Now I'm a Starbucks girly through & through.... Dunkin, you're still trash & Wawa your refreshers just can't compare.... Anyway, I visit this particular Starbucks more than I do my own home (I work a ridiculous amount of hours) but no matter what time I pull up the team here has been amazing when it comes to their overall service & consistency. My favorite being the Trenta Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade (pictured below) which yes, it's that good so I always get the largest size. I usually also get a Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap (will post pic later) as these are my Go-to breakfast items. When it comes to drinks esp Wawa & Dunkin are just not up to par. Starbucks food isn't gourmet, but it's tasty, convenient & quick. Hitting Starbucks almost every morning is an important start to my day & regardless if I pull up at 5am appearing to have just rolled out of bed everyone here has always been so nice/polite. Whether I've had an issue w/ my order or whatever the case may be it has always been dealt with in a very friendly/professional manner. This is a really crowded, hard to get in and out of, Starbucks. BUT the employees are so wonderful! I came on a very busy Saturday morning. I would definitely recommend ordering ahead on the app to make sure you don't have to wait too long. There was a huge line inside, huge line of people waiting for mobile orders, and the cars in the drive-through were wrapped around the building. Even with ALL that, the baristas were so communicative with what order they were preparing, moved so quickly and efficiently, and were friendly the whole time! I truly don't know how they do it. My drink was made perfectly and the food I ordered was piping hot. The employees are really what makes this location special. It would be 5 stars if it weren't for the cramped layout of the parking! I am beyond happy that they got rid of the Starbucks across the street and moved to this new location. The old Starbucks had barely any parking and was difficult to enter and exit. This new Starbucks has a bougie drive-thru and tons of lot parking. The girl working the drive-thru today was incredibly sweet. She made sure to call me by my name and thanked me for waiting patiently - even though there were a ton of cars in front of me and they were going through at a reasonable pace. I miss the slightly extended hours at this Starbucks but the setting is nice with a small living room space. People here are nice and there's a good amount of parking. Even though it's just across the street, not a lot of people would've parked here and then walked across the street as it would've felt awkward to intrude on another plaza's parking lot. This Starbucks is my favorite place to come and hang to do work or read. The music is super loud but nothing some noise-cancelling headphones can't fix. Order your drink ahead of time or get a good ol' drip coffee to skip the line. Lots of space for tables, great atmosphere, reliable wifi, and clean bathrooms. So glad they open at 5am! read more

This new Starbucks used to be station across the street with little to no parking. Now, the new building is fantastic, with amble parking. Also, met Deanna who greeted me with I arrive. This place is the much needed update to the previous version of the old one across the street. It's obvious this place is a hit. Every chair inside was occupied. The drive thru also had a line of cars funneling through. Although it took a minute for someone to come over to take my order (drive thru appears to be the bulk of their business), my order was made in a timely manner. read more

Mixed feelings. This opened up as a replacement for the Starbucks that closed across the street. Huge, new and clean as a whistle. The sad part is the drive-through addition. The old Starbucks was a neighborhood gathering place. People knew each other. The outside area was a prime place for families. This one is a bit sterile. The drive through location is an affirmation that the beautiful town of Media is joining suburban anonymity. read more

When I picked up the order and return back to the office it was wrong. Super annoying since I couldn't go back. The customer service is always superb. However, they are always out of something when I go there. It's beyond frustrating. It's not the employees fault, but it drives me insane because I drive out of my way to go to this Starbucks and then to hear they are out of the drink I want... it's disappointing. Theres also always a huge line at the drive thru. And it's annoying to navigate because you must drive around in a circle to get to the drive thru. Then it always moves very slowly. Don't get me wrong super friendly service, but almost every single time I come here they manage to mess up my order whether that be making a hot drink iced or an iced drink hot, or not heating up bakery items. You're better off driving to Brookhaven. LSo understaffed, I waited for 15 minutes 1st in line at the counter before I left, my wife who ordered ahead of me was still waiting for her drink. It took another 10 minutes and they got it WRONG. This has been a very big problem since they have opened. Springfield is starting to get just as bad, but Brookhaven is still the worst I have been to. We have been here multiple times between 9 and 10 pm when the app says they are open and they are closed or they shut off there lights when we are trying to open their doors or go through their drive through. I have been here maybe 3 or 4 times and every single time i am there they leave the back door open for hours and it is freezing for all the people sitting in the chairs. This is the most terrible Starbucks location I've ever been to, and I've been to about 150 of them. I had to wait five minutes before an employee asked for my order. By that time, I decided to leave the Starbucks and not place an order because they made me wait five minutes before even acknowledging me behind the counter. I am mind blown and shocked. When I asked to speak with a manager, the employee simply replied that the manager Melanie is currently not here right now, and there are no other managers to speak with. This place is extremely disorganized. I am highly disappointed and will never be coming back. read more

Usually will always get the same thing at Starbucks - coffee with a splash of soy milk. Starbucks policy states that soy is extra for 4oz or more (ie. A latte which is mostly milk, and makes sense) but I am consistently charged extra for the small amount they put in a black coffee at this location... I asked and they said it's company policy (which is wrong). A shame because this is the closest location to me, but I'll go to some of the others on my way in to work from now on. read more

Went to this location this morning. It's not my usual spot, but I was close by. I placed my regular mobile order for an iced coffee. My recipe doesn't allow adding sweet cream on the app. I used to call my regular SB location (Newtown Square, who are AMAZING) to have them add. Months ago, the NS barista told me to just change my order name to, "add sweet cream" so I don't have to call after my mobile order. Fabulous suggestion and have been doing it this was for months. Today, at the Media location, the rude girl told me that I could, "add sweet cream on the app" and that it's "50 cents extra". Wow. Rude and completely uniformed. I tried to tell rude girl you can't do that on the app and she insisted you could. Covid, or i would have loved to educate her in the shop. I just left. Will not be back. This location needs to train their employees on their menu and ALSO on their crappy customer service. Get a clue, rude girl- you're wrong and rude!! read more
