I asked again if the syrups contained any dairy and was told no. We ordered again with oat milk. On the second visit, my husband had stomach problems and I suspect dairy was somehow inadvertently used. On the third visit, I thought it may have been a fluke, my husband getting sick and so we ordered what we had the first time but this time I got sick. So, I'm not sure if there is dairy in the syrup or if they accidentally used cow milk in our lattes. Too bad too, because the flavors were tasty. We also appreciated the donuts from Doughside Donuts. Be very specific with your order in the drive through.. After waiting a long time in line, and specifying that I wanted my cold brew unsweetened I was given sweetened iced coffee :/ I then had to hold up the line so they could remake my drink.. I know it probably wasn't intentional, but ppl choose the drive through to save time and have faster service. It would be nice if more care was taken. read more

Every morning I get a 1 bag tea in a Venti cup.... and this location consistently charges me for a venti.....all others charge me for "1" bag at a tall price....and every morning I have to ask "Why do they charge differently" and they act like they are "doing me a big favor" by adjusting the price to a tall...... And aside from The Amazing Miss Bridget, I've never seen any employee in there in a bad mood. They are always happy to be there. I've never seen people so happy on early Monday mornings. And it truly does make a difference, I've also always had a good experience with other customers. A very nice lady once gave me her place in line so I wouldn't be late to school. Not because I asked her- she noticed my school hoodie and let me go in front of her. That is the kind of environment this place has. Have I mentioned my order is always perfect? I am not exactly known for speaking clearly but they never mess up even the most complicated drinks. They are always delicious. The baristas called out the names of orders as they were making it, so customers were kept informed while we waited for our drinks and nobody was left guessing where their drink is. The area is a bit subpar and sketchy, not a place you want to linger for long, but they do have adequate seating if you do need to stay a while. It looks like it has a drive-thru, but it doesn't. The drive-thru is oddly for the bank next door.
