Worst. Service. Ever. Even if you place an order online it takes around 15-25 minutes to go through the drive thru which i have NEVER had such a bad problem anywhere else, and thats the average too. The younger employees ALWAYS have the nastiest attitude too, like it kills them to show human decency. Great place to go for weight loss because you'll be so disgusted by the service, you wont be hungry anymore. read more

I don't normally choose a place such as this but with a busy schedule today I came bye, upon first inspection my bun was ripped and when I removed the bun I saw hardly any mustard or ketchup probably the lease amount I've ever seen on top of that I can see onions with flat top grease cooked on to them which makes me question how sanitary and clean the kitchen is I'd love to see the health reports on this establishment and my is burger is clearly burnt , the woman at the register window had her body out the window yelling my order before I even got to the window then at the service window was a man also hanging out the window and quickly rushed my bag and drink out the window, though my order was correct the service had absolutely 0 care for the customer and the customers food, i don't have high standards for a fast food place like McDonald's but this comes down to poor training and management of this store, I suggest to not eat here and or give them your money if they will treat you and your food this way. Sanitation was disgusting. Using the urinal and an employee comes out of the stall does not wash his hands. So I go out thinking not much of it other than he's one nasty dude and hoping he doesn't make my food. I'm sitting at the table from 4:27pm until 5:51pm watching YouTube. I ordered through the mobile app with a table number for them to bring me my order so I didn't expect to have to pick it up myself. Anyways I get up to go check on my order, ask about it and they hand me some bone cold bag of food from a blonde girl who looks like the manager saying I should've come when they called the number on the receipt. I seen and heard some things happen in the back where they make food, including a lot of talking, a little less working and some cussing. I've lived in the area for a little bit now and it feels like this McDonald's is always either slow, nasty, or just too unpleasant. Someone better needs to be in charge! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. when waiting for my order in McDonald's I have seen one of the managers drop food on the floor and serve it to a drive thru customer without the customers knowledge, the same manager was using vulgar language while flirting with another employee, I waited a total of three hours for them to finally get the correct order, while waiting for my order I witnessed a multitude of health, safety, and policy violations all by a MANAGER. manager was extremely rude and inattentive. got my order wrong five times within two hours and still has the audacity to flirt with employees and use vulgar language with children in the restaurant this place needs to be audited and the manager needs to be fired. while I was touching up my makeup in the mirror I witnessed two employees two employees walk out of the bathroom without washing their hands. Absolutely horrific disregard for health and sanitation requirements. Tables are never clean, there were LITERAL boogers on my table, trash spilling out of the garbage can, zero straws, and zero napkins. Just an absolute pig sty of a workplace. for about five minutes straight the only thing I could hear is slurs and yelling from the employees in the back. whoever is in charge at around 6pm December 19th needs to be fired. this place is absolutely disgusting and if the higher-ups in McDonald's allow this egregious dysfunction to continue OSHA needs to step in. read more

Sunday morning at 10, moderately busy drive through and 4 people in front of me inside. Only kiosk ordering available/no counter service. I waited 40 minutes for my food and watched the drive thru line empty out and all inside people get their orders, even those who ordered after me. When I asked what was going on I was told they were "working as fast as they could" and if I wanted to come back and work or just wait my turn! I said they should at least get the orders out in order. Turns out someone flipped to a new order screen and mine was left unfilled. i went through the drive threw this evening. and the worker taking my order, jasmine. was very rude. i asked if they have icecream because mcdonalds icecream machine is usually down! jasmine was very rude with a whole bunch of attitude acted like i was stupid. gave me looks when i went up to pay and was just b*chy! didn't say a single word to me and was just plain horrible customer service. when i went up to the window to get my icecream i asked for her name and the girl laughed at me after she told me! this girl needs to be fired because she was on her phone with her airpods in! show respect!!! read more

If we could give this McDonald's zero stars we would. Seriously. This McDonald's deserves to be acknowledged as one of THE WORST that we've ever been to. Horribly run with horrible staff. Every time we take our kids the order is WRONG. The most recent was they ran out of orange juice for breakfast. How does that happen besides poor or lack of planning? The restaurant is dirty and the staff is not friendly. The teenagers are seen standing around, talking, and not helping customers. And when you do confront someone (because undoubtedly the order is always wrong or missing items) they take it personal and don't seem to have any concept or gumption of work. We really believe this McDonald's has failed its customers and needs a new approach to training its employees and/or hiring ones who give a damn. read more

After waiting in the drive through line I get to the pickup window and I am told my sandwich is not ready. I'm told to pull up into the drive through spot #1. After waiting 7 minutes I still do not have my food. I went in asked for a manager. I'm not happy at this point so I tell him that I am late for work because they don't have my drive through order yet. He goes to the sandwich holding area and speaks with a woman. She picks up a sandwich and hands it to him. He brings me a bag with my order and tells me there is a coupon inside. I did not thank him to which someone in line comments that I should at least thank him. If he was doing his job correctly I would not have needed to come into the store. I asked the other customer if he was going to pay my wages since I was now late. Folks I allotted enough time to get in and out of the drive through and get to work. I was just in there , the lobby was full of customers . 2 girls were running back n forth taking orders and one of them was taking orders from the drive thru as well. After about 9 people had given their orders we all stood there staring at the employees while they just stood there asking if we had all been helped yet, they both must have asked 3 times in 5 minutes . Like obviously we have we just had a conversation about what I wanted to eat today. My whole experience took 17 minutes just to get two cheeseburgers and a drink. This is one of the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. The 2 people taking orders would not help to get orders up even though they had no customers to wait on. The entire staff has one speed and if they moved any slower they would be in park. The quarter pounder both me and my wife got were burnt, but as slow as the crew moves they put the burgers on the grill an hour before I got here. The fries and sweet tea were good. read more

I normally write reviews of poor service but lately I have noticed so much poor service, I have decided to make sure my good service workers are acknowledged in person and on here. I visited here today while out running errands.. we got 2 drinks and 2 mcchickens.. 1 was ordered no mayonnaise and 1 regular.. we waited awhile in the drive through but were treated respectfully. We drove off as my son was reading sandwich descriptions to figure out which was what.. I pulled back in and parked.. We had got 1 mcdouble (BEEF) and 1 mcdouble add mayonnaise .. it was the most disgusting sandwich. We went inside and a manager greeted me quickly. I showed her my big sloppy beef burger and said we order chicken.. she very quickly and politely fixed our order and offered us drinks free, we already had some in the car and offered us anything to keep us happy, which I declined..
