My goodness... always bad. This location has slow workers and the espresso is always burnt and gross. Not worth it.

I was treated like royalty! I was so eager to walk in and pick up my morning mobile order in a Christmas cup and all! Unfortunately, I realized pretty soon that I had ordered from a nearby Starbucks and not this one. No problem, a sweet guy with glasses said "no worries ma'am, what did you order?" He handled my ham and cheese croissant and my Venti holiday drink in a flash! I will make it my business to stop at this Starbucks every Saturday morning when I drop my kids at my husband's office for work. This is the sort of customer service we rarely see anymore & I was so pleased to be treated with grace and kindness this Saturday morning!

I ordered pumpkin creme cold brew and it tastes nothing like pumpkin. I usually order this every year and it's always tasted great, but this location makes it horrible. There's usually pumpkin seasoning or cinnamon seasoning on the top and they didn't add that for me. And my drink tastes like straight up milk. So disappointed.

Trenta Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with no ice...exactly as I received it...only received 2/3 of a cup.

I frequent this Starbucks and always get my Trenta Refresher drink with no ice. It has always been filled to the top. Today, my cup was filled 2/3 of the way and was told this was a new policy for no ice orders.

Here is the half-filled caffé mocha that I got. Who pays for almost $4 coffee like this?

This Starbucks was initially my go-to coffee shop to write a paper or work on some project because the place does not get too overcrowded. They play really nice music, and it is clean most of the time. I always order the classic espresso coffee like caffé mocha or chai tea latté or cold coffee such as frappuccino. They have a new flavor of coffee which is the cinnamon chai latté that I ordered 2 nights ago, and it was really good. Yesterday, I ordered it again, and the taste was not the same w/ another person making it. I told them about it, and they immediately replaced it, but it was not the same again like the other night. I think they need training on consistency on making the coffee. Today, I was standing at the counter. Several staff had looked at me and ignored to take my order. Finally, the 5th person did. I ordered a tall caffé mocha. I lifted the cup after it was made, and the cup was only halfway full. I would have said something, but I thought I would just put the complaint here so all of their staff can possibly read this including other customers. For such a new branch of Starbucks in this location where sales is dependent on the residents around the area and not business people, I think it's important that they establish consistent and good customer service. I like Starbucks, but I also love Dunkin Donuts' coffee where price is cheaper, and coffee is comparable. I wouldn't mind driving to hwy 6 to get DD coffee that will save me money. This is my first yelp review. I never really write reviews for yelp, but after ordering a tiny coffee that is as expensive as $4 that is half-filled, I just had to write this review.

The menu itself has a good variety of options. I do like trying out their seasonal stuff and this was pretty good. I got the tiramisu coffee which comes with a whole lady finger as a topping and is quite aesthetically pleasing. The mouthfeel was smooth and creamy, and it wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be. Overall I quite enjoyed it!

It was my first visit--I ordered an almond milk cappuccino, an iced banana bread latte, and a chocolate croissant (note: the full kitchen opens an hour after the shop). Both drinks were fantastic--well balanced, and the banana bread latte really tasted like its namesake without being overly sweet. The croissant was average, though I appreciated the smaller size compared to the oversized ones you usually see. The barista was knowledgeable and genuinely engaged with customers, which made the experience stand out. One downside: the Wi-Fi was slow, even when it wasn't busy, so I ended up using my phone hotspot. I'd come back to try the matcha and explore more of the food menu.

I actually stopped in just for a moment and ended up sitting reading my book, enjoying myself, people watching and having of all things, a café Su Da which was wonderfully executed and quite enjoyable to be very honest. It appears as if they serve all types of snacks and sandwiches, which I did not try, but will make it a point in the future to return a visit and partake of what I suspect is a thoroughly wonderful faire. By the way, the place was absolutely packed close to all the seats being taken and the takeout traffic was incredibly high, so I'm obviously not the first to discover this. I can't do anything but wish them a great deal of luck. Great value for the money.

The easy parkin, casual and quaint vibes make it really easy to spend lots of time here. Coffee is still a work in progress for yours truly, but I've found solace in their nitro cold brew, which is an effective pick-me-up for the morning + afternoon boost. An added dash of sweetness and milk is the golden pecan, which is another favorite. Another bonus? Latte art is most definitely on point. Their seasonal and constantly rotating menu is a brunch worthy, but not particularly destination worthy. From croissant sandwiches to avocado toast, they've done aa decent job at keeping everything presentable and quality. The daily pastry selection is also a variable and being out of danishes and muffins by mid afternoon is a real possibility. The customer service deserves special kudos since they've always done a great job in making every experience feel like a welcome one. They close every day at 5pm.

Traffic wasn't too bad along Mason and the location was easy to find using GPS. The coffee shop is part of a shopping strip that includes other popular businesses like Aji Ramen and Hoodadak. We just stopped by for a few minutes and were recommended the honey nut latte as one of their more popular drinks. We got it hot. It was perfect! Not too hot, definitely not cold, great flavor, strong coffee flavor, and not too sweet. There's also a wall of fancy teas that's definitely worth checking out. (See my photo.) Service was also good! Nice, kind employee and the drink came out quickly. Luckily there wasn't a line when I arrived and only 2 other people in the cafe chatting at the time. The baristas and owners are genuinely welcoming and usually greet me when I walk in. Of course, if they're busy with orders, that might not always happen, which is completely understandable. What I really appreciate is how helpful they are. I'm pretty indecisive when ordering, and they've always been patient and willing to recommend drinks or answer questions. I usually go for their chai latte or spiced chai latte, and everything I've tried so far has been really good. Taste is subjective, of course, but I've personally enjoyed every drink I've ordered. From what I understand, they're also willing to remake or adjust drinks if there's an issue though I've never had to do that, even during busy times or when they're hosting events and pop-ups. So please double check with barista/management. One of the things I love about this locally owned coffee shop is their food. It's actually filling, which isn't always the case with cafés. My favorites are the honey garlic toast, bagels with cream cheese, and the buldak pizza. The shop itself is clean, well-maintained, and the restroom is always fresh, which I really notice and appreciate. There's typically a barista at the front to take orders, and when it gets busy, there's also a kiosk available. The layout is clear, with signs showing where to order and pick up, so it's easy to navigate. They also host events and offer space for meetings or casual hangouts, which adds to the community feel. It's a great spot to relax, read, study, or get work done. If I lived closer, I'd probably be here all the time. They also play great music definitely my vibe, though that comes down to personal taste. Overall, it's a solid, welcoming place that I've consistently had good experiences with.
