I usually love this Starbucks. They do a great job taking orders and getting you're drinks in a timely fashion considering they're extremely busy during peek hours. Quick and friendly service. It's a small town so you usually see the kids from town either working or studying here. It's a got a hip/nerdy vibe going on which is right up my alley. Don't bother with the drive thru, the line is ridiculously long at times and you're better off just going inside. read more

Brand new and extremely clean! The service is quick and the Batista in charge is always asking if everything is OK.....different than most Starbucks I go to.....it is in Rutherford so a little drive but so worth the trip,.. I just hope that this Starbucks stays this friendly and helpful! read more

Came in today for a drink and it's the worst $8 I've ever spent. For starters the lady who took my order had an attitude even before I ordered, then I proceeded to give her my order which is a customized drink. I've never had issues at any of the other Starbucks I've ordered it from. She kept asking me if I wanted lemonade or water and I said I don't think I need either and asked if I could just explain my order, since in the multiple Starbucks I've been they've never made me choose between lemonade or water since I am doing milk. She rolls her eyes and tells me I have to choose one or she can't take my order cause the system won't let her unless I choose one. I picked water cause I am not about to mix lemonade with milk. My order also had $3 scoops of strawberries, plus other modifications. I pay and it comes to $8 which I thought was excessive considering I've never paid more than $6 for this exact same drink. I was not about to start arguing with her again and my social anxiety was not going to let me complain about it so I just waited for my drink. As the barista handed me my drink she goes "oh I forgot you asked for strawberries" so she takes the drink with her to SUPPOSEDLY add the strawberries, comes back and gives it to me and I walked out. As I'm on my way home I realize there's literally three strawberries in my drink. I asked for three SCOOPS of strawberries. Like honestly if you're going to charge that much for one drink at least make it well. In the past month I've had this drink at so many different locations and only this one charged me this much and screwed it up. read more

This Starbucks is super convenient for me to get to and that's probably why I visit it most frequently. They have a drive-thru which I absolutely love, however, this drive-thru usually gets pretty backed up and winds up backing up into the street which is a big pain in the neck. Line doesn't always move quickly either :( Inside the line can also get a little backed up, but that tends to move a little more quickly. Disgusting customer service. The guy taking my order through the truce thru was outright rude to my cousin and I. We ordered, and when we went to pay he said "just to let you know you need to tell us ahead of you ordering if you're paying separately". WHICH WE DID TWICE. There was absolutely no need for that comment. And when we said "yes we told you" he said "well you didn't". Look. Ive worked in customer service for over 5 years and I would NEVER say that to someone. It's really taking every ounce of me to not go higher up. I have been coming here almost very day for the past year and a half or so. I usually deal with Viri, she's super friendly and really great to deal with. She knows my order by heart and the second I walk in I'm greeted with a huge smile! The staff as a whole is super friendly and they try to accommodate you in any possible way. The staff is not the most friendly. The drinks are usually wrong about 70-75% of the time. Especially if you mobile order- you're guaranteed it to be wrong. When you ask them to fix it, they snarl and eventually do it but it's still wrong. This has happened numerous times so I just avoid this particular spot at all costs. Update 9/3/17 I don't know why I continue to come here. Again today my drink was wrong, not even a little bit. So wrong that it was gross and I actually poured it out. We went in to get specific coffees and understand that seasonal is temporary however, if you do not have the products TAKE DOWN THE ADVERTISEMENTS at your establishment for them! We walk in and see a spill on the floor, so we mention it to first person we see. Go to grab a sandwich, and they only have one option if you didn't want a breakfast sandwich (6pm at night) Pay with my mobile app, and while I'm waiting to have the sandwich heated up, a different girl other than who rang my stuff up - yells across to me that I didn't pay. I tell her that I had already scanned, and she said, "obviously you didn't because you didn't get a receipt" Wait, what? Who are you, and why are you being so aggressive? The service is fast and the orders come out correctly... I can't complain the pumpkin spice lattes came out really early this year which is always awesome. The establishment is clean and the baristas seem to have product knowledge and if they don't know they ask fellow baristas who do know about a particular product. The drive thru is about the average wait at any other Starbucks location. They offer an array of coffees from the reserve coffee made on the wonderful clover machines. If I'm stopping for coffee on my way to work, I will only go to this Starbucks. Although there are another 2 Starbucks close by, this one is the best. The drive thru moves quickly even with the morning rush. They never make a mistake on my drinks. All of the staff I have come in contact with are very friendly. One time the line was exceptionally long and they gave everyone online a gift card for a free drink. The other two locations are slow, and make mistakes on the drinks. I love Starbucks even though I am not a coffee drinker. My favorite is the Strawberry Acai refresher. It's a delicious fruit flavored non-coffee drink that I get year round. Strawberry based with Acai and real strawberries over ice. I also love Starbucks lunches especially the Edamame Hummus wraps. Sushi sized Hummus wraps with edamame, zucchini, bell peppers, cheese spread Ina spinach tortilla plus a roasted tomato sauce and sesame flax crackers. This is perfect for a light lunch or snack and it's healthy and delicious and satisfying. They also make a Thai chicken wrap, grilled chicken, chili lime slaw, lettuce, ginger cream cheese on a Chile tortilla with peanut coconut sauce and grapes. also delicious though this wrap can be a little spicy for me. They also have breakfast and lunch offerings. And their pastries are so good. Amazing, moist banana nut bread, pumpkin bread and during Christmas gingerbread. Scones, Croissants, cookies, toffee squares are all indulgent and yummy. The kids who wok here are always sweet and friendly and never blink twice no matter how complicated your order. And a drive thru Starbucks is always a plus. read more
