Busy busy Starbucks! The baristas behind the counter move fast though -- everyone displayed a sense of urgency. Good for business to move everyone in and out! We ordered our usuals and sat outside to chit chat. It's a very busy corridor so prepare yourself for a wait. Don't visit this location if you're in a rush because you will be late. Good service from all the staff members we interacted with.

Honestly never had an issue with this Starbucks like others have had. I've always been met with friendly and helpful service from the employees and I can sympathize having worked in the service industry dealing with Karens and people with impossibly high standards. The store is usually clean and my drinks come out pretty quickly especially when I order ahead on the Starbucks app. The store isn't huge, but it's comfortable. My go to is usually the iced Chai Tea Latte and it's one of the easier drinks for the employees to make so I order it a lot with oatmilk. Sometimes I add cream cold foam if I feel like treating myself too. This Starbucks is located in a pretty good location in downtown Millbrae and it's nearby the Safeway and Trader Joe's so it's a great place to stop by after grocery shopping.

My favorite spot for coffee. It's a hit or miss, some staff make good coffee some don't. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Pretty small place with few seats inside, but lots of them outside. The employees seem friendly, positive. The atmosphere is okay, but some weird people can show up and make it a little uncomfortable. The drinks are decent, like any Starbucks chain. My takeaway coffee is the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. It's the only thing I really like out of their coffee.

I left the car rental area of SFO and chose this Starbucks to get an espresso and some pastries. What I love about this location is the plentiful parking all around this corner location as well as in the surrounding mini shopping mall. Doesn't have much in the way of indoor tables and chairs but they do have outside tables with umbrellas...I suspect the umbrella won't matter in a storm but today was an awesome sunny day...so I just took my Starbucks break outside. The baristas were friendly and fast...had the pastry I wanted and was other wise treated very well. Definitely a better alternative to the Starbucks inside SFO and a good one to visit when I'm in the area.

This Starbucks is so dysfunctional. I am a loyal Starbucks customer but I can't stand stores like this that don't take the time to train their employees on how to make their drinks properly. First off when I order a Pink drink they should let me know BEFORE they ring me up and take my money that they don't have it in stock. Secondly, when I order their non fat latte they need to pay attention to non fat milk for those of use that are lactose intolerant. Also, their employees like to give major attitude to customers who aren't regulars and give discounts to their friends at Trader Joe's. Umm...if you're going to give free drinks it should be to essential workers and not your friends. I've had a handful of negative experiences with this place and today was no different with my light iced nonfat latte having nothing but ice and no straw and me having to wait as they were talking about tip money.

i've been to so many starbucks but this one definitely made a huge impression! every barista greeted those who entered and i really liked how cheerful the barista taking my order was. my go to drink this season is the iced gingerbread oatmilk chai! this drink was the perfect amount of sweet and cinnamon. parking is pretty bad because of it being located on such a busy street - but i like the abundant amount of outdoor seating especially since millbrae often has great weather!

Everyone who works here is super nice and not like the Starbucks on Bayhill in SB where they are stuck up.

There's a limited number of seats inside, but they also have a small outdoor patio as well. Good place to hang out and chill if you're able to grab a seat. I ordered the Gui Hua Oat Latte, since that sounded pretty unique. There was other drinks that I was interested in trying like some of the matcha drinks, but I rarely see an osmanthus-inspired drink at coffee shops. It is made already with oat milk, so I didn't have to ask for any milk substitutions. I thought it was pretty good in terms of a latte, however, I wish the osmanthus flavor was a little stronger. The barista mentioned that the latte would have more of a floral taste, but it felt pretty faint. Cost was pretty similar to other coffee shops in the area, since it was $8-9 for my drink with oat milk already included. Other than that, would come back if I'm ever back in the area. I like the cozy vibes and fun drinks that they have!

1st time trying this unique cafe in Burlingame. Had a delicious Guihua Oat Latte (osmanthus tea…read moresyrup) which you can get hot or iced and with coffee or matcha. Contemporary interior with only some seating in the front, but they also have a back patio with more seating. Very clean bathroom which is always a plus. Good amount of metered parking nearby and around the corner. Would definitely stop by again to try more of their contemporary drinks.

"Excuse me, are you done yet?"…read more It's a fine coffee spot. Just not a place to get work done, relax, read, catch up with friends, or have something with your specialty coffee. Lest you be assaulted by the stares of the envious folks in line waiting to do the same thing. Just do yourself a favor and get the coffee to-go. As suggestion to the business: If the space could be renovated, then I'd recommend a long bar top along the wall at counter height. At least then you can fit more people in the space and their line of sight would be facing the wall or watching the coffee be made. Vs staring at the queue awkwardly.

5 stars! Amazing coffee!…read more Apparently this place just opened up and had lines out the door. They have a policy only 6 people allowed inside to be in line at time and the rest are waiting outside because its that good. I had the Tahitian Vanilla latte but all there speciality items look real good, I wish I was able to go back and try the rest. The gentlemen taking the orders was super professional and kind. He acted very welcoming and made you feel like you are a regular VIP even though it's your first time trying the place out. I gave him a $1.00 tip just for being so nice since you rarely see anyone like that anymore. It seems like this is a cashless/digital city since it's so tech driven and everyone was like WOW he actually has cash on him? LOL

There was also a red bean/mochi bread that was interesting. I probably wouldn't get this again, but good to try. I'm curious to try the other steamed buns that are $8-9/per container of four. Regular HK-style ones are just okay too, nothing standout. Not cheap either (around $3 each these days?), but I guess you're paying for convenience on the Peninsula. That said, it's not bad at all, and when you're in San Bruno/Millbrae and don't feel like driving into SF Chinatown, this is one of the better local options. Not too many solid Chinese bakeries around here, so it fills the gap without being a total letdown. Best egg tarts are still at Golden Gate Bakery in SF Chinatown--no contest. Theirs have that perfect silky, jiggly custard and buttery crust that makes you want to go back immediately. Suzanne's is fine for a quick fix, but if you can make the trip, skip this and head to GG Bakery instead. Solid neighborhood spot if you're lazy like me and want something nearby, but don't expect it to blow your mind.
