You're standing next to the mobile order area to collect your mobile order and the miserable, little girl asks what you're waiting for. Ok, I tell her and then she proceeds to make 2 other cups for customers that aren't even here and then makes mine last and runs out of milk for the drink before it's full. Who cares? She just puts the lid on and thinks that's fine. She then places the cup on the closest possible part of the counter to her just to make me walk over to it instead of just putting it in the mobile order area where I'm waiting. Ok, it took me awhile to post this as 1) I hate giving bad reviews and 2) I really needed to digest the situation. This particular location is usually quite rough but somehow always busy. Convenience sometimes outweighs service. I get it, trust me. But on this particular day, it was beyond horrible. I walked in to pickup an online order. I'm usually VERY patient. Thank God for today's technology, because we have ways to keep ourselves occupied. After a SOLID 15 minutes of standing at the counter and being completely ignored, I was beginning to get a little annoyed. Between the girl right in front of me just absolutely ignoring me, the guy that cleaned the coffee machine 47 times without it being used or the the young lady giving free stuff to her friend, I learned how chaotic and horribly managed this location is. Finally, I said to the guy (very calmly... I swear ) handing drinks to a person that came in WAY after me "Excuse me". He SHOUTS back, "EXCUSE ME! I'M HELPING SOMEONE". Ok, now that's that. I said, "Really??? I've been standing here for 15 minutes being completely ignored". He then asks my name. I tell him and my bag is sitting right there. He then YELLS to himself, "I HATE WHEN PEOPLE JUST ORDER FOOD AND NO DRINKS!!" At this point I had to just laugh. I looked around at the people around me literally smiling saying, "Is this serious?" Came by this location yesterday morning to buy a holiday drink for the free reusable cup. The place was extremely busy with a line to order and multiple mobile orders were being fulfilled. I normally enjoy my coffee just with milk, regardless of ice or hot, so getting a sweet drink is more of a splurge. I asked the staff what she would recommend and it was the iced chestnut praline latte. The drink was good.. typical of Starbucks flavored drinks. Reason I gave this location 4 stars is because of their friendliness and they handled the volume of customers quite well. Granted I still had to wait some time for my drink but it was not too bad. Starbucks is Starbucks, tastes pretty much the same everywhere. Same food items, cups and decor. The only exception is that the staff here are friendly. At this point if Starbucks wanted to change their image they would have to bring in the Clowns and Dancing Midgets for starters. The lines are not long in the morning, so if you want to maximize efficiency, order via the app 5 min beforehand if you plan to hang around the place. Came late at night and well it was clearly a mistake. I ordered a matcha creme frappuccino and what I received was a frozen sugar less matcha slushy. It did not even have whipped cream as directed. This Starbucks has great potential but they need to work out kinks. The drive-through is slow, and from my experience, employees tend to disregard the in-store clients. It's happened more than once to me; today I walked out without a coffee. Guys, please improve on your in-store customer service. Other than that, four stars for the parking and the comfort of the table and chairs area. Clean bathrooms. I was in this store a week ago, I ordered a dirty chai latte, two seasonal ginger and one more iced. The guy gave me the three hot drinks the same. So far it doesn't matter, they are all delicious. I'm not a Starbucks aficionado, but this is my go to when the cravings hit. I went to the drive thru the other day and was excited to try the Piña Colada tea infusion. When I rolled up and ordered the associate told me they were out of it. I then proceeded to ask if they had pineapple black tea. She said yes. I asked if they had coconut milk and she replied yes. The line was almost non-existent when my boss and I pulled up at 6:15 this morning. Quick and friendly staff member took our order and delivered our drinks in probably less than six minutes flat. We were the only car in the lot. Both drinks were correct: a grande nonfat latte, no whip, and an iced passion tea with four Splenda. My boss's bagel was toasted to perfection. She's a pro and knows what and how to order. Absolutely no complains. I can see how the drive through might back up during peak hours, but that's probably the case with any highly trafficked location. The crew that we had was certainly on their game, which is no small accomplishment before the sun comes up. The parking lot seems like a bit of a tight fit when at capacity, but again pretty standard for a Starbucks store of this size. The drinks here are good and the baristas are usually friendly. However this location is fairly small (it is mainly a drive through) and there are only a few seats. I usually use Starbucks to study however if you're planning on studying here, make sure you take a peak through the window before you fully commit - since it gets full quickly. Secondly, the music is a tad loud, I've been to other Starbucks where the music is so faint that I had barley noticed it. I'm currently nodding my head to the bass of Circles by Post Malone after hearing One Dance by Drake, super great playlist but you can see how that can be distracting when trying to get work done. I'm torn with this review. Its like a battle between pluses and minuses. For every good thing, there is a bad thing associated with it. I'd have to say 3.49 stars and round down. The store is really nice and brand new, but as another yelper said, the staff is very new and inexperienced. The parking lot is pretty big, but they share it with Popeye's, so at times it gets crowded. Good thing the turnover is pretty high here. People come and go pretty fast, so parking hasn't been that bad. The chairs and tables are laid out pretty nicely, but the seating area is very limited. There aren't very many seats and tables here, but the tables are kept clean by the staff. It seems like this place attracts a lot of kids, because there's a school nearby, and though management does its best to keep the noise to a manageable decibel level, this place gets loud. The location is a mystery to me, as there's a Starbucks across the highway and another one a few miles up the highway. I guess Starbucks must be popular around here and you can't have too many Starbucks nearby. read more

Really need to work on their mobile app orders. Was standing by the counter for almost 10 minutes, being ignored. Finally, a guy that was working on the cold drinks by the window made eye contact and asked me how he could help. The girl that had been standing all along by the pick up area had my order sitting there all that time. I understand workers are busy, but 5 seconds to make eye contact with a customer and ask their name, goes a long way and saves time. It's not the first time this has happened with mobile orders for me at this location. The staff for the most part is nice and friendly, but they need training. Last mobile order for me for this location, will have to go to the location on 17, even though this place is in town and much more conveniently located. Had a very bad experience today with an employee who was very impatient with me because she didn't understand my question. She walked away rolling her eyes and talking about me. I told her I didn't like that she was being rude to me. She then made an excuse that she already answered my question. So I guess that means she can be rude! Then she said I was just being emotional because I'm pregnant. That's really discriminatory! Perhaps I didn't like the way I was being treated! And she claimed she was having a hard day. Ok I get it but you are taking it out on the wrong person! I told her ok but you see I'm very pregnant and struggling to walk and I walked a mile to this Starbucks (no car) and carrying a very heavy bag being patient with their bad service while she embarrassed me! So I don't need to hear about anyones hard day. She is so tone deaf! I don't even want to come back and I was coming everyday. The other employees are great by the way. I never had to deal with Jennie before today but wow. By the way, she doesn't understand coffee. I was asking about decaf flavors such as dark decaf that they do sell packaged and if they also make it there brewed. She just kept repeating herself trying to offer me caffeinated drinks without listening that I can't have that as I am clearly 8 months pregnant. She didn't try to understand and needs training on their coffee options. I was patient with her for not understanding my question and I went ahead and ordered something I didn't want just to get out of there and to not be such an inconvenience to her but she didn't get that and was just so bothered by me asking a question.
