Love the 2x2x2! I haven't tried anything else on their menu, but the pancakes alone are worth going back for. They're so fluffy and soft!

We always see the line going out the door and the table is full so today we decided to get some takeout from brothers café. The woman that was working in the cash register was so kind! We ended up getting pancakes, chili, and hashbrowns. Everything was amazing and the chili was so plentiful with meat. The ambience of the restaurant was very happy. Lots of happy chatter. Lots of tables filled great local restaurant.

    THE GREEK SALAD

Never disappointed at any of the Brother's Cafe location's. Have been here several times at Millbrae, and it was good. The food presention was excellent. I have the Greek Salad and the Cobb Salad with a cup of their soup. Nice portion and excellent flavor. My wife loves the Greek salad she's from Greece and the soup. The server delivering the food was very attentive. I would suggest that they need to have more than one type of soup chicken noodle or potato leak. The owners are there working and yes, they have another place and they are very dedicated. Will definitely be back. RB SB

If you love hearty brunch without the chaos, Brothers Cafe is a must. Absolutely delicious! Neal's has been our go-to for a less chaotic vibe than Millbrae Pancake House, but Brothers Cafe is our new favorite brunch spot. They have 3 locations, and while SSF is closer, we happily trek to Millbrae for its quick turnover and easy parking - behind Trader Joe's or along Magnolia near the library. Family-owned (same folks as Boulevard Cafe in Daly City), Brothers offers generous portions, sweet staff, spotless restrooms, and surprisingly fast service. How it works: Line up on the right, order and pay at the register, then wait to be seated on the left. At peak times, don't even try to grab a table before ordering. Service can slow after food arrives, but just flag someone or pop by the pickup counter for your needs (water refills, extra napkins, condiments, etc.). Highly recommend: * Bloody Mary - bold, peppery kick with a crisp finish (I love a Bloody Maria but they only carry Vodka) - $8.00 * Bananas Foster Brioche French Toast - thick, buttery brioche drenched in caramelized banana goodness - $15.95 * Kid's Basic with Bacon - crispy bacon, soft scrambled eggs, and golden toast - $10.00 * Basic with Sausage, 2 Eggs, & Hash - savory sausage paired with crispy, golden hash browns, 2 eggs any style - $16.95 * NY Steak & Eggs (Med Rare) - tender, juicy steak with perfectly made to order eggs - $25.95 * Alexandra - delicate angel hair tossed with flaky salmon, sweet tomatoes, fresh spinach, capers, shrooms, and a luscious lemony white wine-garlic cream sauce - $19.95 * Alfredo - spaghetti coated in a rich blend of butter, cream, nutmeg, and a hearty side of Asiago cheese - $16.95 Optional Add On: - Chicken +$5.00 - Salmon +$8.00 - Prawns +$8.00 - NY Steak +$10.00 - Broccoli +$2.50 Perfect for brunch lovers who appreciate hearty plates and a clean, friendly spot!

Went here yesterday for a friend reunion! Such a nice cafe to eat at. You walk in and you look at the menu that's on the wall or look at the handout! I like that there's options it's very accessible and accommodating! I ordered the chicken club with no tomatoes and I asked if I can have pickles with it instead! They were able to make the adjustments which was very great! After that they give you a number and you sit down at the table. There's choice of table or a booth. It's a very spacious room. Everyone around us seemed to be enjoying their food and the atmosphere despite the weather pouring. It also gave it a very cozy vibe too. I probably like to come back and try their tuna melt because I've heard good things about it

Delicious Scramble with Chicken, Spinach, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese. Order of fruit and wheat toast to bring it all together.

Always a five star experience here. I love the way. The ordering is set up, the menu choices, the customer service, and the location. They mix it up with hearty yet healthy options. Each time in the area this is one of my go to places. Looking forward to another stop here.

We came here for brunch on my husband's birthday and it was a great choice! His burrito was DELICIOUS! My waffle was probably one of the BEST waffles I've ever had too! It was so fluffy and the chocolate cream was so light and not too overpowering! I was "mmm-ing" the whole entire time and my husband said "I've never seen you so excited over a waffle before" but once he took a bite, he understood why! The workers were so attentive and knew exactly what they were doing! We will definitely be back!

This was a nice little cafe kind of tucked away in a shopping center. The food was great! Sometimes it can get a bit busy but if you're close by, try it out!

They usually have good breakfast, but their lunch is way off. I ordered a cheesesteak, but it was just a chopped up burger patty. They need to take this off the menu if this is how it's prepared. Or if they were out of sliced steak they need to let the customer know. This isn't something that you can serve. Two stars for the actual meal. Edit: they are trying to convince me I'm wrong. I'm not. I'm not asking anything out of this, but don't try to defend something when you weren't there yourself. Edit 2: Brother's response is disappointing. I believe 100% that Brother's *can* make an appropriate cheesesteak. But that doesn't address that there was a failure of quality control in my specific instance (and maybe others). Showing how cheesesteaks are supposed to be made is an irrelevant gesture. As for "educating" me and my "running away", that's just antagonistic and I won't address that. As for the food itself deep char marks and identifiable chunks of meat in the photo are self explanatory that it's not "thinly sliced ribeye" (though I wish I took more and better photos). I'm really surprised that my raising this became an issue. Maybe, just maybe, there's a quality control issue at the Millbrae location. I'm not even the only person who wrote a negative review on that day. But look, I'm not in a position to tell you how to run your business. I'm just surprised you guys won't even consider that there's a problem.

This place is pretty interesting; you order first before you sit down. If you have a bigger party, it might not be a place that can accommodate you. What I can say is the owner does try their best to find ways to make a larger group fit. The food is pretty good and tasty, and the portions are not bad at all. They do have a pretty big menu, with ample options to choose from.

Came here on a Sunday around noon time. You order first and then sit down. There was a line when we arrived but the line moved relatively quick. The person at the register was very efficient at taking orders and directing us to where there are available seats. After we ordered, they gave us a number, which we took with us to our table. I ordered the Gilroy Benedict, which included english muffin, poached eggs, homemade hollandaise, creamed spinach, artichokes, and hash brown. This was a very hearty and heavy meal. Nonetheless, it was delicious. I love the spinach and hollandaise sauce. It would've been the perfect dish if the hash brown was replaced by crispy potatoes. The hash brown was not so bad, though. Overall, this is a good breakfast spot. The menu is pretty extensive, and service is good. When we were here, there were a lot of families with kids. It's definitely a kid-friendly restaurant.

The Pistachio Berry Croissant was unreal! The outside was perfectly flakey and the inside was so gooey and delicious. Items on the menu were okay but maybe my standard is high from just being in Thailand lol.
