At 145 pm, today, 08/25/2025, Bryan was assigned to the window register. I gave him my card x2312 along with $20 to put on the card to pay for my purchase. He handed me a slice of lemon loaf and said I still owed $2.22. He hadn't taken the $20 out of my hand and I repeated this is to load on my card. He told me my card was no good and refused to return it to me. Instead of loading the card he put the change on my window sill. The change (except for 1 quarter) fell down between the window and door (no access to this area). I said you should never put change on a window sill. Then he replied I didn't I put it on a "server". A young girl with a long brunette pony tail had stopped to listen, said nothing just smugly walked away snickering. This is not the service or treatment I am used to. Terrible. Everything from ordering in the drive-through, which was very cold and rushed to getting to the window to find the employee on their phone and finally after I paid almost 9 dollars for my Frappuccino. There was no caramel drizzle. The whipped cream was dismal and there's no espresso in this. It's the second time I've come to the Starbucks the first time I walked out because I was completely ignored at the counter for a good 10 minutes. I thought I'd give him another shot and go through the drive-through. I will never be coming back to the Starbucks I never leave bad reviews But this one it needs it only because I'm hoping somebody sees it and let them know because there's some learning to do in the Starbucks. read more

Second time around. Morning coffee pick up was without problems. Evening espresso pick up was ridiculous. Ordered at the counter and there were three people waiting for coffee in front of us. We waited. We waited. We waited. After another three people came in and picked up mobile orders. So it's been 15 minutes and we inquired to our order. We were told mobile orders come first. Really? So, I have to wait even if I'm standing in the store. FIFO - in Lean or Six Sigma is first in first out. This would be the easiest way to keep customers happy. Not prioritizing mobile or in person. What made us leave was when we did inquire, the barista said it would be out in a bit and if you can't wait get a refund. The tone in her voice was not giving a heck. The customers next to us even reacted to her yelling over the machine about the order. I told her she didn't have to be sour to customers because things were not going well, I said most of what you do is how the message is delivered. Explaining at ordering, that mobile orders take priority would have changed the decision to order at the counter. Starbucks can do better. read more

This Starbucks is probably the best I've been to. I live near the one by Jack in the Box but I prefer to drive the this one. I've got very good things to say about this one in particular. - First of, the customer service that is provided by Amner, Adamari, Ashlee, Optra, Stephanie, Mark, Liz, Micah, Kim, and many more create a great and positive vibe. I would think that I am the annoying customer since I always order almost every day with such a big order. But they are always kind and they are very quick to deliver the orders. There are some times where it takes a little longer but I don't mind it. - They are very good at multitasking and they show that by the way how they prepare multiple orders at the same time. - I've seen many other reviews and there is something that I would like to restate, which is that they are very quick to remaking the drink if they made a mistake. - I have seen that there is always a lot of customers that are sitting and studying, which brings me to my second point. The music there is very calm and makes the ambiance better. (For me the person with the best taste in music is Adamari. Even though this isn't a competition of who has the best taste ) This is a very good place for someone to study there. - They are very attentive, by the third day that I went, they knew my name and what I was about to order (not my mom and my sisters though, they always order different type of drinks. Even I don't know what they are about to order -_-) - The teamwork between one another is always good, I've first handed seen how they work. They try to help one another. I'm not a picky consumer. I promise. I rather pay extra and not fuss over things just to get exactly what I ordered. I tip every time I order and that's 4-5 times a week. My usual is a hot drink but it's my birthday month and I want to drink the spring Lavender matcha. I asked for light ice. I don't like cold drinks. They hurt my throat but this cold drink is good. So light ice it is. Well the ice was up to the top line like regular ice. It might not seem like a big deal to some but like I said, I drink Starbucks 4-5xs a week. So, I'm spending big bucks here monthly. I'm going to ask for no ice next time even if I have to pay extra which is fine. read more

