The absolute worst Chinese food I have ever had, probably one of the most expensive for what you get as well. First off the food sits around precooked under heat lamps for a long time and is often shriveled up and dried out as well as being luke warm. The options are very limited and many are often sold out. Then the portions and the price are AWFUL. You get about and ice cream scoop full for the entree that fits in the small part of a clamshell styrofoam container and some rice and it costs as much or more than every other place in town. Unfortunately I keep getting dragged to different locations by friends and can now say the absolute worst hole in the wall wok you have ever been to is better than the best Panda Express locations. read more

Only one star, because I can't give minus stars. It took me 10 visits of being told that what I want is unavailable. When I've reluctantly ordered what I don't want, Its been disgusting! Rubbery sparse meat and under cooked veggies. A total waste of money! I was once told there was no rice. Thats messed up for a chinese place. The last visit, I asked for manager, because I really wanted to know what the problem is with having food available. The teen manager said , that the chicken was frozen, so I suggested to plan ahead. Tonight my son and I visited this location. We were there at 8:30 when they close at 10. They were out of multiple items and when another quest when more food would be out they said no more food is being made tonight. they were out of Chow Mein of all things. There is no reason to be out of food an hour and a half before closing. There were 3 cooks still working and they were just standing there doing nothing. I have went to this same location 3 times in the last 6 months and each time I'm told (after I've ordered) that they don't have half the things I ordered. which is funny because they only have like 5 options on their menu.. the WORST location and I can see by other reviews it's not an isolated event. if you are chronically out of the regular food people order from you then maybe it's time to figure out logistics? maybe put a sign on the menu that says "we don't have any of this and this" three attempts to get a meal there and three "oh sorry sir we don't have this or this". so now it's time for the bad review. On the internet it said the place opened at 10:30. The workers did not open the dining place till 12 and drive-through at 11:40. The lady taking orders for the drive-through was extremely rude. When I ordered my bigger place, I said 3 entrees and then she told me I needed another. When I said another one she got snippy and caught an attitude. Panda Express in Marion, Ohio has went to shit. Twice now when you ask for sauce at the drive thru you never get it in your bag. I have had several friends say they have had this done to them. How hard is it to make sure sauce goes in or even ask at the window if customer's would like any sauce. I would've given no stars if I was able to. read more

Ordered a three entree plate with two Beijing beef and ONE orange chicken, and a side of rangoons. My husband ordered a bowl with Beijing and a med chow mein. We were told that we would have to wait 5-7 mins for fresh Beijing and asked if we wanted to wait, we said yes. Pulled forward to pay and asked for an egg roll. Was told they don't get shipments of them anymore. Was asked to park out front for my wait on beef. We waited. They came out and handed us our food. We drove half an hour back home (which we do every time we eat out) only to find out they forgot sweet and sour for the rangoons, forgot our chow mein, our beef was no where near freshly cooked, and my fried rice was still really hard. read more

Had to wait for 2 of the 3 meals that I ordered, they plated up everything that they had ready and then it sat and got cold got while they cooked the other food. Cold rice, chow mein and Rangoon. We usually visit the Zanesville location but we were in Marion so we stopped in to get our usual. I was very disappointed. The amount of the entree was half the size that we get in Zanesville, and the chow mein was very dry, very dry. Hopefully this is not the usual at this location, everyone has a bad day but I will probably skip this location and eat else where. read more

Wish I could give this location 0 stars. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. My wife ordered our family meal online to pick up at 4:30. Arrived at 4:30 and waited in line outside in the rain for 15 minutes to pick up order. Their system for pick up is broken. Proceeded to get home and my wife told me I was missing half our order. There must have been another bag. She drive back to pick up and they made her wait for over 40 minutes as they had to review the cameras as they stated they gave me the entire order. They insinuated that she was lying. As she waited, the manager came out and after all that, confirmed they only handed me one bag but the girl who handed the first bag to me looked like she was going back for the second bag. That was a 100% lie on their part as she told me everything was there and to have a nice day. Their team seemed very stressed, as their drive thru was packed, and their parking lot was full. They could have just stated that there was a chance the second bag was handed to another customer by mistake rather than accusing my wife of lying. We spent over $50 on a meal just to have my wife treated that way. I will never visit this location again, and I feel someone from corporate needs apologize to my wife. People should never treat customers like this... ever. Please think twice before visiting this location. This is not the normal example I have had at other locations, so my review is not for the entire company, it is just for this location. Shame on you for treating my wife the way you did.
