I like this place because always not too crowded. (Sometimes hard to get seats but still comfortable) Today, I come here to have nice cold drink and relaxing. I ordered Ice Shaken Espresso by app and app noticed my drink is ready. I walked to the counter and pick up my drink,,, but I couldn't find my drink. So back to my seat and waited again but once got a notice, should be ready. I back to the counter and checked the drinks one by one. Finally staff came and asked me what I ordered. I told her I ordered Ice Shaken Espresso and I got notice it's ready. Well, there was a cup with my order sticker but the drink was unfinished. There was a half cup of espresso and ice in it. (I wasn't mention it because it's different looks I usually ordered) The gal said oh, no milk in it and back to the barista. I often request extra caramel drizzle and caramel walls, which I pay extra for, but these additions are frequently missing when I pick up my drink. The instructions are clearly printed on the cup, so it's frustrating when they're not followed. Typically, I'd let a minor slip here and there slide, but this has happened multiple times now. As the cream melts it seeps into the cold brew perfectly like a waterfall of flavor. Not too sweet but just right. The cream lasts surprising long with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Same thing every time. I got my standard venti extra hot, two pump white chocolate mo... wait why am I telling you guys that? You've read all my Starbucks reviews, so you know my drink order right?!? Continuing on, the shop just recently got remodeled and it looks nice. The same high chairs and tables liked all the others mixed with the stand height chairs and tables with one very low round table in the corner. I think it's a kids table where they can drink their hot chocolate or eat their snack? I think that's what it's for. There weren't any kids so I joined someone sitting there. It has 4 very low chairs. Also outside tables and seats with the huge umbrellas are available. They did screwup on my order even through it was repeated back verbatim but that didn't translate to the order sticker. Today I noticed there was a few new people, 2 light skinned girls and 1 Filipino girl with a slight accent. My drink didn't taste right so I asked for it to be remade, it still didn't taste right so she remade it again. It really upset me that these girls were immature enough to make a smirking faces at me thinking I wasn't looking. That made me want to take back my tip that I gave. They have an outside seating area which is always nice. Girl that took my order didn't greet me or anything. When she took customers orders before me, she didn't acknowledge me and kept talking to staff. I stood there patiently until she looked at me without a peep. It was though I bothered her or something. I told her my drink and went to the side. My orange Valencia was made fast which I like because always rushing due to traffic. This is the closest Starbucks from where I live, but I don't come here as often as Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf due to the location. It would be great if it was in Pearl City shopping center but unfortunately that won't happen. The baristas serve you quickly. Just used a Starbucks card that my mom got from a friend. Since we don't visit this Starbucks that often, why not use it. Location wise: it's near Walmart, Panda express, L & L drive in, daiichi ramen, Wendy's. Longs, Tj maxx, petco, david bridal, ramen ya, cherry on top, babies r us, and several other businesses are right across in the Pearl City Gateway. Hate to say it, there are not enough chairs and tables at this location. Luckily they have a restroom you can use. read more
