We went in for coffee and pastries. While there a belligerent customer approached the counter and began arguing with the barista's, all teenagers. He then began cussing, slamming his hand on the counter. He was even cussing at customers. When my husband came to my defense, he jumped up and wanted to assault us. My husband, a 30 year US Marine veteran, stepped in to defend the Baristas and patrons. We heard the owner is squeamish and will likely take the side of this customer but we are hoping the owner will do the right think and be strong enough to take the account of the baristas and other patrons. This is a really cute coffee shop that also has a selection of pastries, sandwiches and gelato. There are tables and booth seating available indoor and outdoor on the small patio. If you want to sit for a bit and work, I did see a couple of outlets available. My matcha latte was a bit too sweet and not mixed all the way through. But service was nice and the shop was quiet. Settled in a shopping center along Fry Road, Minuti Coffee is a great place to get coffee! Came here for the first time a few weeks ago and it didn't disappoint. I've seen this place all over town, but have never had the chance to try it until recently. I am pleased with the taste of their coffee and can't wait to try more of their selections. I had the cortado and it had nice espresso dark roast notes in it. Very good! The service I received was excellent, they have a great staff that is willing to answer any questions for you about their coffee and their selections. The ambiance inside feels intimate with 2-seated tables and plenty of seating/lounging area. There are plenty of seats for studying or having a seat on their front door patio. The quality here overall has gone down while their prices have gone up. Let me start off with their service... workers are never happy and don't want to be there. The cashier doesn't even greet the customers, just stands there waiting for you to order. I've been here multiple times, and it's always the same I swear. If you're gonna have a bot at the counter, might as well add a self serve kiosk for ordering. Their coffee is pretty mid in my opinion, but I do enjoy their hot chocolate and cannolis. Today I tried their gelato for the first time... and it's definitely my last. Don't come here for your gelato fixings lol. I got stracciatella and Nutella. They had some ice crystals throughout. Nutella flavor was solid. Stracciatella didn't taste like much. Not sure how the other flavors were, and I didn't want to attempt to ask for samples bc placing my order already seemed to be enough for the employee. I was honestly shocked with how they handed the gelato to me... in a plastic cup?!! It looked pathetic. $5.25 for 2 scoops. Chill place to hang at or get work done, but at this point I'd rather just go to Starbucks. Not sure if it's even worth coming back for the items I actually do like. read more

I've been here a handful of times and have had mixed experiences when it comes to coffee/drinks. There are times when it was made really well and tasted great. Other times it was not good at all and I end up tossing it. Food is okay. Customer service is always good. I usually just come here when in this area and just really need a coffee and I just hope that it'll be a time that it will be good. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. On Monday of this week a dear friend and I had lunch at Minuti Coffee. It was my first visit and I was quite impressed. The ambiance was casual with an inviting, modern decor. The staff was friendly and efficient. I had a chicken salad sandwich with potato chips and a hot chai latte made with almond milk. Everything was filling and delicious! This is absolutely one of my favorite coffee places. My kid can get ice cream. My husband can get tea with sugar free syrup, my father in law can get a black coffee that he actually enjoys and I can get a creamy drink with ice cream and coffee mixed. We usually sit inside, but the porch is so nice with the colored glass. My mom works not too far at a local hospital and they give hospital employees free coffee, so sometimes we stop and chat when she's getting off work and I'm getting up and going places. It's a great location too, I can get some grocery shopping done, and then get back on the highway. read more

My boyfriend & I stopped by Minuti for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed our coffee! This location has a drive thru which makes it very convenient. We shared the marble mocha, which they described as a mix of their dark & white chocolate mocha drinks. I really appreciated how it was sweet without being overly sweet like some flavored coffee drinks are. If I could change one thing, I would make the coffee flavor itself a bit stronger. Look, I don't like starbucks...not a fan. This place is a very nice alternative and coffee I must say, is better than the usual, standard more expensive Starbucks brand. Customer service was great and I only glanced at bite options but looked good. An establishment that is doing what Starbucks did in the beginning and made a great stop in good coffee shop. They are doing this here and a great place to stop in, great a great coffee quickly without the lines and/or having to order a latte/fratte/vente/double/cream in back pocket with dash of a smile kind of waste of time. I frequent this place a couple days a week with my boyfriend in the mornings! Pretty good and consistent coffee. My favorite and go-to would be their iced dirty chai! I forgot how their sizing is called but whatever the small sized cup is... it's really small. So I opt for the medium. Their caramel macchiato is also tasty! A new place(for me) to obtain my favorite beverage, coffee. Perhaps because it's new and I am unaccustomed to it or it is unique to this particular location or because it more closely approximates my taste it find it quite visually interesting. Because I spend far more time in coffee shops than any other place outside my home an interesting visual setting if far more important to means the reason I take the time to describe it. This particular setting is also quite clean which always helps. The staff is quite attentive, efficient, quick and courteous which is even more important than the ambience since a black coffee, which is my drink, is a fairly simple process. It appears that they also serve seasonal drinks Andi will depend upon those if you who order them to opine. My goal however in referring to the menu is to comment on its expanse..Minuti sounds more akin to a 'quick' Italian deli (I'm trying to think like an imaginative marketing person) and given coffee, gelato, wine and sandwiches my guess is that is what the marketers were attempting to portray. In any case I'm not trying to ignore a comment about the product that brought me here...coffee. It is quite robust, full bodied and smooth...I had simply the generic house blend and given its relative cost and portion (I'm from the generation of $0.50 bottomless brewed and continually served coffee with a $0.50 tip) seems quite a fair deal. read more

