I had a very disappointing experience here today. My DoorDash driver had been waiting for my order for over 18 minutes and finally asked if I could try calling the store to check on the status. When I called, I discovered that there was no way to even leave a voicemail because their voicemail wasn't set up. Meanwhile, the driver told me that when I tried to call the store, no one was answering. Worse, the Dasher overheard staff saying, "that's probably DoorDash," and then laughing about it instead of taking the call or checking on the order. This is unprofessional and shows a real lack of care for customers and delivery drivers who are just trying to do their jobs. Lol this particular one I was surprised to see Jamba Juice no longer has their iconic Styrofoam cups, but I was always shocked they use Styrofoam anyways since that's bad for the environment and they seem to be a health-conscious company. The workers at this particular Jamba Juice did not wear masks, but they were very pleasant. Two of them seem to be in training and their website was down. I ordered my drink online to be picked up within a 15 minute window and as I placed the order, the website said my order would be ready the next day at 8 AM! Lol I spoke to a manager on duty and they were able to get my order and I could bring it back to my son who just got his wisdom teeth removed! Never have I ever been ignored when I walk into an establishment. They kept messing around on their phones talking about which pictures they look better in than asking me if I was ready to order. You'll want the granola to add a little bit of extra crunch & sweetness. I do, however, don't like that they tend to overblend their smoothies. Not even halfway through your drink or bowl, and it's like your drinking soup. I wonder if it would help if I told them to not overblend it? This is the worst location for Jamba Juice in our area. The service is awful and we have repeatedly experienced issues with our orders. I placed my orders via the mobile app and I placed three orders separately because I was ordering four smoothies for myself, my kids, and my daughter's best friend who is vegan. When we arrived at the store, the clerks only provided me with one single smoothie. I showed them the other orders and they told me they didn't have them on their screen, but said that they "believed me" and would make them anyway. I pointed out that one smoothie was to be made with the oatmilk frozen dessert. The clerk came back and asked me if I wanted to substitute the mango juice for oat milk, and I reminded them again that no, I wanted to substitute the dairy sherbet with the oatmilk frozen dessert. When they gave me the smoothie, I asked the clerk if it was made with sherbet, and she told me she forgot and said she would remake it. When she remade the smoothie, she gave us a small instead of the medium as I paid for, but having been there already for nearly a half hour, we just took the smoothie and left. Our smoothies were all different consistencies. My son complained that his seemed like it was melted, whereas mine had very chunky pieces of fruit that kept clogging the straw. read more

Not the highest quality, but always consistent with their product. These particular location is pretty tidy and properly managed. I've gone to this location off and on since 2003. If you like their C booster my advice is to ask for fresh squeezed OJ. Trust me - it's better. I wish I found their app a while sooner because I feel like I would have gotten 12 free drinks by down with the amount of points I would have accumulated. The parking lot is a nightmare at times. Pedestrians do whatever they want even when you're already backing up. You got two way roads, people coming and going. Just be mindful in this parking lot. I think they just throw the ingredients into the blender and well, blend it. The portions are not measured out correctly.
