Endless Quest is exactly that. I especially love their seasonal drinks inspired by Asian flavors, with ingredients like pandan and ube. The first time I came in, I ordered the Guava Matcha Latte, and it absolutely did not disappoint. Such a cute, thoughtful addition to Marin's coffee scene, and I'm so happy to have a spot like this nearby! Shoutout to the baristas, they are always so kind and helpful. Continuing on my search for trending happiness in a cup, we ordered the Banana Cream (cold brew topped with banana cold foam). Banana is having a moment, and we're here for it! Attended a book signing here ( for the incredible author Lisa See)…read more This event was run with experienced precision. I signed up on line 3 months ago, received confirmation, updates, reminders and final instructions, and walked into a smooth and organized check in process. With books in hand, we went to the other side of the store where there were several beautifully set white linen covered tables with gorgeous centerpieces (wish I took more photos of them): 2 books with a tea cup and small flower arrangement consisting of a hydrangea and gerbera daisy and a fan- perfectly appropriate. The napkins were pretty too! I appreciate these things!! Then back to the front to meet Lisa, take a photo if desired and get your book signed. All of this for approximately an hour while those who had their books signed, got to meet and converse with the other others at our tables. Lunch and drinks ( including champagne, iced tea and lemonade) was served buffet style outside, and the food was EXCELLENT ( please know that my husband and I returned from an Alaskan Disney Cruise just four days ago, so for us to be amazed by the food says something about the food!!) There were rollers packed with incredible curried chicken ( OMG, sooo good), salmon and lots of it), turkey, and ham and cheese. The Chinese chicken salad was fantastic, and the fruit salad looked as amazing as it tasted, fresh and high-quality fruit.so pretty!!! A whole bunch of employees continually refilled our water carafes throughout the event as well. Everyone was attentive and very friendly. Yummy cookies were also served for dessert and coffee and tea were offered as well. However, the true highlight was Lisa speaking about her research process, her personal history, and the characters of the book itself. I believe she spoke for about 45 minutes and then took several questions from the attendees. She then went on to sign books for those who did not have them signed, and I got to interact with several staff members. Special mention to Allison who made the beautiful centerpieces, introduced Lisa and Thomas who made the fruit salad and appeared instrumental in the food aspect of the event. Finally, I have never been to this bookstore and know nothing of its history, but they have an amazing selection of books, very well displayed, and divided into two different stores in the same location. We left with about seven more books, but could have easily purchased more. I cannot recommend this independent bookstore enough, and would definitely attend more of these events here if I didn't live in an other state! Thank you all again for an incredible event.

The Ube Chai Latte had a nice balance of chai spices and ube flavor, and the mango drink was refreshing. Review #009 - 2026…read more I've been to Teaspoon A LOT lately, maybe too often for my own good! This location is within driving distance from our church so I normally take the kids here after they've behaved themselves for a nice, sweet treat! The first time we came wasn't too memorable because they didn't really know what they were doing since the place was still pretty new. Our most recent visit warranted a 5-star review. The young man who helped us was extremely helpful and friendly. I don't know his name, but you can see from the photo who he is when you visit this location. If caffeine had a happy place, it would be right here…read more Welcome to the Peet's that could single‑handedly restore your faith in coffee shops. Now, I don't know what's going on with Peet's Coffee in Nevada, but let's just say the vibe shift is... dramatic. Like "day and night" dramatic. Maybe that's why some Nevada locations are disappearing--because the in‑store experience just isn't hitting the way it should. But let's get back to the star of the show. Peet's Coffee at 77 Casa Buena Dr, Corte Madera is everything a coffee stop should be. Positive energy, great vibes, and consistently amazing drinks. This spot is my go‑to every time I'm in Marin, and honestly, it might be one of the best hangout spots in the entire county. The staff? Friendly every single time. The coffee? Always on point. The atmosphere? Chef's kiss. It's perfectly tucked near shopping, dining, and outdoor spots, making it ideal for people‑watching or just soaking in the Marin charm. The outdoor seating is a total win--grab a book, catch up with friends, or just lean back and admire Mt. Tamalpais doing its majestic thing. And if the universe is feeling generous, you might even spot quarterback Jared Goff grabbing his caffeine fix. Bonus perk: the Corte Madera Library is right across the street. So if you're in the mood to read a newspaper, research something old‑school style, or just wander through a quiet space, it's literally steps away. Bottom line: awesome coffee, great pastries, and consistently good service. This location gets it right every time. If all Peet's were like this one, they'd be opening stores--not closing them.

After today, though, I would rather go somewhere else. It's not just me either--my friends have also agreed that the environment feels tense, awkward, and unpleasant. The employees often stare at customers with completely straight faces, which makes the experience feel uncomfortable rather than welcoming. Today at around 4:30 p.m. (my transaction was at 4:36 p.m.), I waited in line without anyone acknowledging me or even saying, "I'll be with you in just a minute." The employee continued making a drink, cleaning something near the air fryer, and talking to someone in the room to the right while the line continued to grow. Eventually, she finally came over and took my order. When I asked to sign up for the rewards program, I wasn't sure whether I was simply supposed to enter my phone number or if she needed to do something on her end. She looked confused, stood there silently for a moment, and then said, "Just put your phone number in there," in a tone that made me feel like I had asked the dumbest question possible. I ended up not leaving a tip--not because I'm someone who never tips, because I do--but because of the rude attitude and tone. What also makes me uncomfortable is that the last time I didn't tip this particular employee, she grabbed the receipt and looked at it very closely afterward. She did the same thing again today. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but she has taken my order before when I did leave a tip and never seemed to double-check the receipt like that. Ever since I stopped tipping her, she seems to closely inspect it afterward. The coffee is also disappointing. With the unpleasant service and environment, I'd rather go somewhere else.
