This was a great standard Starbucks stop. Not too much parking though in the space it shares with a Mediterranean grill and a Dental office. Entering the parking lot may not be straight forward if you are taking a left off of Babcock. They'll put the cream and sugar in the coffee for you here even when you go into the store. They offer indoor and outdoor seating as well as free wifi. I've seen people with their doggos here, outside ofcourse. The staff were friendly and I would definitely come by again. I left when someone started playing a game on their phone out loud next to me which was rude on their part and not the fault of the store. read more

I've been vegitarian for 14 years and ordered a falafel pocket and was given a chicken one. I didn't realize until I took a swallowed a bite. I went back a few hours later after I went to work and explained what happened. All they said was "so do you want a new sandwich?". I explained no I wanted a refund. So they gave me one but no one apologized or anything. I have a severe intolerance to the protein in many animal products and intentionally don't order meat. Ordinarily, I steer away from reviewing Starbucks locations. Why? Let's face it: they're really all the same...the only things to review, boil down to service and cleanliness. I've visited this location a handful of times over the last few months, and it's just a mess. Starting with the parking lot - more often than not, it's frustrating trying to find a spot. Then, when you do - you're often dealing with HUGE trucks trying to squeeze into spots clearly marked, "COMPACT". This parking issue aside, I can't keep my mouth shut as to the seeming disregard toward cleaning. Yesterday, I approached the counter and stood while awaiting the person in front of me to place their order. As I took a step forward, I wasn't sure my feet were going to move! They were literally glued down to a sticky substance on the floor; it looked like it had been there a while. Upon further inspection, the light coming in from the front windows illuminated the trail of disgusting marks left by foot traffic coming from the front door. Then, as my friend and I approached one of the tables (closest to the restrooms), I noticed the splatter underneath. Someone spilled something - and the effort to clean it up can only be described as "half-ass". We walked away in disgust - as a matter of fact, we met outside. I hate to complain because this is my normal Starbucks by my house, but I just had a moment where I was a bit perturbed, but didn't complain because it wasn't a big deal. Except that, in hindsight, now that I think about it, with the Starbucks "Love your drink or we'll replace it for free" culture, I think it IS a big deal. I walked in and asked for a Venti (20 ounce) Casi Cielo. Casi Cielo is a specialty coffee out usually from mid January to early March. She rang me up, took my payment, and handed me my "dark roast" coffee. I looked at the board, and saw their "dark roast" of the day was Sumatra. I left, let it cool a bit and tasted it. It's Sumatra. Not Casi Cielo. One of the reasons I love Starbucks so much is if they don't have what you asked for, they will volunteer to make you a "pour over" of what you asked for. It takes a little longer to brew, and it's a little more work for them, but they always ask if you want that option. Today, that cashier didn't give me the option. She tried to pass off something assuming I wouldn't notice the difference. There's a scene in Legally Blond (yes, the movie) that starts with a dress shop clerk saying, "There's nothing I love more than a dumb blond with daddy's plastic". It ends with Elle notifying the clerk, "You didn't just get this dress in, I saw it in Vogue a year ago, so if you're trying to sell it for full price, you picked the wrong girl". The Starbucks at Babcock & Hamilton Wolfe provides the worst customer service! They continually hand out the wrong drinks, are frequently out of different milk options and are rude to their customers. On six different occasions, when going through the drive through, I was handed the wrong drink. The employees there don't care about how they treat their customers. To top it off, the parking lot is so limited and the drive-thru line blocks those customers who park. If you have the opportunity to go to another Starbucks, go there and not to the Starbucks on Babcock & Hamilton Wolfe. read more

This Atarbucks has an awkward location that has a parking lot that is nearly always FULL and difficult to maneuver. I was ready to order some coffee when I heard the loud thumping bass "music" blaring out of the speakers. Since there was no way that I would be able to do my work with going on. I decided to try to find a quieter coffee place instead. I hate that once you're in the drive-thru, you're IN because you literally cannot escape, but they definitely make up for it by working so speedily. The employees are always so friendly and bubbly, which can get annoying fast since it's still AM hours when I go and I haven't had my coffee fix yet. A word of advice: don't get their Thai peanut wrap, it's pretty bad. If you're a baller on a budget, you should download the Starbucks app for a free beverage, or keep an eye out for coupons online. This store decided on bar-stool style seating for the majority of seats. They stools have 4 legs and backs but are virtually unloaded with just an ultra-thin layer of padding. They do have 3 very comfortable leather armchairs and an approximately 25 foot long leather bench seat against one wall. Typical Starbucks interior throughout. Oh, they even have barista counter seating if watching the coffee being prepared appeals to you. As for their product, it's Starbucks so you should know the drill. So, why the 3 star rating? The seating... I'm just not a fan of the high chair since I lost my last directing gig. Actors Guild always talking about actor safety! Geez, it's just a little explosives. But I digress. This is a very busy morning location and regardless of how many people are in line or waiting for their order, the staff is always friendly and acknowledges you when you walk up for your mobile order. I gave two stars for great coffees., but unfortunately the girls lack smiling at the drive thru window. I'm always in a good mood and when I drive up I say something nice like good morning or how you doing today with a no smile response. Today it was Carol at the window they should not have her at the window because she's the face of the company. She doesn't smile one bit and a few times in the past she looks tired. Today at the drive thru microphone I made a mistake and corrected myself and you could hear a sigh response. Apparently they have little patients. This Starbucks is in between. I went there a couple of times and sometimes I had luck but I also had some bad experiences with it. When I went to the drive through and ordered a drink in my personal cup they actually already finished the drink and than poured it in my cup, so the foam and such went upside down and nothing was as it should be. I didn't had time to complain, but I know that this drive through does a bad job when you bring your own cup. For the rest, they are ok. Not the best but also not too bad. read more

Out of five employees that just stood around chit chatting while a customer dominated the ONE cashier's time, NO ONE bothered to at least say hello, see if they can help me, NADA. I was so irritated that by the time I even got to order I already decided I would never come to this location again. If you follow me then you'll know I frequent SB pretty regularly. What ever happened to going to SB and overpaying for a cup of coffee for the experience??? I think these employees are sampling the merchandise and I don't mind it one bit! They moved 8-9 cars in about 5 minutes thru the drive thru. I pulled up and was feeling some kind of way because the line was wrapped all the way around the building but I was pleasantly surprised with how fast they moved all the cars in front of me. So since local coffee opened in the medical center I can honestly say my money goes there since I feel the quality, price and quality of Starbucks foods and drinks has tremendously gone down over the past few years but today o visited this location due to the fact that I had a free reward and decided to use it on the new cold brew sweet cream. I visited this location around 11:45 and literally sat in the drive through for about 1 minute which is usually not the case with this location. The service was fast, the guy at the endow (blonde hair) was some what friendly/unpleasant as if he didn't really give a care for his job but that's fine I'm always a hey how are you type of person lol. The drink itself has a nice light sweet taste that isn't overbearing along with a pleasant coffee taste. I can say that I was worried the combination of cold brew and sweet cream was going to be terribly sweet but it's not. I can honestly say I like it better than my usually which is a skinny vanilla latte. Overall good coffee and service was fast since I had to get back to work. read more
