We're not in the Katy area very often so we needed a pick me up as soon as we were in the area. The place had very clean lines, making it a minimal and very simple aesthetic. The menu had a mix of traditional drinks and some featured menu items. We ordered the iced lavender latte, an iced mocha latte, and a tomdog. The lavender latte had just a hint of lavender which I really liked. It didn't taste like I was drinking perfume. The mocha latte tasted like your typical drink, nothing to write home about. The tomdog was a large hotdog wrapped in what I think is a pretzel dough. It was good, but I can't say it was the best hotdog I've ever tasted. What I thought was smart was the had these markers on the tables that indicated which tables were clean and which ones needed the staffs' attention. I kept watching the show they were playing on the TV that looked like a food tour in China. It was a nice mix up from your typical screens in coffee shops, but it also made me really hungry for Cantonese food. This is a nice place for if you need to order coffee to go or find a spot to get some work done.

As an introvert, I enjoyed the use of the self-service kiosk. Each drink had a description and you can easily modify within the app. The establishment was clean and full of commuters and students. The coffee was ok in taste - wish my iced drinks were actually cold instead of lukewarm. Nothing is worse than drinking hot coffee in hot weather.

Saw a honey lavender matcha on the menu so that's what I ordered. Didn't take a picture of the first one, but it was not what you'd expect when you order a matcha. I asked them to remake it. Took two tries to "get it right." This brown drink is a "matcha latte"... There's chunks of powder and sugar at the bottom. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Been here twice already, got their oriental coffee and it was really good. The second time i got the taro latte and it was too milky in my opinion, couldn't taste the taro too well and it wasn't sweet enough for me, basically slightly flavored milk. I also got their Honey cheese toast and it was soooo good. It was served all warm and I have no complaints about it, looking forward to trying their other foods! The employees were also really nice!

Plenty of parking available in the lot for this shopping center. Contemporary Korean-style coffee shop. Looked like a great place to bring a book or your lap top. I appreciated the note on the front door from the management, urging customers to "please be patient" with the local youth who are still learning the ins-and-outs of their jobs. My Iced Thai Tea Latte was sweet and rich. My friend ordered an Ice Blended Cinnamon Mocha and she really liked it. The staff wasn't sure how to register for the rewards program, but I found it in the App Store. Looking forward to coming back again because the Bakery menu -- including savory items looks great!

Hands down the best cup of coffee I have had in the State of Texas - and I drink a lot of coffee! Outstanding service with a good vibe.

PARKING: It is in a private shopping lot with plentiful of parking. AMBIANCE: It is a casual place. Great for studying, catching up, or getting a drink/snack. FOOD/DRINKS: I ordered a grande iced milk tea latte (about $7 with the milk substitute). It was descent but didn't wow me. Overall, I wouldn't go back here. This is place is expensive and cost more than Starbucks and a boba shop.

Perfect lavender latte. Enjoyed my latte while reading a book. Loved the cozy environment. Will be back!!

The space has decent seating and even a co-op working space if you're looking for somewhere to work. Otherwise there's a good amount of space to hang out. The menu itself has a good variety of options. I do like trying out their seasonal stuff and this was pretty good. I got the tiramisu coffee which comes with a whole lady finger as a topping and is quite aesthetically pleasing. The mouthfeel was smooth and creamy, and it wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be. Overall I quite enjoyed it!

It was my first visit--I ordered an almond milk cappuccino, an iced banana bread latte, and a chocolate croissant (note: the full kitchen opens an hour after the shop). Both drinks were fantastic--well balanced, and the banana bread latte really tasted like its namesake without being overly sweet. The croissant was average, though I appreciated the smaller size compared to the oversized ones you usually see. The barista was knowledgeable and genuinely engaged with customers, which made the experience stand out. One downside: the Wi-Fi was slow, even when it wasn't busy, so I ended up using my phone hotspot. I'd come back to try the matcha and explore more of the food menu.

This is a great place to come study or do work on your computer. Some tables have outlets too. The service was good. No complaints. I came here because I heard their matcha is good. Each matcha is $8.5. They claim to use ceremonial grade matcha but under the matcha latte list, there is only one drink labeled CG (ceremonial grade) while others do not. The CG is the basic and they use agave for sweetening. They also don't hand mix per cup. It is pre-batched. I'm not a pre-batch hater although I do prefer each cup to be hand mixed, so I will give it a chance if it tastes good. The CG latte was surprisingly smooth and pretty good! Not bitter at all imo, but it was slightly grainy. They used the perfect amount of agave to balance. It wasn't sweet either. Just perfect balanced flavor for a regular CG matcha latte. The other matcha latte I ordered was the banana. It is SO GOOD! A lot grainier than the CG, though. But I would definitely order that again if I come to Katy. It has a cinnamon flavor in it (probably why it felt grainier than CG) and mixed with the banana flavor was just very yummy. Highly recommend!

I was…read morepleasantly impressed to find that a bakery had a menu that offered such a selection covering breakfast and lunch items. The location of the restaurant is not immediately visible from the Main Street. It was tucked away on the rear of a building creating a little challenge to find. My visit was during a weekday morning and no other patrons were inside. A completely empty restaurant is usually a cause for concern for me. Patty's is set up for orders at a counter in the back of dining room then take a number to the table for delivery. The dining room is very bright and simply decorated but spacious for a bistro. I ordered the Grandma's Morning Casserole and it was a solid 5/5 with great quality sausage and bacon. Everything about the dish is near perfect, especially the tasty crispy tater tots. My request for a croissant with the breakfast was honored and it was delicious. This gave me idea to check out more baked good from the showcase. I purchased a carrot cake to go and later wished I had bought two. The cake wasn't the traditional style with nuts and shredded carrots. Instead, the cake was the consistency of pound cake that came covered in a rich chocolate drizzled over the top. Perhaps, I got lucky with my first impression but I'm eager to give them another opportunity to repeat the great experience.

Their…read moresignage outside & their website only says "Patty's Bakery" but they are so much more than a bakery! Don't miss that they are a "Bistro" also. The cashier/barista Laura was so friendly and we enjoyed talking to her. You order at the counter, water is self service from a water station and the food is delivered to your table. I was here for Saturday brunch & got the "special omlette" with ham substituted for the prosciutto. The ham is deli-type ham. The omelette was very flavorful & tasty, however, definitely thinner than I am accustomed to eating. It did not come with any bread option or side item so make sure you look at the breakfast side items (only located on the Saturday/Sunday brunch menu, not the main menu) or ask about side items. I don't have a large appetite & I must admit I was still a little hungry. I inquired about bread after I finished & they offered to bring me some toast but I was already done eating. I had a bite of hubby's breakfast sausage & croissant. I'm not a big sausage person but the sausage tasted smoky with a hint of sweetness and it was yummy! The croissant was also buttery & good. I'd add that to my omelette order next time. Of course we had to try some sweets since there were so many options. We got the carrot cake; it's Brazilian style, which differs from the standard American version. The cake had carrots only, no nuts, a little less sweet, pound cake-like consistency and topped with chocolate. I enjoyed it! I also got a chocolate cake slice to-go. It's super rich with chocolate filling layers made with condensed milk. A bit too rich for me but I'm sure others will love it. They also have coffee drinks and they are setup to do the basics drinks (mocha latte, cappuccino, etc) without all the syrup flavors. I ordered a cortado. Although it is not on their menu, the barista gladly said she would try to do her best. I provided directions on the espresso to milk ratio for a cortado & she absolutely nailed it. The coffee was robust & without the traditional vanilla syrup available, a little brown sugar added made the drink great. I will definitely return. I'll try their lunch menu next time.
