Back to the Tealicious by HEB Bandera experience, they are totally consistent...consistently providing a horrible customer service experience. The young lady in the cash register was simply impersonal, dull, and snobbish. Again, we thought this was isolated but on all those several instances we visited this location, we have exactly the same sub par customer service experience. This afternoon visit at Tealicious on Potranco, I asked the young lady if the owners are the same on both locations, she verified it not the same. The staff at the Bandera location needs to learn from these excellent staff members at Potranco.
