During my visit, there were eight staff people working the register, drinks, oven and drive-through. The place was practically empty but the customers were kept waiting because the staff seemed to fill orders at half speed and did not seem particularly in a hurry to do much of anything. Advice: if the line keeps growing, open a second register and/or use the third espresso machine! I'm sticking with my favorite Starbucks crew at Crossroads Mall in Bellevue! read more

WOW talk about bad customer service! As a partner it sucks going to other Starbucks and gettin treated like trash! I asked for two drinks they were made wrong and when I asked to fix it the got all angry and argued about it being correct ! I'm sorry that I know what my drink is supposed to look like! On both drinks I wanted light ice and to get me back they filled the whole cup with ice and then poured the drink (i asked for light ice) it's upsetting to know that there's partners out here doing this not only to other partners but imagine to customers!! read more

Compared to other Starbucks, this one is about as good as those you would find in the airport. The staff seem generally too busy and a bit stressed. Friendly isn't the first word that comes to mind, which is a bummer because I usually feel that way at other locations. I think they just get bombarded with customers and its probably pretty hard to work in such a high-volume location in the middle of nowhere. read more

If I could leave less than one star, I would. Like others, I've been a frequent flyer at Starbucks for years (gold card member), but the drinks and the service at this Starbucks are awful. If they get your drink right, you're one of the lucky ones. If they say "please, thank you, have a nice day" you have lucked out. Three times in the last week, I've received nothing but poor attitudes and poorly made drinks. I sent a complain to Starbucks corporate and they assured me they would have a conversation with the manager. I will probably give them another chance because I have a toddler and it's almost easier to go through the drive-thru than go into one of the grocery store Sbucks - having said that, it would take me less time to drive to Issaquah and back to go to that drive-thru than it would for me to go to the one just 5 minutes from home. read more

I was in the drive thru and ordered two venti sized drinks. When I pulled up to the window they handed me the wrong size for one drink and I tried to correct it. They told me I ordered a grande for one and a venti for the other when I paid for two venti sizes. Then as I was waiting for the second drink I heard the barista taking orders tell her employee that she heard me say venti for both drinks and they laughed. They wanted to recharge me to fix the drink size. I said no, and left. I shouldn't be recharged for something they obviously knew they were wrong about, just all around bad business. If I could leave no stars I would. Horrible manager horrible customer service. They forgot my drinks I asked if they had been forgotten. The manager snapped at me and said no we just are very busy. Meanwhile EVERYONE that came in after me left with their drinks. The manager very condescending after she realized yes indeed my drinks were forgotten. Apparently they ran out of stickers. Not my problem. I should have asked for a refund. It was just so bad! It's always bad here because they really don't have to be nice. It was particularly horrible today. This is one of my favorite Starbucks, and I've been to many. I travel across the pass often and this had the perfect location for a pick me up immediately after or before driving the pass. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and I've never had any issues with my order. read more

Loyal long-term starbucks customer here, who has visited hundreds of stores throughout the western US and BC, and the north bend store is by far the worst ive been to, based on numerous visits and those of friends and relatives who share the same opinion. They get one star because i have to, and because they are consistent. Not only very slow with employees using the excuse they are understaffed, but sniping at each other, and despite customers waiting in line with 1 register open, others are idly chatting together about prior nights escapades. This is a very convenient location for a stop before heading over the pass. Perhaps starbucks needs another. Or just a new manager for this store. Do something please. read more

These guys are constantly busy. Super heavy traffic from I90. I honestly do not know how they do it. CAR AFTER CAR. SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY EXCEPTIONAL. They are getting the road trip people who either are getting there last coffee for awhile or the customer who hasn't had their coffee in a while. The batista's are perfect and the service is fast. Today we decided that we wanted some iced coffee on this beautiful sunny day in the PNW. We ordered up two Ice Grande Carmel Macchiato with SOY MILK. My girlfriend went to the bathroom as I waited for the drinks to get made. Standing there waiting I hear the girl making the drinks say to another barista "I think this is doing just milk how do I start over." The other barista says oh you are fine dont worry about it (Im very very lactose n' tolerant. My girlfriend tries to stay away from milk in general so we both always order soy. The first drink comes up and is obviously filled with milk and not soy milk. The next drink comes up right as my girlfriend comes back from the bathroom and asks "are these soy or just milk." The barista making the drinks looks up and says "ummmmmm...." The barista that did not make the drinks says "yeah they are dont worry about it." The barista handing us the drinks says to another barista "should I remake them." The barista behind her says "no dont worry about it they are probably soy..." We walk out thinking okay you know they are the ones that make drinks and probably know better then the customer's taste buds right! Nope for sure it was milk they used and they did not want to satisfy the customer's needs. This is now the second time in a row this Starbucks has used Milk and not Soy Milk. Thanks for the day of bathroom visits and feeling like shit!!!!!! This is the last time I deal with this Starbucks and waste my money!!!!!!!!!! Oh and seriously put freaking toilet paper and paper towels in the bathroom! I always rate a place based on the bathroom quality and this place gets a F!!! read more

