The service and coffee were great, The reason for 1 star is that the apple fritter I ordered was horrible. It wasn't an apple fritter. It was a brownish, semi round pastry, that was soft(???) had no apple, no crunchy bits that are typical in a apple fritter. I actually had to give it to my dog who even refused to eat it and she eats almost anything. I cannot emphasize how incredible disappointed I was. I recommend their version of an apple fritter or the blueberry munchkins, but if you like it a little simpler, my husband loves their crullers. I don't usually like super fruity drinks but I highly recommend their strawberry dragonfruit green tea refresher; it has a nice bold flavor and sweetness without being overwhelming. I ordered six donuts for $8: two filled with jelly and custard, old fashioned, glazed and maple. My first bite wasn't heavenly, it was kind of hard and regular like a Safeway donut. Looks brand new and clean. They looked pretty well stocked with donuts. There was plenty of parking. All the parking right in front but looks like it's reserved for curbside orders. They also have a drive through. Came in here during Valentines morning to grab a drink on the way to work. They had a couple people waiting for their order and 2 people ahead of me in line. The line moved pretty quick and looks like a lot of people were in and out fast. I came in to order just a drink and I was in and out of the building in less than 10 minutes. The person at the register was very nice. Probably waited only less than 5 minutes after ordering to receive my frozen drink. I came in because T-mobile gave me a $2 gift card from T-mobile Tuesdays. I ordered hashbrowns and "snacking bacon" with a French vanilla swirl caramel latte iced. The coffee was good. The donuts itself were great , kids love them and wouldn't go anywhere else. The server didn't really look like he wanted to be there. I don't go here often and he looked like he knew that I wasn't super familiar with the menu. Ordered 3 frozen coffees and he asked me what flavors. I said 1 caramel and 2 vanilla swirls. I pay for my order and wait. Only to find out he only put 1 order of frozen coffee with 1 caramel and 2 vanilla swirls. So a total of 3 flavors in one cup. I asked the other server and she confirmed that only 1 drink was ordered and offered to put another order in for the other two but at that point my daughter was throwing a fit that we waited so long so we left. Obviously this drink was way too sweet for me and my sugars would have been up the roof if I completed this drink. Decent Dunkin Donuts. Donuts are great as always. Sadly i went for a Coolatta and it let me down. Definitely recommend their signature Boston Creme Donut. Parking is great in the morning, but when Chick Fil A opens for lunch it probably is a lot harder to find parking. Next time i go I'll definitely get a coffee/iced coffee with a half dozen. I wish I could give this place no stars. This place is terrible! Customer Service is terrible! We were placing coffee orders and no one knew what they were doing when it came to making coffee. The worker Kyla had the worst attitude as we were asking about our coffee because we have ordered the same coffee at other Dunkin' Donuts and it did not taste the same. She had her hands waving and slightly yelling to try to make her point across to us that our coffee was made right. It was not even close to how we have gotten it before. To top it off, we can tell she was talking about us to another worker. They don't know what half and half is or sugar free syrup is.
