This location is convenient and quick. Starbread is take out so don't expect tables because you need to head out and eat those babies while they're fresh (although a quick zap in the microwave will have them just as tasty). The workers are always friendly and helpful if you aren't sure how much to bring for a gathering. I've heard about señorita bread forever now, but never managed to go and try it, until I happened to be in Pittsburg today and decided to stop in. Thankfully, I only got one little piece, and I absolutely devoured it when I got to the car. It was slightly sweet and puffy and buttery, and just perfection! Thank goodness I only got one because if I had any more, I'd devour them all too, that's how good it was! I also got a malasada with Bavarian cream. The staff has always been quick to give me my bulk orders of señorita bread even though they get slammed with a ton. I've never had a negative experience and it's always tasted good. Everything is on the small side which goes for this item as well. I'd love if they made this bigger in size. Beef Empanada: this empanada has a sweet taste to the pastry along with a real starchy filling. I'd probably pass on this item. It's forgettable. Chicken and beef buns: these are meat, peas, and potatoes in the same sweet bread. Decent taste-wise. Prices are low.
