I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to thank a kind employee yesterday. The wait was rather long considering it was the afternoon around 430. I walked in and ordered in the store and noticed that there were people walking in after me and leaving with drinks before me. I soon found out I was not being skipped over as I assumed, they were in fact behind on mobile orders. I could only see 2 employees in the store. 15 mins went by and I was greeted by a younger employee who stated she was very sorry about the wait, she had just arrived and I could tell she was overwhelmed but working diligently to get everything caught up. That is when a customer started yelling belligerent things at the employee. The employee kept a smile on her face, apologized, and explained to the customer that she just arrived and would be more than happy to take care of her order after she finished up the 2 drinks she was working on. The irate customer continued to carry on and it actually made a few other customers uncomfortable and they left to wait in their car. The barista made the customer's drink (it looked delicious) and sat the drink and straw on the counter within arms reach, apologized again, and told the lady she hoped her day got better. The customer took her drink and continue to carry on all the way out the door. I wanted to hug this employee. She stayed professional and focused the entire time. The things the lady was yelling would have made me cry. My coffee was amazing and done correctly. I asked to speak to the manager to praise the young lady but was told by the manager to call cooperate as she did not have time to deal with my concerns. read more

Slowest service ever. I understand Sundays are busy but 45 mins for a drink. Come on. Seemed they were prioritizing mobile orders over walk ins which I get you need a balance but good grief. read more

Very disappointing experience today. Went in and had the displeasure of talking to the on duty manager. She was rude, passive aggressive, and condescending. She talked to me like I was a child after I had asked a simple question. I seriously hope she was just having a bad day and she's not like this everyday but even if she was simply just having a bad day, that's not an excuse to take it out on customers. Unfortunately, it looks like my review is not the only one that points out the unsavory attitudes of management. If you're planning on visiting this store, it's best to avoid the manager with blonde curly hair. This review would have been one star if it wasn't for the rest of the staff being so nice and sweet. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a new drink since they were out of the flavor I usually get. I ordered a grande latte that was only 1/2 of the way full. It was an extremely long wait for a late Saturday afternoon, with limited selection, and I only ended up with half a $6 beverage. The last time I went, the wait was also very long (over 20 minutes) and the person at the window asked me directly how much of a tip I wanted to leave her. They did the tip request by keypad this time, but between the two experiences, this is definitely my last time to this Starbucks. read more

We used to visit several times each week to visit with friends and enjoy our drinks. That is no longer the case sadly after the store manager was extremely unprofessional in addressing my wife. We won't return until changes are made and an apology is received. There are several other choices for coffee and friendship in Marion. read more

I am one of many fans of Starbucks coffee and I get no one wants to work but when you wait 15 minutes in a none moving line and you have to wait 10 minutes after you order inside due to no more then 3 people working! I used to enjoy this Starbucks, however they have become very slow. They tend to put the more difficult to make orders to the side and crank out the easy orders. This gets to be very frustrating. When I order a drink and 3-4 people who order after me get theirs and then I get an attitude when I ask them if the ticket got lost for my drink, it gets old quick. Also, they run out of pastries constantly. 4 out of the last 5 times I've been there, they're out of most of the pastries. read more

Terrible staff Not a fan of this location. I go to Starbucks everywhere, all the time (except in Canada, then it's Timmy's). I like to be able to drink my coffee shortly after I get back in the car on a road trip. I asked the barista chick to please add two cubes to cool the coffee. I saw her use a scooper and hoped she only added the two cubes I requested. Well, I set the coffee in my car holder and "let it cool". However, in five minutes, it was ice cold. Huh? Apparently the staff does not know the difference between two ice cubes and a cup of ice cubes. I'm soooo disappointed that I wasted money and a road trip stop on this. read more

I stop at a lot of Starbucks across the State and this one was the worst. The bathroom was not clean and the service was so slow. They had one persons making breakfast sandwiches and I couldn't get a croissant just handed to me. read more

I waited 30 minutes inside to find out I had to wait another 30 minutes... for plain black coffee. PLAIN BLACK COFFEE. I left after paying with no coffee. This location cost me $5.00 today....but in the end it will cost Starbucks hundreds of dollars of my business read more

Comfortable seating, very nice, employees, clean, and fast convenient drive thru.

Am usually just passing through, but the staff has always been 100% friendly to me over the years.

I'm pretty sure this store turns off the mobile ordering when they don't want to deal with it. They also randomly change their hours so don't bother looking it up online. Oftentimes they're out of anything that's remotely popular. One Sunday I waited 20 minutes for a latte...I went in store and only had 2 people in front of me. Most people that work there move at only one speed: snail pace. Don't get me wrong not all of them are like that but it does appear that it's about 90%...really doesn't make me want to spend my money there anymore. What a shame and what a sad excuse for a Starbucks. read more

My go to place for caffeine on the go. It's close to campus, so very convenient. Customer service is great, and so are the drinks!

The Kroger Starbucks is better this one puts way way way too much ice in the drinks or way too much coffee...

For Marion, this is a good Starbucks. The drive thru is convenient and they know how to make drinks. Always consistent. Their customer service is always great! read more

I love this Starbucks! Very clean and drinks are always out really quick even when crowded! The workers are very nice and one worker helped me and my friend pick out a drink since we were having a hard time deciding. My heir cookies and cake pops are also very good and are not expensive. The Kroger Starbucks is not as good as this one with not as many choices. read more
