Yes, it's a franchise establishment, but I had a good experience here, so I'll write about it. I stopped here to kill some time before meeting a friend before dinner. I ordered a bag of almonds and a grande cinnamon chai latte. The baristas were very friendly, and my drink was ready right away. The floors were freshly mopped, and the area with spices/napkins/cream was very clean as well. Of course, could be due to the fact that it was Memorial Day and that business was slow, but still, a very nice Starbucks...definitely nicer than others I've been to, anyway. And one more note - the outdoor seating area (arbor with plants) looked pretty nice. read more

The staff are racist and belittling. I walked in and ordered my order. After the barista gave me my order, I thanked her. She ignored me and then glared at me for no reason. All of the staff seem to have the same vibe. If your are a person of color and you want to enjoy your time at a safe place do not go to that Starbucks. They provided me bad service because I am black. I usually never have any problems with Starbucks. I am not returning to this location. read more

I hate it when they forget to make your order. And you wait and wait, watching everyone else pick up theirs. I know it can just be an honest mistake. But to blatantly ignore patrons when trying to get a barista's attention is just plain rude. There were 5 baristas behind the counter and not one of them looked up or acknowledged that I needed assistance when I tried to get someone's attention. That just sucks. Finally I got one of them to make my drink, which when I got back to work realized wasn't what I ordered. I wasted my lunch break waiting. Now I'm stuck with a drink I don't want and I'm now in a grumpy mood. The 2 stars are for the caffeine. read more

This is one of my go to Starbucks in the area if I'm looking for a quick fix, but don't want to leave my separation anxiety stressed dog home alone. The drive through is a big plus in my book. Every time I do head over the drive thru is pretty jam packed whether it is for breakfast or lunch. I usually order online while waiting in the drive thru and by the time I'm at the window my order is waiting and ready to go. Not impressed this morning by the lack of attention staff was paying to a lobby full of customers and an extremely long drive thru line. Specifically stated "no whip cream" as I always do and employee still put whip cream on my drink and handed it to me. Needless to say they had to remake it but if he was paying attention that mistake could of been avoided Not a deal breaker but definitely not the way I wanted to start off my Monday morning! read more

I go to this Starbucks almost every day. Service is always prompt and courteous. i have never had a bad experience here. Today 6/12 at 1:30 i went through the drive thru. The barista scanned my app and called me by name. I have had the app since 2015 and i have never had a barista take the initiative in getting my information off my app. In fact i usually have to spell it 3 times for them to get it partially correct. First time going to this location last night. Drive-thru is ridiculous ... Everyone either drives over the curb or hits it as they attempt to continue through from the speaker to the window. Seen to take forever too get to the window ... A passenger from the vehicle in front of me jumped out, ran in and got their drinks faster than it took me and two other cars in front to get served. Then when up at the window, lots of staff standing around talking. Strickland location is better. read more

It's your basic Starbucks...but the draw is it's a drive-thru! Seems these a pretty rare in North Raleigh and so for a mom with two kids, it's a god send! The Starbucks does share space with a Jersey Mike's but thankfully they don't open until lunchtime!. They can get busy, but I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes. And any drink I have ordered has been just like I am use to. Staff is friendly. There is a small area to sit outside which is a nice but you will mostly be looking at the cars in the drive-thru so if you don't mind that, it's great. read more

When one Starbucks closes, another opens its doors. If you pulled up to the barren shop front that is the location over on Spring Forest Rd. and wondered what happened, wonder no more. It moved across the street to a much better location. It is bigger, has better outdoor seating on a nice semi-enclosed patio area, and they added a drive-thru. The only thing missing is a couple of comfy chairs or a couch since the new space provides a much more "come in and hang out" vibe. Some of the same friendly faces from the other location are still here, although my favorite barista works the drive-thru now. It may be "corporate coffee", but you can still tell the difference when someone different makes a drink you get regularly. Guess my taste buds will have to adjust. read more

By far the dumbest location for a Starbucks I have ever seen. Forget the fact that it's connected to a Jersey Mike's, which doesn't make any sense at all. Jersey Mike's is delicious so that's fine. I'm talking about the fact that literally everyone who enters or exits this location almost gets hit by a car because they decided the drive through should wrap around directly past the front entrance read more

