Stopped in after enjoying the new Mario movie with my grandson. This Starbucks is located in a new walkable/livable concept in Seaside. The store was very clean and we were greeted immediately. The lady was very polite and very helpful with my grandson's questions. She was very patient with me as I could not decide today. . I had a white chocolate mocha and a chocolate chip cookie. Their cookies are always amazing regardless of your preference. My grandson chose a cake pop - the frog after several questions. He was pleased and I received an education. Lol. Seems that in lieu of what's going on right now that this entire crew this morning (4/13) (9:20am) does not care about Starbucks as a company. If this is the case why would they then care about the individual customer. Myself and the lieutenant of the Marina Police Department stood in line for literally 3 1/2 minutes with out any of the 8 crew member acknowledging us. The Lieutenant walked out and stated he can't wait, I walked out and ordered in my application. Went across the shopping center to pull funds from an ATM. Walked back in and grabbed my coffee. Of course when I asked for the person in charge and made them aware of the situation. I got the shifting of the weight, subtle rolling of the eyes, with a hint of are you done! Then the same barista said don't get me cups right now. I need your support here. I hope I'm not the only one who notices this.... But every time I've gone to this Starbucks location, whatever drink I get... Never tastes right. Any other location I go to the drinks taste the same as they always have and everything is fine. Whether it be a hot latte or Frappuccino, the taste is just off... i've noticed it more so with any of their Matcha green tea drinks. Today for example I got an iced Matcha latte, and it tastes terrible. I don't know if the ingredients that they're using have gone bad, or what. Today I surprisingly didn't sit in the drive-through line for over 30 minutes, which I've also noticed is pretty standard there as well. I came here for a pumpkin spice latte, and I was not disappointed. They made the drink correctly. This is a large Starbucks that offers a Wi-Fi and a work area. I would say the staff is not too friendly perhaps as they're busy. The wait for drinks was reasonable. This is feedback for this establishment to recognize and hopefully improve the way they treat their customers. Good and bad behaviors start at the top. I am a regular Starbucks customer, since I moved, I stopped coming to this particular location. I was in the area and decided order in my regular Starbucks drink through the drive-thru. I asked for a Venti, iced blonde Americano and a side of pumpkin cold foam. This is a drink I'll order when in season. A supervisor by the name of Stephanie was taking my order. When I order a side of pumpkin cold foam, it usually costs me $1.25. Stephanie rang me up for a Venti iced blonde Americano and she said that she needed to charge me five dollars for the side of pumpkin cold foam. I let her know that I am a regular and it normally cost $1.25. Stephanie let me know that she was the supervisor in charge, and previously people that have rang me up. Do not know how to ring up a side of cold foam. She gave me attitude and the tone in her voice changed right away. I asked to speak to the store manager and she said that she was the only manager at the moment. There was complete silence then she rudely said, "what do you want me to do for you" in a very rude tone. I normally don't contact corporate, lthough horrible customer service is unacceptable. In this case, I did contact corporate. Unfortunately, they could not take down the exact name of the person that I was dealing with. I want the store manager to read this message so hopefully other people do not have to deal with such attitude. Like I said, in the beginning, behaviors start from the top. If your a person of authority and your employees, see this kind of behavior, more than likely, others will start to treat customers the same way. I hope things get better for this location. Consistently disappointing. Don't order more than one drink per ticket. They will make one and forget the second every time. You will have to ask and wait another 10-20 minutes. Don't expect them to stir the contents of your drink together either. Instead you can do it yourself in your car while trying not to spill sticky coffee on the side of the cup and your car/clothes. read more

It's a Starbucks inside the Target store in Marina! Can be very convenient! When I ordered an iced hazelnut macchiato from this particular Starbucks, it was made quickly, served up with a smile and tasted very good, so I don't have any complaints! There is quite a bit of seating to the left of the counter towards the back. I was picking up my drink at the counter and taking my first sip, when I heard this attractive gal beside me say in a stern, domineering tone: "I want a tall blond with (a) room!", ...and I damn near spit up my first sip, because I thought she was talking to me, a tall blond ...haha! I had been up since 630 because I've been taking my boyfriend to work. He was sweet enough to give me a $100 bill so I could pay a bill for him and get myself some coffee. Since the store didn't open until 9am, I went to Starbucks to grab a Skinny Mocha first. The batista, ASHLEY, who wears huge glasses, informed me that she couldn't accept a $100 bill. Miranda was so incredibly rude to my girlfriend and i today. We visit Starbucks more often then we should and always have a pleasant experience and order the same drinks! While here Miranda was incredibly rude taking our order and cared more about looking at her phone. After recieving our drinks and stepping outside to take a sip we noticed one drink tasted like water with a splash of strawberry in it. I brought the drink back in and apologized to her for doing so and asked if she could remake it because it did taste like water only, to which she replied "i guess" with an eye roll and continued to be extremely rude by telling me this is how she always makes it and placed the drink as far as possible from me after making it. I can understand being rude if a customer is treating you badly but to just come up and apologize for a drink as a customer and be as nice as possible because mistakes happen just to have someone be so incredibly rude is beyond me. Horrible experience! The staff at the In Store Starbucks in Target at Marina told my kids they were no longer serving frappacinos and hot drinks an hour and a half before closing. Only to see the staff serving fraps to adult customers less than 15min after my kids were at the counter. Classic case of DISCRIMINATION. I went in to shop on a Saturday morning around 9... The service was below par for a SB franchise. Both employees working seemed to struggle with their knowledge of the menu products and while they failed to put anything in the food display, they were reluctant to let me know what they had. The Starbucks inside the Target, not the new one across the street. Very friendly, fast service. Ordered my very first hot Bacon, Gouda & Egg Breakfast Sandwich - and it did come out hot. It sure seemed fresh, however, it had as close to no flavor as it would be possible to get, not even a hint of bacon, or any other ingredient.
