I've been coming to this Tom N Toms location since before the new management took over, and it's always been consistent if anything, it's only improved. The baristas and owners are genuinely welcoming and usually greet me when I walk in. Of course, if they're busy with orders, that might not always happen, which is completely understandable. What I really appreciate is how helpful they are. I'm pretty indecisive when ordering, and they've always been patient and willing to recommend drinks or answer questions. I usually go for their chai latte or spiced chai latte, and everything I've tried so far has been really good. Taste is subjective, of course, but I've personally enjoyed every drink I've ordered. From what I understand, they're also willing to remake or adjust drinks if there's an issue though I've never had to do that, even during busy times or when they're hosting events and pop-ups. So please double check with barista/management. One of the things I love about this locally owned coffee shop is their food. It's actually filling, which isn't always the case with cafés. My favorites are the honey garlic toast, bagels with cream cheese, and the buldak pizza. The shop itself is clean, well-maintained, and the restroom is always fresh, which I really notice and appreciate. There's typically a barista at the front to take orders, and when it gets busy, there's also a kiosk available. The layout is clear, with signs showing where to order and pick up, so it's easy to navigate. They also host events and offer space for meetings or casual hangouts, which adds to the community feel. It's a great spot to relax, read, study, or get work done. If I lived closer, I'd probably be here all the time. They also play great music definitely my vibe, though that comes down to personal taste. Overall, it's a solid, welcoming place that I've consistently had good experiences with. Plus it's Jeon Jung Kook approved! (See photo) read more

I had a great experience here. The service was fast, and the cashier was friendly. It was spacious inside, and clean. I ordered an ube latte. It was pretty good, but I think that I would try something else next time. I think that the drink lacked something, but I couldn't put my finger on what it was. read more

I've been here three times and have been reminisced in leaving a review. The staff here is incredible, always so friendly, smiling, and helpful. The space is clean and very cute. I like the variety of snacks and drinks offered. I recommend the their wrapped hit dog and the Pandan Vietnamese coffee is my favorite! There is plenty of parking, never had trouble finding space. The shopping center is well lit, come grab a cup of mojo and pastry in a nice cafe! And bring a friend or two! read more

Husband picked up. I ordered for ASAP, but not ready for 35 minutes. Hobby brought to me at my mani-pedi appt

We're not in the Katy area very often so we needed a pick me up as soon as we were in the area. The place had very clean lines, making it a minimal and very simple aesthetic. The menu had a mix of traditional drinks and some featured menu items. We ordered the iced lavender latte, an iced mocha latte, and a tomdog. The lavender latte had just a hint of lavender which I really liked. It didn't taste like I was drinking perfume. The mocha latte tasted like your typical drink, nothing to write home about. The tomdog was a large hotdog wrapped in what I think is a pretzel dough. It was good, but I can't say it was the best hotdog I've ever tasted. What I thought was smart was the had these markers on the tables that indicated which tables were clean and which ones needed the staffs' attention. I kept watching the show they were playing on the TV that looked like a food tour in China. It was a nice mix up from your typical screens in coffee shops, but it also made me really hungry for Cantonese food. This is a nice place for if you need to order coffee to go or find a spot to get some work done. read more

As an introvert, I enjoyed the use of the self-service kiosk. Each drink had a description and you can easily modify within the app. The establishment was clean and full of commuters and students. The coffee was ok in taste - wish my iced drinks were actually cold instead of lukewarm. Nothing is worse than drinking hot coffee in hot weather. read more

This place is close to my house so I come here whenever I get the chance but today my Vietnamese coffee is horrible. It is so diluted and tasted nothing like Vietnamese coffee. My kids still enjoy their cheese toast and pepperoni toast. read more

Fine place to work. Photogenic and comfortable. The espresso is terrible. The oriental latte which is their cross between a latte and a Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is also terrible. (Too sweet, cloying and does not go down easily). The rules here may be similar to those of Starbucks. Enjoy the nice room. Avoid the espresso like the plague. Concentrate on sweet espresso beverages such as lattes without getting anything too exotic. They do a lot of tea lattes. Those might be better. They also do a lot of interesting snack starches such as exotic pretzels. Those might be okay too. read more

Worst service and rude. We waited 20 minutes to order to be told we needed to wait in the self order kiosk line now. Walked out!