There was no way around. You would think that early in the morning it would taste decent. Either they need to clean their coffee pots or stop using old containers. The sandwich was a joke. I love this coffee place. Simple you walk in and they served the coffee. The service is fabulous and fast. Friendly staff suggest selling. Making sure your order is correct. This place offer both outdoor and indoor service. I love it plenty of seating and lots of clean table to hang out. My capuccino I love it. It's a lot better then Starbucks hate to said it, but this is definitely way better. I didn't like the pastry too much. It was hard to bit into and taste old. But the coffee was really good. After being jacked around by careless, non-engaged Panera employees., I went across the street to Minuti Coffee. First time here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the front door by an enthusiastic young man behind the counter who listened intently to my order, suggested something better and then he and his partner worked together to make my order quickly. There were two employees here. Bother we're super polite and positive and both seemed to be happy to be here and doing their jobs. It's very nice to catch a couple guys happy to do their job and treat customers right. At Panera, there was one overworked employee (who seemed to be trying hard to be good at her job) while there were 5 other employees in the back within eyesight who were just standing around doing absolutely nothing while there was a line of customers waiting. While I waited in an unbudging line, one of those employees, casually walked out. Filled a cup for literally one sip of whatever, threw the brand new cup away and then turned and looked at the line. She even made eye contact with me. She then walked back to her station, leaned against the wall and examined her nails. All while the single front line employee ran back and forth, running the register, taking orders and filling them. I'm posting this on both the Minuti Coffee and Panera bread Yelp pages. read more

I was super impressed with this place from the moment I walked in! But let me start from the beginning: I had a hair appointment at Ulta (just across the parking lot) and I had a little bit of a wait ahead of me, so I decided to grab a bite to eat in the same shopping center but wasn't feeling Wendy's or McDonalds. I rolled up to the drive thru, they promptly asked me how they could help me, so I asked them if they had food and they said yes - much of which wasn't on the menu outside...so I told them I'd come in. Upon entering it is a dark and relaxing environment, with French music playing in n the background. I take no issue with this even though it's an Italian coffee place, lol! The front counter is much like Starbucks with some surprisingly fresher sandwich options. There's a good assortment of other drinks and fruit, in the event that you didn't come for the coffee, or you brought company who doesn't enjoy coffee. They made me a custom sandwich (one that the employees make for themselves), because I was torn between a few ingredients. They offered me samples and asked me if I were more in the mood for hot or cold coffee, to which I hadn't given much thought to until asked. They handed me my coffee at the counter and shortly after they brought my sandwich to my table. I asked about wi-fi and of course they have it. Starbucks who?? Minuti made this a very personalized experience, and I felt valued as a customer. So, a very big thank you to the staff working on Saturday, June 9th at 2:30pm - the guy at the register was especially accommodating and helpful. I'll be coming back regularly, and I intend to tell everyone I know about this place. I'm in love!! p.s. I absolutely loved the service from the super friendly greeting once I entered the establishment to the thoroughly detailed explanations of the different coffees on the menu. The coffee itself was great! I had the nitro with a shot of vanilla consisting of 5 super charged shots of espresso and boosted with nitrogen. You are guaranteed to get your caffeine on ;) if that's your thing, and yes it's mine!! Hahaha! They serve Italian roast coffee (illy). The decor is inviting consisting of nice warm wood tables and a small covered patio out front. For the middle of the day I noticed several people meeting up for coffee here and several people working her and a large group of women meeting for coffee club. The most you'll pay for a big cup here is around 6 bucks. This specific location, has to be one of the sleeker and spacious looking ones. With tables and booth seating available inside or outside. Since im a big fan of cold coffee, i typically go for an ice-O (basically a frapuccino). You also have the option of milk replacement and a wide menu. I love the food here too! You have little snacks like sandwiches and croissants. Dont forget the gelato! And for you romantics, yes, they also have wine and beer. Also, if youre a big fan like myself, i reccommend getting a $25 gift card (which gets you a free coffee). Trust me, those 25 will get you a long way here! read more

Minuti was the best frozen coffee I've ever had, and some of the best coffee I've had in general. While I'm no coffee connoisseur, my tastes are discerning enough to know that this place is no Starbucks, despite being comparable in price. As far as food goes, I would also recommend their chicken salad sandwiches. The chicken salad is very good and the croissants are amazing; while they might not be fresh baked, I doubt they were ever frozen. Ambience and music here makes me feel like I'm in an authentic Italian coffee shop, despite never having been to one. Overall, great place. Would highly recommend to anyone. Some locations are better than others, but of the six I've been to, this is one of the better ones. read more

Very cheap manager. Ordered espresso on ice with alternative milk in a small cup and was charged almost $5. Told them that I had gotten the same drink for under $3 before and they changed the price and gave me a small cup that was only half full. It is ridiculous that they up-charge $1 for alternative milk and still give me only half a cup full. Whoever the manager is should know that giving an extra 5 cents worth of milk is worth pleasing a customer who comes every day.
