Great service and now they have a wide variety of foods They have a great variety of fresh brewed coffee s and teas , and delicious (but rich) snoothies also. Service is good and fresh. Lots of Spaces to sit that feel luzurious and private perfect for work meetings of video calls

After a Yelp event nearby, have to stop by this popular cafe!

I stumble upon Sana'a Cafe while attending a Yelp event in San Rafael. Curious of it's lavish Gold interior that can be seen from the outside, I stopped by after my event. I discovered that this was a Mediterranean Cafe. I ordered a pistachio latte and paired with with the Dubai Milkcake. It sure hit the spot. I also noticed a lot of folks just hanging out while enjoying their food and beverages. Super fast service, the place was very clean. Will definitely come back to try other savory items they offer!

Amazing, can't believe I hadn't tried this earlier. Such a special place, a true cultural experience.... Enjoy some amazing coffee w the twist of another continent. Easily my favorite spot in Marin for coffee... it's not Starbucks so don't expect to blow in and out quickly.

Cute cafe to hang out inside, with yummy beverages and pastries. Every food item we got was delicious - Baklava, fatayers (spinach and potato), chocolate croissant. Pistachio latte was creamy and rich, which is so much better than how other cafes make them. For the iced Adeni chai, next time I would order it as "more sweet" instead of "regular." I like a sweet beverage, and the "regular" level felt like hardly any sweetness! But again, I prefer something sweet, so take that with a grain of salt. Parking on the street was easy on a week day. We ordered on the tablet so didn't have any interaction with the employees. Our drinks came out quickly though, and food was warmed up without it us having to request it. 10/10

Spacious cafe, open late, offers wifi, and has a variety of drinks and desserts to choose from. I've been here a couple times to both eat in as well as take out, and service has always been fast and friendly. The tables and serving ware are beautiful and classy, making for a lovely setting for incredible bites. There's a single use bathroom at the back of the restaurant and metered street parking out front. Call ahead to check if they're open on holidays -- I believe earlier this year we went on Thanksgiving or the night before Thanksgiving and they were open their usual hours.

Amazing drinks, food, and service! I stopped by to get some work done with a nice warm chai. Upon entering, there are plenty of tables with upright seats and cozy couches, with many customers studying or conversing. You order at the counter where there's a display case of beautiful and delicious pastries, cakes, shawarmas, and treats. I got a warm chai and honeycombs - delicious. They have free wifi, and I was able to be super productive with getting work done on my computer. The barista was also very friendly and kind to all who came through the door! Would definitely recommend!

This isn't my first time at Sana's Café, and it definitely won't be my last. I ordered a café latte with oat milk, and honestly, it's one of the best I've ever had -- hands down. I'm not sure what magic they're working behind the counter, but their oat-milk lattes stand out from every other one I've tried. Creamy, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Highly recommend.

Another great experience with The Kid. Ordered the Sana'a latte with condensed milk. Sweet and full of flavor from cinnamon and cardamom. The katafi baklava was sweet and sticky. The service was exceptional. The atmosphere and ambiance is elegant and regal with beautiful tea sets and gold decor. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

Went here very clean and hospitable, lots of variety with coffees and middle eastern deserts. Asked about maybe getting coffee bun bread a popular bread to eat with coffee in the Middle East they said they would look into it and have it next time I go in. Over all excellent service perfect Turkish coffee I had and I will be back again!

Sana'a Café was where I went to meet a friend on the weekend. I ordered a cappuccino and the design on the foam touched my heart even before the coffee touched my lips. Nicely done! Staff was super friendly and I felt very welcome to be there. Even the guests seated inside were all smiling and conversation between tables sprouted up here and there. Next time, I will try their chai which I am told is the best in the area. Also, I will not be able to hold off my urge to try one of their desserts that was tempting me in the display case.

Loved the atmosphere, the coffee and the pistachio cake. Very cool vibe. Also the cake was not super sweet. Perfect for me. Also dog friendly. They let me bring my giant Bernese inside although I kept him outside at first. I'll be back. By the way Grok directed me here when I asked for later night coffee.

I stayed around the area for a week and came here everyday. I absolutely loveddddddd their iced pistachio latte. I tried it both hot and iced but the iced wins since you get more of the pistachio flavor. I'm missing this drink just as I'm writing about it now. Also, they carry a great selection of sweets and even some savory items all day. The staff are super friendly and the decor is very pretty as well. Great place to get some work done or just relax with a good cup of coffee and sweet.

I initially tried to place an online order through their website but they weren't taking online orders at the time so I ended up walking in to order. Located in between several industrial companies, it can be easy to miss if you're not looking. Plenty of street parking along the front or just across the street. The shop is segemented into 3 connected sections; the main room where orders are taken, crafted, and served along with bags of coffee beans. The connected room had shirts, sweatshirts, and a fridge with grab n go items. The back room, had a few vintage pinball machines along with some tables and chairs. That'd be such a fun place to hang out at! Ordered a vanilla latte with almond milk and ice maple latte, also with almond milk. Both were wonderfully crafted and provided the morning jolt needed.

There's street parking, but we parked across the street in the lot by the music shop (it's closed on weekends, which makes it even easier). Zero stress before carbs -- we love to see it. It has that super local, neighborhood energy where everyone clearly knows exactly what they're ordering before they even walk in. Always a good sign. The bread basket? Unreal. The soup was divine -- comforting, flavorful, and exactly what you want on a cozy day. And the bread somehow manages to feel indulgent and wholesome at the same time. Warm, hearty, and clearly made with care. The space itself is just as inviting -- warm, relaxed, and effortlessly charming. And the pastries... they looked dangerous in the best way. I didn't even get one this time, which honestly just means I'm definitely coming back for round two. Already planning my next visit.