Saw a honey lavender matcha on the menu so that's what I ordered. Didn't take a picture of the first one, but it was not what you'd expect when you order a matcha. I asked them to remake it. Took two tries to "get it right." This brown drink is a "matcha latte"... There's chunks of powder and sugar at the bottom. Unfortunately we will not be back. read more

My daughter raved about this place so much that we had to stop in before heading to the airport to go home. I loved this place! Great coffee and service. read more

Been here twice already, got their oriental coffee and it was really good. The second time i got the taro latte and it was too milky in my opinion, couldn't taste the taro too well and it wasn't sweet enough for me, basically slightly flavored milk. I also got their Honey cheese toast and it was soooo good. It was served all warm and I have no complaints about it, looking forward to trying their other foods! The employees were also really nice! read more

Plenty of parking available in the lot for this shopping center. Contemporary Korean-style coffee shop. Looked like a great place to bring a book or your lap top. I appreciated the note on the front door from the management, urging customers to "please be patient" with the local youth who are still learning the ins-and-outs of their jobs. My Iced Thai Tea Latte was sweet and rich. My friend ordered an Ice Blended Cinnamon Mocha and she really liked it. The staff wasn't sure how to register for the rewards program, but I found it in the App Store. Looking forward to coming back again because the Bakery menu -- including savory items looks great! read more

Loved the horchata latte. Vibe was laid back and server was friendly and made great suggestions.

I'm team Patrick A. Very rude to make a customer wait in line that long to be told to go order from a kiosk and even worse to put them on blast on the video on Instagram! Horrible business model. read more

PARKING: It is in a private shopping lot with plentiful of parking. AMBIANCE: It is a casual place. Great for studying, catching up, or getting a drink/snack. FOOD/DRINKS: I ordered a grande iced milk tea latte (about $7 with the milk substitute). It was descent but didn't wow me. Overall, I wouldn't go back here. This is place is expensive and cost more than Starbucks and a boba shop. read more

Coffee taste amazing, food quality is good, price is decent. Environment is made for study or taking your coffee to go. No music on Sunday March 23rd, a tutoring session was occurring at one of the tables which made it uncomfortable for those with family ( small children ). Although I love the coffee and food unfortunately this is not a place to go with small children if you have small children and want good coffee and good food might want to also check out Homebrew in Katy. If you just want your coffee to go - Tom N tom is great or if you are someone looking for a great place to study. read more

Expensive price for not good tasting drinks. All drinks other than some coffees are powder based. No thank you. No real ingredients The place has a male employee who has zero enthusiasm for his job. He is so angry in demeanor, it put me in a bad mood too. Why is he even employed there? There are several other drink shops in the area. Go to any one of those instead. read more

worst service for food in the world. 15 minute wait and food did not come out. No one in front of me. Young girls behind the counter just laughing and having fun. Owners need to wake up. I am not at a restaurant. Shouldn't take this long. NEVER Coming back. read more

Great place to come to if you're craving coffee and sweets! The employees will give you a nice warm greeting. The environment seems pretty laidback so no problems with that. The best! Food, service, oh yea EVEN ambiance it sounds so calm so I can concentrate doing my work 10/10 would go here

Yummy Frappuccino (or whatever they're name for them is) drinks and delicious soft pretzel based food. They take the dough of a soft pretzel, flatten it, add stuff (marinara sauce, cheese, chicken beef, whatever, bake it, then serve it with a dipping sauce). I'm not a coffee snob, so I can't tell you if the coffee is excellent quality or not; but my wife is very picky and she likes going to this place too. It is a local business, not a national chain; so, that's a plus for us. It definitely shows in the folks who run it; because, they are super friendly & helpful. I've never had an issue with the service... of the dozen + times we've been, there have been errors with our orders; but, the staff has bent over backwards to help us get what we wanted (even when the error was ours). The atmosphere is very relaxed and chill. Love the vibe. This place is definitely one of my favorite two places for coffee-ish drinks and a bite in the West Houston/Katy/Richmond/Fulshear areas! (The other is further West; so, we don't get to it as often.) read more

Tom N Tom's is so good! We came in on Sunday father's day and unfortunately their big oven busted in the morning. They went to go buy a conventional oven that way they could still make bakery orders. It was honestly worth the wait! Our group got the bulgogi pretzel, hawaiian pretzel, caramel cinnamon bread, pizza toast and pizza. All are so good and super flavorful. They had great service manners and were apologetic considering the time. I had no problem waiting and will be back! 10/10. read more

Great food and coffee we will come back again and again the owners are great and employees are nice.

you should acknowledge your guest when they are trying to give you business & order a coffee. first time here, won't be back. the girl stood in front of the register knowing that i was ready to order cause her coworker asked if she could finished my order. instead she stood right in front of the register, didn't say hi, didn't look me in the eyes... & i was awkwardly standing IN FRONT of her for a FEW MINUTES while she was doing nothing... she was listening to people talk in the kitchen but she couldn't at least ask me to wait... how awkward. my sister ordered a drink before me.. it wasn't well done regardless. first & last time here. read more
