I really like how it's conveniently located right underneath CorePower Yoga and Row House. I passed through this store every time I came to take yoga classes and eventually decided to try. If you've ever been to the Pruneyard where this store is located within, park in the garage on the other end of the plaza and walk over. Don't even bother trying to find parking near Trader Joe's or in front of Marshall. The store is clean, tidy and nicely decorated with neutral tones. There're some tables and bar seating areas which may be enough to accommodate around 10 people. I tried the So Basic (Almond Milk, Banana, Strawberries, Almond Butter, Maple Syrup) and the Chocolate Smoothies (similar to the So Basic but with added Cocoa). Honestly, it's an acquired taste. I was not sure if I liked my smoothies or hated it. But it started to grow on me and before I knew it, I kept drinking it. Both smoothies tasted clean, fresh and healthy, just like the name of the store "Clean Juice". I paid $13-$14 for the 24oz larger sized cups. I have ordered twice from Clean Juice when I'm already in the Pruneyard - otherwise parking is a nightmare and I would not go out of my way to fight for parking and pay $10-$12 for juice or smoothie. First experience was alright - I ordered in person, the items were pricey and service was a tad slow, but it didn't feel negative at all. Food is decent, but nothing to write home about, most folks seem to come for the juices or smoothies. The second time I visited, I ordered ahead via the website, came to pick it up well past the promised time, and was told it would be another 15-20 minutes because "there were too many orders". It turns out my order hadn't even been started (it wasn't even in the queue of items being worked on), and the staff member only offered to make it "now" since I said I had placed my order the prior night, otherwise he would've made me wait until he was done with "all the other orders". Personally, I don't mind waiting when it is clear a place is slammed, but I think allowing for preorders and then not even starting on them on time is a fairly poor customer experience and indicative of a complete lack of management. And the staff member wasn't remotely apologetic, and was more standoffish that I had audacity to walk into the store and ask for an order. My advice is: do not order ahead here via app/website here, as there are no promises that they will even look at pre-orders. You will end up waiting as if you just placed your order in person. The juice was fresh and tasted great, but a $2.50 charge for no ice on top of a $10 price point doesn't really make it worth it to me. And the breakfast wrap was fine, but a bit expensive and had paper stuck to the bottom. It's not bad, but not great. Price point is steep, but comparable to other juice/smoothie shops. Ordered on my lunch break, The Youthful One with Hemp Protein Powder added, about $13. The smoothie took a bit of time to come out and I was the only one in the shop at the time. The cashier appeared uninterested and didn't seem friendly at all, purely transactional. The smoothie was mid at best, it tasted exactly how it should've tasted by the ingredients but I am not entirely sure they put the hemp protein in. For $13 I'd rather go elsewhere for an acai bowl or my go-to for any healthy smoothies like Raw ASF. You can find better service and product at a comparable cost. She recommended the Glow One when u told her i like green juices so went with that. There r different prices for regular and large, with and without ice. I got the regular with ice - $10.95. Dunno why the name is Campbell on Yelp, but this is Clean Juice. Came here on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm. The cashier seemed unenthusiastic and didn't seem too pleased to be there. *shrugs* I ordered the berry açaí bowl and was disappointed. The açaí was watery, didn't have much flavor and had a heavy hand of honey on top to compensate for the lack of flavor. There were bananas, blueberries and granola on top. The blueberries seemed to have come straight out of the freezer and tasted was more icy than anything. I've been here years ago and was a fan of their juices. Both customer service and food/drink quality have gone down over the years. The drinks just don't taste as good or fresh as they used to be-- Not sure if shortcuts are being made, but there's a difference. The main thing is the customer service. For the last 1-2 years, it seems like everyone who gets hired have attitudes. Not warm or friendly at all, which makes the energy of the place heavy, dark. It doesn't help that there's usually never any music playing softly in the background, so it' just empty and quiet. Makes you not want to come here just based on that. First off, I didn't realize it was located at the Pruneyard and picking up my order was so inconvenient. Parking was impossible to find and you can't even leave your car out front for a minute without blocking a bunch of cars in. I was never really a fan of cold pressed juices, but Clean Juice has converted me. Hallelujah! I had the opportunity to try samples of their juices at a local yoga studio's (Rebel Rise's) grand opening where Clean Juice was a vendor. Clean Juice cold-presses their bottled juices in-house, which I found better in quality than nationally distributed bottled juices from brands like Pressed Juicery, Suja, Evolution, etc. Clean Juice's was richer in flavor and far more tasty. I absolutely detest Pressed Juicery's Roots 1-3 juices, for example. I don't like beets in general, but Pressed Juicery couldn't make a better beets juice if they tried. I was blown away by how good Clean Juice's "Red" juice was, and it was so good that I honestly wouldn't mind getting it as part of my Clean Juice rotation. I also got to try the Cashew Milk Latte, Pink, Green, and Sweet Green. The Cashew Milk Latte was bomb. Definitely an awesome drink for the coffee lovers. Pink was nice and tart if you're into that. Heads up - the pucker is real. Green tasted clean AF and makes as a great juice for a cleanse. If you're needing that extra sweetness, Sweet Green had the perfect amount in it. It's impressive how much sweetness a quarter apple adds to this drink. Since the grand opening of the yoga studio, I have made my way to the Clean Juice storefront at The Pruneyard. Although I swung by to pick up more juices, I'll definitely be back to try the salads, bowls, and smoothies. The entire menu looks appetizing! Lastly, my overall customer service experience has been amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting Abi at the grand opening, and then I saw her again at the Campbell store. She is such a joy to be around and the woman knows her stuff! I appreciated her enthusiasm about Clean Juice's products as well as depth of knowledge about them. I wandered in here hungry and in my attempts to be healthy, this was my solution. The juice craze has taken over and I remember a time when my dad would force us to drink these horrible tasting concoctions as a kid. The more greens, the better. Celery Juice: ($10.50) Organic Celery + Organic Lemon: I actually don't mind celery juice as I've been drinking this pretty consistently for skin issues. I've never had it with lemon before and I think it's just a preference for me to have it without lemon. Good nonetheless. The interior was modern, clean, and had high ceilings. Horrible service!!!! I've never been treated so rudely in my life by a SMOOTHIE employee. I ordered the "Relaxation one" smoothie and upon the first sip I immediately hated it. The lavender was extremely overpowering and I knew I was not going to be able to drink it without feeling sick. I very kindly asked the male Indian employee if he could make me another smoothie instead since I really didn't like it and would not be able to drink it. He very rudely said I need to pay for another one. I then asked if he could just give me a refund because I don't want the smoothie. He told me it's against "policy" to give refunds. What kind of establishment doesn't give refunds??? After repeatedly saying please he finally said he would ask his manager but didn't even give me a refund on the spot. I wasted $12 and left the smoothie on the counter. They also had zero other customers in the store, it wouldn't have been hard to just make me one of the other smoothies that I would actually enjoy.