The only good thing about this location is the nice cashier with the hat. He is so energetic and kind. The other baristas are lacking in the morning. It took nearly 15 minutes to get a plain cold brew this morning... and it was watered down/not fresh. I paid $4 for an iced coffee I could have made better by myself. Gross. read more

Very nice place. This is one of the best Starbucks I've been to. They are fast and very friendly. Plus they are close to my house. I prefer the stand alone stores verses the ones that are inside a Target or Barnes & Noble. They just "feel" different. I got my usual chi tea latte with no water, with soy, and moca drizzle on top. They nailed it. It definitely gets two thumbs up from me. read more

Staff is friendly and it's a good environment for studying. However, I usually get an iced tea lemonade, and sometimes I understand that they're out of some things at times, but then to tell me that and then give the employees that thing they said they're out of, doesn't really seem like the best customer service to me. read more

I mean, it's a Starbucks. You don't go there for the most amazing coffee in the world, but it's good enough! I have and always will be a fan of Starbucks. This location has always been super friendly and efficient. One of my favorite things to order (when I'm not drinking cold brew) is their iced teas. Not much for Five dollars cups of coffee. But started To give it a try. Over 10 days I purchased six mocha ice coffee. The first one was really delicious! Creamy, chocolate excellent combo of coffee and cocoa plus milk. Drink it down. Nest was so so creamy but not same chocolate mix/coffee. Third I decided to purchase the Verde largest size. No flavor coco/coffee. Watery and few flAvor came thru. Next two mochas were two cup filled from top to bottom with ice, neither had any flavor cream and weak coffee. Last time I decided to try one more time and I ask them to hold some of the ice, I repeated it to the employee over the cat speaker twice. Acted as if that was a really strange request. I receive on to the top full of ice the drink was WHITE. And only flavor was MILK. No mocha no chocolate not even coffee flavor. I threw it out. It was ice milk nothing more only color was white. This one gets it right. Friendly staff and they get the orders correct. Never had an issue here. The shopping center parking lot is a bit tight and getting back onto Falls of the Neuse is the suck. read more

I walked into this Starbucks at 9:24 pm, the hours online say they are open 10pm. The doors were unlock and when I walked in and I was pleasantly greeted the one employee I saw. My friend and I walked up to the counter and were then told that they were closed. Confused I exited this Starbucks and am now confused and frustrated with why I do not have a Frappuccino in my hand currently. read more

Disappointing experience all around... they didn't have any of the food we wanted to order. Specifically the ham and Swiss croissant and the chicken sausage & bacon biscuit even though they were still being displayed in the case. So we tried ordering two of the Roasted ham, Swiss and egg sandwiches (that were on display as well) "also sold out" when we asked why they have them all on display still if they are out of them, the gentleman explained "they have more but the were frozen in back stock, they are sold out for the day" he then preceded to tell us "Friday's are the busiest day". Which makes me wonder why they wouldn't prep more knowing it's a busy day (mind you this was 10:30am...) we ended up with two everything bagels (because they were also out of plain ones) and cream cheese, I asked for an extra cream cheese (to which he responded no problem) but alas that never made it into our bag. I wish I could at least say I got a wonderful Iced Chai, but that was sub par too... I love Starbucks and will continue to support them, but never coming back to this location again. read more

It's Starbucks, so you probably already know that the hot coffee is ok, the cold selections are sweet, but sinfully bad for you, and both are way more expensive than they should be! But the baristas at this location are fantastic. One time they gave me the wrong item, and instead of throwing it away or hoarding it for later consumption by a staff member, they offered it to me while they made the correct order. That's good customer service and consideration. read more

One of the few locations with a drive-thru in North Raleigh. Pretty quick coffee if you're in a hurry. I grab coffee here often.

The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the drive thru is horrible. The drive thru is slow and messes up orders. Take the time and go inside to order and get your drink. You will not be disappointed! The service inside is friendly and quick. The baristas are friendly and even remembered me after a month of not going! This is a great location. They always prioritize drive thru to customers in the store. Takes forever to get service and then it is generally unfriendly. Much better Starbucks are available in the area. read more