My coffee was absolutely terrible here, It tasted like water completely and was full of ice when I ordered it light ice, I also tasted nothing but the watered down coffee I could tell none of my syrup pumps were added, it was horrible. Zero stars! Location isn't convenient in the slightest, over staffed and super slow, not a clean table in the place! I asked for a plain bagel with honey butter and you would think I asked them for a moon rock. Haha! They said: "We don't have honey butter." To which I said: "Have you got butter?" Cashier: "yes" Me: "Have you got honey?" Cashier: "yes" Me: "Can you combine those two things and make honey butter?" I don't think StarBucks realizes they loose an advantage over their competitors when they micro manage their staff to the point the staff isn't encouraged to think for them selves. The entire area reserved for the public was messy because A) none of the staff are allowed to consider that area of the building part of their work space....B) The staff can't improvise because there is no incentive to do so....C) The creative aspect of thinking outside the box has been streamline out of the humans working there. Oh! And so when my plain bagel was toasted they called my name (hint: it's not Dan). In a bag I found one frozen butter pad and one very small honey packet with a warmed plain bagel. This is kinda what I mean StarBucks! If you just stop stripping individual thought or encourage people to give it a brief thought, then a reasonable person would surmise a single frozen butter pad isn't enough and doesn't spread and a single honey packet also isn't enough. It's literally less than a teaspoon! And no milk. That's right, they called my name as if my order was complete but it wasn't. Just a bagel without sufficient honey butter. So do I wait or do I ask for the rest of my order that I originally asked for once already? I ask. "Excuse me, I also ordered and paid for a cold milk?" Cashier: "ah ok, those tickets come up over there, ask the guy over there." Me thinking to myself 'how is StarBucks still in business?' but saying out loud "I was told to ask you for my cold milk I ordered" Kid behind the counter: "What size?" Me: "No one asked me what size so I never said but I'd like a large if you can?" Kid behind the counter: "Coming right up!" There was nothing cold about the milk. I watched it come from a plastic gallon jug sitting on the counter without a lid. I'd be guessing when I tell you it must be the same jug of milk that's going into all the coffee drinks people order through the drive through but I think it's a pretty good guess. Just to recap, this StarBucks isn't easy to get to, about as clean as an underground subway system, they serve incomplete orders with a smile, they can't mix frozen butter and honey but to their credit neither can I, they don't own any cold milk of any size. Eating here feels like I'm 'serving time' Hahaa! While writing this review they refunded two different customers and an employee came out from behind the counter yelling the name "Dan, order for Dan!" and I am the only person in the building smiling back at the person who took my order, and my manes not Dan. However, I gave 5 stars because of a ray of sunshine who took my payment and handed me my drink- Danielle. This is my 2nd encounter with her. She is a warm hug of a human being. went back to Starbucks on 10/18/24 at 7:30 PM The barista that dipped her finger in my drink was still working there. Stephanie was at the drive through window and I told her I did not want the lady who dipped her finger in my drink to make my drink again. Stephanie proceeded to stun me by the overwhelming amount of attitude she gave me. So I proceeded to ask who the on duty manager is and she said no one was there I asked who is the supervisor for the night shift and she said it was her. She was very unprofessional and seeing as she was the supervisor I was not going to get anywhere I decided to explain what happened a couple days ago. There was no empathy. No apology for the barista who contaminated my drink, no apology from her Either I am stunned by this treatment. they do not belong in customer service at all. Stephanie kept rolling her eyes at me and she deserves to be written up. What a disgusting taste she left. As a supervisor you have to take into consideration the customers concerns and be proactive about employees who are not adhering to the company's standards. lastly she was very dismissive. Please please please do something I will be coming into the store very soon an need to speak to the store manager about this asap. Everytime I come to this Starbucks I am mistreated and disrespected. I can easily just go to the other Starbucks however I feel as though people like Stephanie and the woman who dipped her thumb into my drink do not deserve a job in customer service. I've been to lots of Starbucks around the country and this is my first bad experience at a Starbucks so far. Maybe that's a good or lucky streak til now and I should just be thankful, but also disappointing that this is the location I just moved next door to, since apparently there are other reviews similar to mine for this location. I really hope this is not how it is going to be every time here or I'll just have to find some other coffee place farther away from me that has better customer service and actually likes or cares about their customers. But anyway, I had a very long wait relative to what I ordered and compared to other customers that came through, for my in-person and very simple order of one small black coffee - nothing else. There was no line when I walked up, but the lady taking my order at the register said "it's going to be 5 to 8 minutes for that...do you still want it?". Seemed like an odd question and delay to have for a plain black coffee at a coffee shop. But I said yes, I still want it, which she looked a little disappointed about. As I began to wait about 5-10 feet back, but still directly in front of her register and close to the pick up area, several other customers (maybe 5 or 6 that I noticed over time) came up and ordered drinks and food. They also waited....and collected their items, one at a time at the pickup area. There was no one else ordering or waiting for anything at that point and the girl I ordered from was actually putting things away and restocking things, it seemed. I had waited there very patiently for over 15 minutes at that point, so I finally went back up to the register to ask her, "is that plain black coffee still coming out?" She nonchalantly said "yep" and turned back to her cleaning or restocking work. No apology for the long wait, no "oops, I completely forgot about you and your order! I'm so sorry!"...nothing like that. I didn't complain, I just said "okay, thanks" and went back to lean against the back wall several feet away again to wait. I then notice this same lady I'd ordered from and talked to so far, after a while, start to shift from cleaning or stocking to working on a drink. Once she started working on it, I realized it must be mine and she'd just completely skipped me earlier, helped everyone else, and then just forgot about me, even though I'm the only one still standing right in front of her over 15 minutes later. I had figured there must be some big giant fresh batch of coffee brewing or someone else was going to be getting to it since there were at least two other workers there that maybe were tied up with drive-through or mobile orders before they could get to me, but no. She basically just quickly does a single hot water pour over of some coffee grounds into one cup, calls out quickly "small black coffee" and turns back away just as fast without any eye contact or further explanation about the delay or skipping me to help all those other people first...and goes back to whatever cleaning or stocking she was working on (not any other customer orders since there was still no one else there ordering or waiting inside). My actual drink time took about 30-60 seconds to make....90 seconds tops. Why that needed to get a 5-8 minute quote, get bumped behind 5 other people's orders that came in and ordered after me whose orders took at least as long or longer than mine to make...I still have no idea. All of that experience still could've been saved by being pleasant and/or apologetic about the delay or just completely being forgotten about, but nope...just an IDGAF attitude instead. Open during the coronavirus pandemic! I haven't had Starbucks in 2 months and couldn't wait any longer... I arrived at exactly 1:30pm drive thru line Friday 5/1. Total wait time (in DRIVE THRU line, ordering, paying/getting drinks) was 25 minutes! Yes, the line looks long, but expected...and no complaints - one of my favorite coffee shops I enjoy in the area, and I missed so much! There was a different staff member taking orders and paying, which allows for smooth, good workflow (I noticed in the past it's usually the same staff member taking orders & when you pay/receive drink). Staff members are wearing mask and gloves. I appreciate that. I ordered my usual grande iced vanilla soy latte I get from any Starbucks and it was consistent! My sister ordered her usual grande iced guava white tea w/ lemonade base and that was consistent and delicious as well! Thank you for staying open! read more

