and they were SO friendly, offering to help me out to my car even though they were busy. Not to bag on this location specifically, but more on all Starbucks, because they are all the same. I don't really ever choose to go to Starbucks, but I've been dragged there on occasion, and specifically to this one, because it's closest to my house. Firstly, I don't agree with the philosophy of Starbucks. Here's what John Starbuck or Dick Starbuck or whoever polluted the earth with this scourge thought: Hmmmm....I'll roast a shitload crappy beans to high hades. To cover up it's nasty taste I'll invent a type of drink and call it "Italian Coffee". What I'll do is get a 20-ounce cup, put a couple shots of this nasty espresso in it, add a cup of high fructose corn syrup, and fill the rest up with milk heated to 200 degrees. That way, when you finish your coffee in four hours, it'll still be hot. Brilliant. We'll put 9 thousand stores in every city. I wouldn't ever purchase their espresso drinks, unless I was stoned and I was getting a caramel frappuccino. I have made the mistake of ordering their drip coffee. Think of the aromas of dish water and charcoal combined. Yummy. I wish I could go back in time and stop Starbucks from ever existing. The world would be a better place. By the way Starbucks, the only reason you get the second star is because of your consistency and customer service. I don't speak Starbucks and your people have always been patient with me. read more

Oh god, this place has the worse customer service ever! I have been here a couple of times and had really bad service. I just don't understand why? Maybe its the complexion of my skin? The first time we went there, we had a very rude barista. While we were placing our order with the barista at the cash register, another barista abruptly interrupts my girlfriend by asking her to repeat herself. She asked about 3 times in a very aggressive manner. I don't get what her problem was. We were giving the cashier our order, not her. The second experience we had was short but bitter. Starbucks is offering a promotion if you come back after 2pm with your receipt, you can get another coffee at the promotion price. The CAUCASIAN gentlemen in front of us was offered the promotion. When it was our turn, we weren't. Why is that? This was on July 10, 2009 around 12:30 pm. The employee was a CAUCASIAN female with Blonde hair. This happened On 4/12/18 - There was a girl making the drinks, that had a friend or family member visiting. The family member just stood at the counter where customers pick up their drinks. Each time a customer's drink was ready they had to reach past this family member or friend to get their drink. I watched this happen from the time I was ordering my drink, until the time I left after finishing my drink. I thought it was extremely rude.
