service is horrible, i usually go to this starbucks because it's close to me, and has a quick pickup...However i won't be returning...the other day i was charged 2 times for a 10 dollar order for some tea, it came up in my bank account and my starbucks account...now 20 for hot tea is ridiculous....i went back to ask them what happened to see if we could correct the problem; and i was met with a very rude manager, it was like pulling teeth to talk to them because they were laughing that i "didn't understand the app" i can understand their confusion, just like myself...but to be rude about it is not a very good look for this store...the service has never been amazing but today felt as if they were trying to make fun of me for coming with a question. i do not recommend this starbucks, and the managers here are very rude and distasteful. read more

I frequent Starbucks in Adriatica (Virginia & Stonebridge). Order the same each time. At this location the barista said she had to charge extra for my request. In the last 10 years I haveNEVER paid extra for the exact same drink at any location. She said very loudly, " Well I'm the manager and I'll let you get away with it this time but will have to bring it up at our meetings that everyone should be up-charging for this drink!" Not that I can't afford it but she was very rude and because of her I will not return to this location. As a manager, she needs a "people skills" class. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. They are friendly have quick service and always have their food case well stocked. There are other Starbucks I go to in Plano and the service time is consistently 10-15 minutes. Not here!! I I ordered 5 drinks and in less than 5 minutes I was on my way. Time and time again I am disappointed with the service at this location. Mobile orders take upwards of 15-20 minutes. Baristas frequently forget to put flavorings in. I frequent two Starbucks regularly, and the one in Lucas is so friendly, fast, and accurate. This store should visit a few local stores to see the difference in service. I went in and have had varied experiences, from good, to ok, to not great. This time they were out of cups for hot drinks both Venti and Grande, and when I said I was going to go to a different store insisted that I wouldn't find any anywhere. They did not offer a solution, neither did they want to offer me something that would enable me to spend money within their store. I asked an associate outside and I asked if they were able to use other cups other than what Starbucks issued, he said personal cups were fine but no, which is a lie, the store a few blocks down did have the same issue and did use non Starbucks affiliated cups, to ensure their customers were taken care of. That is service, this establishment is lacking in many ways, and needs to understand that service comes in various ways, and that initiative is often times required. read more

Joel looks MISERABLE and the other girl with no name badge making the drinks got mad when an order of 9 drinks came thru the mobile order. When she handed me my drink she yelled my name. And the drink was wrong after she asked Lauren was it was! Pineapple tea with coconut milk took 13mins and it was wrong the first time. I went in today to return a brand new item with a receipt within the allowed return period, and you would have thought that I robbed the place. The line was long when I came in, but it moved really quickly! The baristas were friendly but busy. I got an iced Americano and Old Fashioned glazed donut. There is a lot of seating, with small circular tables, and one long table that's good to study at. Music is audible but not too loud. I especially love that there are so many windows here; the natural lighting is nice. It was super cold when I came in so be sure to bring a jacket. Overall, a nice Starbucks. read more

1-2 Please smile! Came to Starbucks to study and for some great coffee. When I made it to the counter I said "good morning, how are you?" The girl working literally stared at me, looking like she couldn't be bothered with me. She then said "what can I get for you?" Again, I said, "good morning, how are you?" She whispered, "good" with a slight RBF. I then placed my order and couldn't help but chuckle. Kinda put a damper on my morning because she was the first person I've interacted with today. Today I went for the bogo / happy hour and the girl at the register was clearly training and I understood that and was very patient with her but the manger I did not appreciate how she told someone behind me that if we went in for happy hour that we should let her know if it's that's her job she should know and the Manger should've not have talked to the costumers that way special if they aren't fluent in Spanish !! This location is pretty hidden in the Craig Dr. shopping area off of El Dorado and 75. It's tucked away back by Chipotle in the Trader Joe's complex. There is a lot of parking though. Like most Starbucks, the seating area is pretty small.. but it's never really crowded here, at least it hasn't been every time I've gone. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I noticed that at this location, everyone does their part. If the cashier has nobody at the register, she'll jump in and start helping with the drinks. Or if the person making drinks is waiting around, they'll jump in and take orders. I've never really seen that at other locations, but I thought it was great. They are quick here too. The only con about this location is the lack of a drive thru, but other than that.. it's one of my favorites. read more

This was very busy when I came in (12/21 around 9:15am) and only one cashier. As I give my order for a Sous Vide Gruyere Bacon Egg bite I can see she is is not getting it. After a minute or so she asks what (apparently she didn't understand Sous Vide) I said an Gruyere Bacon egg bite, oh she gets it I think. I live just across the highway from there so I visit a lot and I've never been disappointed the baristas are so nice and even if they're a little backed up they still make a point to be polite and make a little conversation. And when your waiting at the other end they'll speak with you as though your friends while they make your drink. I've never seen they're bathroom dirty and the eating area is just as nice both inside and out. They're very fast all in all I'll continue to go here and I do recommend you swing in for a coffe or cake pop sometime. read more

This is my first time here and I tried the new mocha chip frappe. It was very good and I was energized the rest of the evening! My friend and I came here in the evening after work to have a venting session and I'm glad we chose this location. They have great service, it wasn't super crowded, and their patio was the perfect place to sip on something sweet while enjoying the cool evening breeze and de-stressing. What's to be said? If you've been to one Starbucks, you've been to any Starbucks. Well, at least in the sense of consistency. This location seems relatively new in the area and well, most places in this area seem to have an interesting demographic for employees. That said, our first visit everyone was super friendly. Over the course of two weeks it was really depending. I ordered the same thing every day. Lg drip, little bit of ice, room for cream. Sometimes there was zero room and sometimes there was seemingly no ice as I burned the crap out of myself. I know, I know. Coffee is hot. Duh, that's why I like a little bit of ice in it. Upon entering I was nicely greeted by a young lady who then went to work preparing my latte. There were four young girls being trained behind the counter by a male who seemed to have a lot more patience that I would under the same circumstances. One girl was busy playing with her cup of water then adjusting her baseball cap constantly. If she learned anything it would be a miracle. Some thought parts of the training was funny. All in all an entertaining 30 minutes. By the way my latte was good. read more

I travel all over the country for my career, and have visited a ton of Starbucks locations. This is by far my favorite location I've ever been to. The staff are friendly, and they are awesome at making the drinks! I always order a Starbucks Double Shot and you would be surprised how many locations have no idea how to correctly make one. These guys are the best at their job. I drive past another location just to get to here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more