My "Soft Scramble" was a pile of astonishment. It was so unrefined that it was an insult the the ingredients. There was nothing soft about the eggs, they were overcooked. The only thing soft on the plate was the watery run-off from the vegetables they heaped into the eggs: Too many chewy mushrooms and HUGE. Too many cherry tomatoes. I had to dig to find the eggs. The leeks were strips of inedible ribbon. The toast? I think it had been toasted yesterday and left on the top of their oven overnight and then reused today. I had to get up from the table and ask for butter to make it edible and still I worried whether I was going to break a crown. The pickled vegetables? Again, HUGE, hard and barely pickled. I will refrain from criticizing the service because they are all unaware of the nightmare in which they are working. Bless their hearts. I was so sad and annoyed. People think they can buy a restaurant with recipes and wholesale accounts and staff and just run it, "business as usual" but they are wrong. I went in and asked if they had sold the restaurant and was told, "yes." I imagine some tech-bro's wife or some hedgefund community doodler wanted a pet project with zero idea about food or food quality or how to treat and retain employees because what happened to MHBB is astonishing. It's rude and insulting to anyone who opened this restaurant and put in their best to keep the name and claim to be catering to the same people. But then again, this is par for the course or, from my vantage point, everything wrong with what's happened in Marin in a nutshell. Faux authenticity. Zero care. This is now all about the money. I will never bother with it again.

Whatever we lacked in Korean or Ethiopian fare we made up for with an abundance of restaurants specializing in food from France and Italy. Amelie Cafe and Wine Bar continues the tradition and I'm not mad about it. With outposts in both San Francisco and New York City, Amelie sports a nice pedigree. The Fairfax location is dialed down a bit - perfect for the neighborhood it serves - and makes for a comfortable place to enjoy any meal however you might happen to appear that day. It's a simple cafe and, though not inexpensive, certainly less so than a trip to Paris. Two of us recently dined here, late afternoon on a weekend, sharing a burger ($23; comes with fries and a salad), a lager ($8; they have no IPA), and boquerones, the latter of which I fully regretted having to share. Whenever I see boquerones ($12) on a menu I cannot look away and in Marin, finding such an offering is a unicorn. Delicious; I might sneak back over solo just to enjoy them again. The burger and fries were also good, with a profile a bit different than what one would get at a non-French-centric spot. Amelie is a good place to drop in before or after a movie or a show in Fairfax and equally wonderful to pop into for a morning coffee drink or an afternoon glass of wine. It's a casual and a perfect fit for Fairfax.

I found myself here after yet another underwhelming stop at Cafe Verde -- which people recommend to me constantly. And every time I go, I leave confused. It's rarely full. The pricing is steep. And the attitude sometimes feels like, "There will always be another customer." So I walked a few minutes down the street and ended up at Endless Coffee. Different universe. I've had their coffee. I've had their specialty drinks. I've had their matcha multiple times now -- and it's $6. Six. In Corte Madera. Meanwhile, the $10 matcha down the street isn't even in the same league in terms of quality or balance. That price-to-quality ratio alone should have a line out the door. The space is small -- about five tables inside, four outside -- but it works. There are always a few parking spots nearby. It feels local in a real way, not a curated way. I see familiar baristas when I go in, but I also notice new team members. It feels like a business that's growing, adjusting, trying to get better. They have a rewards program. They're clearly refining their systems. And most importantly, the service never feels complacent. No one acts like they're doing you a favor by taking your order. You're acknowledged. You're treated like your business matters. That difference is subtle -- but it's everything. I genuinely do not understand how this place isn't consistently packed while others with higher prices and less warmth are. If you care about quality, value, and being treated like an actual guest, this is the spot in Corte Madera. Skip the hype. Walk a few extra steps. Order the matcha.

My wife and I were in San Rafael for the afternoon and I was exploring with our canines Winnie & Stimpy in Downtown San Rafael while she had an appointment near by. Honestly, we looked at houses in the neighborhood 20 years ago before settling in our Potrero Hill Victorian in San Francisco. There seems to eat some familiar San Francisco establishments here, but I was looking for a "neighborhood gem". I "parked" the pups at the well shaded entrance and gave them water. I was drawn in by the posters displaying the three toasts. I am a self admitted smoked salmon "snub" but if the actual salmon toast was half as tasty as the photo then I had a winner! Also, the sound of fresh lemonade got my attention as well. I ordered the owner Ruchir who greeted me with hospitable and generous smile. I ordered the salmon toast which was prepared with very fresh salmon, sliced cucumbers and cream cheeses. It was incredible looking and tasting! Wow! Even another customer saw it and said "that looks amazing!" It was indeed not only lived up to the enticing poster, but was perhaps one of the BEST salmon toast I have EVER had across the globe. Even better than a well known San Francisco bakery with visit often. Wow! Wow! WOW! I asked Ruchir if I could take some photos while I waited for my order. He was very generous in asking if I wanted to sample some of the homemade Gelato. Oh course! Well, we honeymooned in Italy so I KNOW excellent Gelato and Sip & Bite Cafe has sourced exceptional choice including mango. Turkish coffee. Delicious! Ruchir shared they have only been opened for a few months and they ONLY offer the freshest Ingedients and explain how they roast their coffee beans. Of course I then ordered a cappacino! Excellent! If you are near San Rafael or driving to order from Napa its worth the stop at Sip & Bite Cafe for a refreshing cappacino, made to order lemonade or toast!