I find myself stopping here the most out of any "pit stop" in North Bend. It is conveniently located in a gas station parking lot, the restrooms are clean, there is a drive-through if needed, and it is Starbucks!! So when you're heading over the pass or heading home and need to take a bathroom break, or need a warm beverage for the car ride, this place brings a smile to my face :) There is also a mini-mart attached in the same building, but I havent scoped them out yet. read more

While the barista was making my drink I asked for it to be light on ice, and another barista said loudly "wow, and after she made it." and continued to comment on it under her breath. Honestly can't Believe that Starbucks (a Seattle based company) continues to allow this store (in the Seattle area) to operate the way it does. All of the other negative reviews are correct. Your order ALWAYS gets messed up and they are soooooo slow! Get ready to sit in that drive through line for a loooong time.... Even with only a couple cars ahead of you. Yeah okay, there are worse thing in life than having to wait for a coffee, but if I'm paying almost 6 bucks for it, please take your time and get it right. They need major training for the employees or more staff or something. Something needs to change. I think they got maybe 1-2 orders right out of all the times I've been there. Forgot to add... The service at this Starbucks is just terrible. On several occasions the wait has ridiculously long. The drive thru wait is usually 20 minutes and the wait inside is usually just as bad. Today I was the only person in line and there were no other customers in the store. I ordered my one drink and waited. I waited for over 10 minutes and still no drink. During the wait, all the baristas were in the back. When other customers came in and ordered their drinks, finally the baristas came out and started making drinks. Three other customers were served while I still waited. I asked the person who rang up my order about my drink. They told me that it's coming. She asked the baristas and my order was just sitting on the counter, not yet made. This has happened to me several times at this location. There was a mishap this morning where I ordered my two bacon goudas through pickup online. After waiting about 8 minutes for them I decided to ask someone if they could update me on how much longer they would be. Andrea proceeded to go through a bucket of tickets and claim I never made the order in a rude manor saying "well I don't see it" and staring at me blankly. I've been in the service industry for 4 years & this was no way to treat a customer, it's hard to put the mannerism she had into words, but it was no where near appropriate. She just told me I ordered it to the wrong store when it was clear I hadn't, even if I had she should've started making them just out of courtesy. She then proceeded to flag down a young gentleman to help me and just left the situation. Thankfully the young gentleman found my previous order which was indeed for that location and made my two sandwiches right away. I didn't catch his name but I was very thankful. As for Andrea, I hope she gets her attitude in check because that was not pleasant to deal with at 8:40 in the morning. read more

I'm a fan of Starbucks. My family spends a lot of time and money with them and normally are pleased with the service and the food and drinks. The service at this location however is the worst I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. My wife ordered an iced sugar free mocha breve (check Ted Talks for a great talk on insulin and why the sugar free and breve combination) and asked if they would blend or crush the ice. The barrsta ignored the request completely and ignored my wife when she was trying to get her attention to ask about it. I asked the barista when getting my drink and she said she had no way to crush the ice, so she left it alone and just made the iced drink. I asked her about why not blending it and she just responded with a you mean you want a frap? I said no, and she once again said she had no way to crush the ice. No offer of remaking the drink, no offer of a free one next time, just blowing us off like she really doesn't care what we asked for. Trash outside as well under the trees near the back of the parking area (near where you enter the drive through). Hopefully Starbucks gets some training done in this store soon. read more

Absolute worst SB around. Extremely slow and I'm not exaggerating when I say that they always mess up my order. I'm here at least 3-4 times per week. Unfortunately I like SB, some of their food items and live close by so it's convenient. I also am a stay at home mom so I have some time that people that have a timed work schedule don't, in other words, I can kill the 10-25 minutes waiting time for a dam* coffee. And believe that, it takes that long and there's still a chance of a mistake! Mistake meaning, a pumpkin bread instead of a banana bread, sugar in your coffee when you never asked or indicated not to put it in, leaving food out, oh and this may qualify as a mistake but they are almost always out of stock of some of the food they advertise to have. I understand they changed management not too long ago, about a month and a half, the place still sucks. The excuse is that they're short staffed, FFS bring some temps from SB in Seattle, the dang headquarters and only 30 miles away! Figure it out, everyone that comes here has an issue with this place! read more

Stopped at this Starbucks after driving over Snoqualmie Pass at 8:30 am. The restroom was disgusting. I've seen cleaner toilets in 3rd World Countries. Also, the lock on the door came undone when another person pushed on it. When I reported that the restroom needed cleaned, the staff acknowledged it but NOBODY went to clean it! Amazingly, the staff were aware that the restroom door lock was broke! Not only did they not put a sign on the door indicating this, they didn't do anything else to make sure patrons weren't walked in on. It didn't appear that a manager was in the store (or at least not acting like a manager). Definitely not up to the standard expected in a Starbucks store. read more

I do not like writing bad reviews for places, i am not one to judge quickly. BUT after the third of fourth time of going through the drive through and getting HORRIBLE customer service, i refuse to go here. There was one sweet girl who worked there and always greeted me with a smile but every other time was very disappointing.
