ordered a caramel brûlée latte through the drive thru and and the cap of my drink was given to me dirty. there's like green dirt spots all over it?? even where you drink from it it's dirty. no wonder this location only has like 2 stars. the drink doesn't taste correct (literally just tastes like hot milk) and they also forgot the whipped cream and the caramel topping. :))))) thank god i used $3 coupon so the drink was only $3. id hate to pay full price for this abomination. not worth going to this location, just go to the starbucks inside of safeway, their drinks are always on point. read more

I always always order Caramel ribbon cruch frap everytime i go starbucks to give context to this review. The way its blend makes alot of difference. I get it that it wont be perfect for every location but theres atleast 3 other starbucks location in the area that always have the perfect blend. (Port Chicago Way, Pleasant Hill and Benicia) . Unfortunately for this location, which is the closest to me 0.5mi away from home has the worst blend and portion of when they make the drink. Ive tried multiple times as I am aware that its a new store however its not improving hence giving them this review. The drink is too foaming even my 12yo son can tell that its way off compared to the other locations we get them. I hope they could work on thier drinks as we want you guys to succeed. Im normally not one to complain but the one time I asked them to remake it the employee argued with me. This location is fairly new and very close to my home. I don't visit Starbucks often, but since it was my birthday--and I had a free drink--I decided to stop by. I went inside, placed my order, and waited about 15 minutes. Eventually I went to the counter to ask for an update. The cashier checked with a gentleman who told her they were behind and it would be just a few more minutes. No problem--I'm a patient person. Another 5 minutes passed, and I was still the only customer waiting. The same employee then looked up at me and called out, "For Mohammad?" I replied, "Nope, for Sofia. A pink drink. I ordered my food and drink & they gave me my food but I saw time was going fast and my drink was no where to be ready . So I'm waiting and waiting and as I was approaching closer to my time limit , I literally had to leave to not be late to work . Our neighborhood Starbucks is fast, friendly, and always gets my order right. I've been grabbing my morning coffee here for few months now, and I'm never disappointed. The baristas are quick even during the 7 a.m. rush, and they remember my name and order after just a few visits. The place is clean, and is chill, and there's always a seat by the window if you want to linger. If you haven't tried the salted caramel cold brew with oat milk, it's worth the walk or drive . I came here for the first time when this store had been open about 30 days. The staff were very attentive and friendly while providing wonderful quick service. I had an Americano and a ham & cheese croissant - both were up to par. I like the layout of the place, it feels open and spacious. They have quite a lot of power outlets all around the perimeter of the room for your devices. I especially love sitting in the little booths, makes me feel kinda like Antonio Montaña. read more

Have come to this location 5 times now and literally every single time, without exaggeration, they have 1) taken at least 15 minutes to make two simple drinks 2) messed the drinks up. Idk what Starbucks policy is for opening a new store but I cannot imagine that the policy is to open with 20 staff members who don't know what they are doing. And each time I'm here, there is at least 2 people waiting for drinks who are also pissed that they have been waiting for a ridiculous amount of time or have had their drink messed up. Tip to you guys: close your location for a week and actually train your employees because what's the point in being open if everything is getting messed up anyways. Inside the store is nice. 3 star rating because this location charges more for their items than any other location I've been to. I noticed it when checking my app transaction history and noticed the same drink is $1 more! I live very close by so it's very unfortunate, that I will not be visiting as often bc of this. I asked and the barista couldn't explain why, but confirmed their prices at this location are higher. Tax differences are one thing, but Starbucks should not be able to charge more at different locations for the exact same drink. read more

This location is SLOW. Put our order for 2 drinks in at 11:43 drinks said they would be ready at 11:47, walked into the store at 11:48. One drink arrived at 11:49 and waited 10 minutes and still the drink would not come out. Asked another worker when the drinks were coming and she looked for the drink sticker with my name on it. The person that's making the drinks/matchas says she's "working on it" when she clearly is not. Waited another 5 minutes and the people that ordered AFTER us already got their drinks from the worker that said she's was "working on it". Pretty sure they LOST our drink sticker. This was our second time where this location is very slow. Management needs to do something or do more training with their staff. Thankfully the manager offered a refund but for anyone wanting to order from this location expect a 20-30 minute wait for your drinks. read more

I love the starbucks at the San Marco Shopping Center! Its a walkable distance from the Apartment complex. The Service is wonderful and the diverse work space is great. Ordering drinks and bakery treats is very easy and come out quickly, depending on how busy. In conclusion, this is my favorite Starbucks and I definitely recommend. read more

I'm glad to have a Starbuck close by to Bay Point, but the services is ALWAYS slow. I'll put in the mobile in when I leave the house, and the wait through drive thru takes at least 10-15 mins (folks ahead of me, order at drive thru). Not sure why service is so slow. I was excited to see a new Starbucks open up near my neighborhood and checked out. I hopped into the drive through line and unfortunately had to wait 45 min (my thought was maybe it was because of limited amount of staff and it was a new location). When I got to the window I ordered a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher and the person helping me told me they ran of dragon fruit but without it, it will taste exactly the same and I was open to idea. Eventually went home and it looked like lemonade and tasted similar but an hour later my stomach started to hurt, not sure if it was the different mixture. read more

The employees should try being friendly and have better customer service. They also are always out of everything, never have oat milk, never have matcha, or any pastries. On many occasions I have ordered a simple blonde roast. When I arrived at home or work, I realized I have a mocha or something else. I have called and they do replace my coffee. Im not always able to return for the correct coffee, but today I did. I went inside, the girl at the window noticed I returned. i have been having terrible service with this extremely rude barista named michelle, for no reason at all, she has rolled her eyes at me as soon as i walk in that door or whenever she's making my order, not only that but she had purposely made my drinks extremely bad on purpose making them extremely unpleasant to drink or even hold due to it being covered in unpleasant residue. this behavior is extremely unacceptable and ruins the whole experience of spending my time at starbucks, her attitude and hate towards the customers and her job is unacceptable. michelle, please do better. read more

Came here first few days of opening. No customer was around but had to wait a few mins for lady to accommodate me because she was fixing other pastries. She wasn't alone, there were 2-3 of them. But no big deal, I can wait. What was appalling was when my drink was done she literally placed it on the edge of her side of the counter. Did not exert the smallest effort of placing at least in the middle of the countertop or could be nicer if she placed it near the customer's side so customers would easily grab it. Rude... No effort for good customer service which is ironic bec it's new. If you're new at least make an effort to build a good reputation. Not surprised of the other reviews here.
