Today was my first visit to this new Starbucks location. The drive thru was packed, so I opted to run inside to pick up coffee and salad for later. The staff was super friendly and very chipper for 7:30 a.m., but I guess their 7:30 a.m. is like my 10:30 a.m. My order was made quickly and was the best chai latte I have had in ages...perfecto! In an effort to be budget conscious, I try not to frequent Starbucks, but if I need a caffeine fix I will visit this location. My only complaint and it's not their fault - the shopping center is not the easiest to enter/exit since there is only one way in//out and it's off of Forrest, not Glenside. Cheers!

Very nice Starbucks on the inside and outside. Nice employees and super clean. They also have a Clover machine for super fresh tasting coffee, try it if you get a chance. They also have all the Starbucks Reserve coffees which is nice. Drive thru as well!!!

This is the supposedly second clean top they gave me.

Cashier was super nice. Barista's were rude. My coffee had been sitting there without the name exposed so I had no idea it was mine. Then when I asked if it was mine she had an attitude. The top to my coffee had some pink syrup on the top of the lid and which I ordered a flat white coffee... soooo. I asked the girl if I could have another top that was clean and which she also had an attitude and did not apologize. Not a great experience won't be back.

Few customers yet still had to wait 20 minutes for 3 premade croissants, ridiculous and disorganized!

No idea how their rating is so low - I will sometimes go out of my way to go to this specific Starbucks because they are so nice and kind.

They have a bar that doubles as a coffee bar that also sells wine and beer in the evening? Tons of parking outside and maybe tables to choose from even though the place was pretty filled up! All the syrups for coffee were house made which I LOVE!! a lot of places in Richmond don't do house made syrups so that already puts this place on top. I got an iced latte with vanilla bean and my partner ordered an iced coffee with brown sugar cinnamon. 10/10 on both. Seriously. One of the best lattes I've had in this area and the prices were LOW compared to other cafes. My 12 oz latte was under $6 and so was my partners coffee. The people were nice who work here as well and seemed to know what they were doing.

It was brusque but mostly not overtly rude, perhaps they were just busy getting ready. I ordered the charcuterie board ($28), a chicken salad croissant sandwich ($14), and the Lavender Bees Knees ($8). The drink was very pretty but not super flavorful. The chicken salad was good enough, but I think the croissant alone would have been wonderful. The charcuterie board had a substitutions I was not made aware of upon ordering (no pepper jelly, blanched almonds instead of candied pecans, and a green onion mixed type goat cheese with bacon in it instead of maple bacon goat cheese). They did add little pickles and the presentation was pretty enough, but no flowers like the owner posted photo on here. The meat was pretty thick which could be a positive or negative depending on personal preference, and the meat was decent quality. The fig jam was very good. The waitress who was helping the other tables had brought my food out but didn't check on me at all. I had to go up to the counter again to order a cinnamon roll ($8) and a coffee ($5) which she brought out to me. The coffee was nice and dark (Cameo blend) and incredibly hot. The cinnamon roll was okay, not very much cinnamon flavor but it was delicate and the icing was decent. The interior was pretty and it was a good spot to read a book and spend a morning.

The space is incredibly comfortable: leather sofas, a relaxed lounge area, and nice seasonal decor.
