I almost never go to Jamba (Juice). I kind of think that it's basically like milkshakes that they convince people are healthy, but we'd be better off drinking water and eating fruit and vegetables. Or maybe juicing at home. But every so often, I am in the mood for something like the orange-c booster, which has a lot of orange juice and additional vitamins. I go to this complex all the time since it's where my Crumbl is, and also they have a lot of other food spots, but I hadn't been to this Jamba in years. There is plenty of parking nearby. When I walked in, I noticed that they had a kiosk where you could order, so I put in my order there. It was ready pretty quickly. I noticed they have a nice outdoor area where you can sit and drink/eat, with lots of tables around the restaurant. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. So I've been coming for a very long time and I always had a great experience. The last three times in a 2 month span have been horrible. In February I stopped in around 10 am and it took someone to get to the register 10 minutes. I finally ordered and it took 25 minutes to get my drink. I noticed that there were only two people in the store making the drinks and they clearly were new as the had to keep looking at the posted drinks on the wall on how to make them so I powered through. The second time was in March I ordered from the kiosk this time and again there were only two people in the store and I went in around one on a Tuesday. The store stayed to fill up and they were receiving a lot of online orders. I sat there 30 minutes before I asked where my drink was. I was told to wait it will be right up. A guy comes from the back asks the two employees where they were at on the orders and goes back to the back. 15 minutes later I get my drink. Today at 12:00 I go in. There was only 1 other person ahead of me I put my order in and wait. I noticed the tag machine rolled out a bunch of orders. And then the store filled up with a lot of irrate online customers. Two employees again and definitely new. 40 minutes go by which is a new norm for me to wait and the same guy from before comes from the back but this time he starts helping. This store needs to get their act together. Customers where walking in and people that got their orders told them to not even go in. read more

I'm in this store a couple of times a week and each time I have 5 minutes before I'm late for work. To date, my drink has been ready before those 5 minutes are up every time. I'm always greeted and someone always takes my order if the console is busy. More businesses need to run like this. read more

I have to say this Jamba Juice really skimps on quantity. I've had their açai bowls at other locations and they fill it up to the lid. All the other places gave açai to 2/3 of the container for a large this place only gives you half the container. Not planning to come here again. read more

Disorganized with walk-in and online orders. Owner or manager need to figure this service and ambiance with employees. Specifically with afternoon shift on 5/16/23. The situation did not make this easier with employee's demeanor and rude service. Very pugnacious and vulgar. One of employee (right) from the picture refuse to serve my orders that's already on the blender and walked up to me and threaten to physically hurt me for taking the store picture. Another employee not shown in the picture purposely walked out, commented that he is now off the clock and left my orders on the table. The shorter, heavier set white woman in a black shirt working today around 3pm yelled at me twice because their card reader machine wasn't working. After the first time she spoke to me asking if I was paying with card, I said yes and pointed to the machine and said it's only taking gift cards right now. She ignored me and yelled at me two more times until she finally checked the machine and saw it wasn't working. I ordered a drink and a bowl, and they called my name when only the bowl was ready. I always order the classic Orange Dream Machine. It tastes like the OG Orange Julius with a free Vitamin and Zinc boost. I came in here knowing that I would be THAT customer who wanted a smoothie with coconut, bananas, and some greens (but had no idea which smoothie on the menu came closest to that) and I mentioned it to the poor teen who rang me up and she looked at me like she would a boring textbook. Blink. Blink. No response. Yeahhhh. Fortunately, another teen named Christopher overheard my ask and mentioned "oh why don't you do the apples n greens and sun peaches for strawberries and add coconut flakes." Umm yes, Christopher. You should get promoted. I asked for another small cup for my 2 year old and they graciously gave me the leftovers in a cup. Super thoughtful. Well, now I know what I can order going forward! :) I will add that I have stopped by here before around 1:30 on a weekend (or was it a Friday?) and they were closed due to staff shortage. Yikes. I know businesses are really impacted due to COVID. Parking is decent but the exit out to Camden is a little confusing and I feel like another stop sign or light would help out with that. read more

Came in this morning to order some drinks for my coworkers and I - 1 large white gummy split to two small cups and 1 medium chunky red gummy. The white gummy was done correctly. The red gummy however was not. I let the worker know and she just said "its made with a mixed berry juice" as if that's the only difference in the drink. But the drink was the same exact color as the white gummy. Took the drink anyways. Coworker drank it and said its a white gummy. So we ended up with 3 white gummy drinks. I didn't wanna argue but I knew it wasnt right since I worked at a Jamba Juice before and also the color was no different than a white gummy. Sigh. First, I love the Jamba Juice franchise, and many of their menu items. This review is about this store specifically. I alternate between Starbucks and Jamba for my morning breakfast. The service at Starbucks is always so impressive it makes Jamba look a little pathetic. For some reason, everyone at this store just seems a little stoned or something. When I arrive at the pickup, they usually stare at me like "wha?" But that's not what prompted this review. Today I ordered an Impossible™ Sandwich. They forgot to have it ready (not surprising) so the young man began to prepare it after I reminded him. It seemed like it was in the microwave for an awfully long time. I was in a hurry to get to a meeting, so I didn't inspect it. When I got to the office, I felt the bag and could tell it was hard as a rock. I dropped it on my desk and it made a loud thud. You can see from the photos what I got. It is so burnt it was not only inedible, I'm pretty sure I would break a tooth on it. The most mystifying part is the kid took it out of the microwave, saw the burnt hockey puck, and continued to bag it and hand it to me. I really hate writing bad reviews but my latest visit to this Jamba location left me confused. Main issue is the staff. From taking my order to getting my drink. Staff didn't seem to want to be there or to be in any hurry to make drinks. I ordered and waited for about 15minutes without hearing one blender. There were several other customer waiting before me too. Staff seemed to be randomly stacking up orders but no one was actively making any smoothies. THEN when the cashier finished taking ordered she asked the girl who was simply stacking orders to come to the cash register so she herself could order something... finally a young lady from the back came out and starting pumping out drinks while the others stood around. Worst location EVER! I've given this location many chances but every single time they've made me realize why I don't want to go back. They don't smile or even greet you when you walk in the door. I moved to this area in January and frequented this Jamba until something unexpected caused me to move last month. The people at this location are friendly and do a great job. The reason I wanted to leave a review though was because of the manager (Isabella I think? I'm horrible with names).
