This location is just a 2-3 minute drive from where I live but even then I don't come here often. I stopped by during a break I had yesterday (on a Friday afternoon). The cashier and other team members greeted me. I was even offered a free pastry that was an extra one from a prepared order. This location is clean, including the bathrooms with lots of natural light. My drink was ready in less than 2 minutes. Great experience! read more

There's three Starbucks by my house and this one is by far my favorite! The customer service, the set up, and the attention to detail is really good especially in the morning when you're dreading going to work. The drive thru people are my fave because they're always so chipper and a welcoming voice early in the morning. I normally interact the most with DayQuan, Raivon, Tyrus, Bri, Liz, and Juliana and they always greet and treat me like a loyal customer. They definitely give the younger generation credit when it comes to the perception that their customer service is poor. The lines may be long there and the bathroom definitely needs more care but all in all - stick to the drive thru and have some patience and you'll be alright! read more

Night crew sucks this was Wednesday 11/19 maybe if they weren't talking all the time they could get us out of the window in less than 6 min I come in the morning and it's quick 2 girls and one guy stood there talking the whole time when another girl was making all the drinks and they still got my order wrong I asked for vanilla hot chocolate and I got reg hot chocolate oh and the funny thing was that the girl literally had my drink in her hand and still continued to talk to the others and once she finished her convo she then gave it to me managers pls fix this it's not only affecting me but it's making the customers behind me mad hahah and the guy stuck his face out the window to look at the fire works during this ugh never coming back at night again I don't know if them giving me a free apple croissant supposed to make up for it now they are wasting product lmao read more

Okay, I'm sorry, but this is definitely the worst starbucks in all of Oxnard. My reasons why are: *consistently awful. You can depend on whatever drink you're getting to not ever taste like whatever flavor it's supposed to be, let alone any flavor. This sucks because with some drinks being close to $10, you would like to depend on at least the espresso not being disgusting. It always is here. *Service. Honestly have never had nice, friendly service here. I'm talking about not even receiving the bare minimum. I don't need all that fake over the top stuff but at least treat people with respect & fake at least one smile. It seems as though you are inconveniencing & annoying the workers once you're at the window. *Cleanliness/Hygiene: was absolutely disgusting when drinking my iced drink the lid literally spelt of sewage... like this is not okay. I don't know where they are placing them before they're in use but I'm not even joking, I was repulsed. *Overall Staff: To the manager, thank you, you actually have done your part to make things right with me + the drinks but as a manager you need to coach your staff through the faults you see so they can give the same service & recipes as you do. Never have I left negative reviews for "wrong drinks" or not having perfect drinks. It's always the over all attitude of the people working that has me running to yelp to run my mouth. I have never been in a Starbucks with such a positive environment and I wish every Starbucks was like this. Whoever's in charge here needs to go over to the Starbucks by the metro station and train those girls as well. The drive thru was long so I went inside at 8:30am this morning. I ordered my drink they're busy I get it . It's been over 10mins so I ask the barista on the espresso machine when my drink will be ready I've been already waiting here over 12 mins and the drive thru is still going. She said she had a lot of drinks I said okay. Then when my drink was ready she was like your drink is ready. the lady next to her on the espresso machine was like yeah your drink ready 12mins like right in front of me very rude and they're like talking shit about me in front of my face. I think this was very unprofessional and unpleasant and ruined my morning when I wasn't rude I was nice. Love the newly remodeled space and decor! This Starbucks used to be located next to L&L's and Pick Up Stix in the plaza and now they moved across the street near In-N-Out. There's more tables and chairs. And they also have a drive thru now! The staff is still friendly and the drinks are done well. I always use the mobile ordering for my drinks and they are always ready in a reasonable amount of time and done right. There seems to be more parking and it's less of a challenge now. read more

My boyfriend and I went through a second time and let them know at the order screen of what was going on... first time around most employees were polite, though I'm sure attitude only went up because we had asked them to remake a drink. This is one of the best drive thru locations I've been to. They get my order right every time and the line typically moves pretty quick. Sometimes I can come here and there's no line at all. This Starbucks is located in a busy shopping area, but there is plenty of parking in their lot if you choose to go inside. The staff here is friendly and patient with me. Occasionally, I come here with random off menu drinks that I've seen online and want to try. When I order, the staff makes sure to confirm with me that they have all the correct ingredients before I pull up to the next window. Love the remodel and totally appreciate how wagon wheel is incorporated into the new place! The inside of the new store is much more open and provides space for a quiet study group or a meeting. It remains neat and clean. Lots of parking, a drive through and workspace. The drive through was fast and accurate. A small suggestion would be to offer a smile instead of a quick out the window and next. The artwork is top notch and whoever is doing it needs a raise ;). I asked nicely to have my drink with berries and they added strawberries with berries. My most frequented Starbucks location! These new locations being opened have such a sleek and modern vibe to them. There is a pretty good sized parking lot here and plenty of room for the line of cars for the drive thru. I've never had a problem here and the service and drinks have always been on point.