Unquestionably the longest lines ever both inside and out. I've come here multiple times hoping it was just 1 bad experience but it's not. I'll be driving the extra 5-10 min to go to a different one that will serve me faster. We went once and they said it would be 35 min wait before ordering. This time we waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes. If you have nowhere else to be come here. Otherwise avoid it. The drinks are good when you do eventually get them but certainly not worth the wait. read more

The kind barista offered me an alternative to cold brew, after she had seen me waiting around for 10 minutes (usually cold brew takes less than five minutes). I was in a rush so the offer to sub out for nitro was fine with me. But the cashier supervisor basically denied me that and improperly swapped out the cold brew leg so I ran out of time and left with only the food portion of my order. I like this Starbucks mainly because the staff is energized and nice EXCEPT for the cashier I dealt with today at 2:30pm. I asked to remove a item from my order and not only did she suck her teeth but she added an eye roll and when I wanted to get the BOGO that my app alerted me to use she got frustrated when I didn't know I didn't need to scan a "coupon". My daughters friend ordered after I walked away and not knowing the sandwich she got would be automatically heated up she simply asked if her sandwich could be warmed up and the clerk says "Nah I'm just gonna give it to you raw" with another eye roll. I was surprised to see a Starbucks employee with that behavior at this location or at any Starbucks for that matter. On top of that there was no one in front or behind me. Like I said everyone else there is always so pleasant so she won't be hard to notice of you ever go to this location. This job can be pretty demanding and it's not for everyone . I really wanted this Starbucks to be good because it's so close and has a drive through but it's just not. The last to go order I placed was literally just sitting on the counter next to two stuck together drink treys and a handful of straws what looked like thrown in that general direction. They also got the bagel bites wrong. I ordered plain but ended up with the everything ones. Definitely not the Starbucks experience I expect or get other places. And god forbid you ask them to correct anything. The attitudes of the staff working sometimes are just unpleasant. Don't get me wrong some of the crew here are super sweet and great but the handful with serious attitude problems really have ruined this location for me. Too bad because there are two other locations really close by so I guess I'll just take my business there. Update: I wanted to give this place one more try but alas I should have just let it go. I ordered a blueberry oat meal. And they gave me molded blueberries where the package was partially opened. Pictures below. I don't frequent this location often, but tonight I had a crazy craving for a lemonade(at like 9:30pm, and they close at 10pm). I drove and found them still open, and I placed my order. I originally wanted a peach tea lemonade, but they were all out of peach. The guy working made another recommendation for me, and we chatted for a bit about it, before I pulled around. I told him and the others inside that were in earshot that I hated coming so late since I knew they were closing soon, and they all were totally chill about it. The guy asked me about my day, I told him I'm in the military and it was a long day of traveling, we chit chatted for maybe 2-3 minutes while the drink was being made, before he handed it to me, and I left. I know for some, it might not mean much, but this type of customer service is greatly appreciated...especially after a long day, and knowing that my order may have slowed down them cleaning for closing.
