Singh had great customer service to me and my friend today very helpful and patient we got a bunch of snacks and drinks

Excellent service! Owner is super nice and funny, definitely my favorite store to go to

I do not recommend buying any hot dogs or taco rolls from this place. I walked in and saw the clerk holding a dog in her arms just inches away from the hot food dispenser. Absolutely disgusting. Dog hair, dog saliva, dog dead skin...dog poop...that's what you will be eating.. Zero stars, thumbs down. read more

Sinah was incredibly helpful and appointed me in the right direction for everything i needed. He was also very nice ringing me up for the night. 10/10 customer service read more

Best service i have ever had very welcoming staff my go to 7/11 for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The main clerk refused to let my pregnant wife use the restroom, claiming it was "out of order." Funny enough, that seems to be their usual excuse based on other reviews and past visits. It's incredibly disrespectful and inhumane--especially to deny a pregnant woman. I wouldn't recommend this 7-Eleven to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

Cashier Singh was a boss and helped put in the syrup in the slurpee machine in bring your own cup day. He was super friendly and took immediate action when anything was requested! 10/10 will be back again read more

Usually a clean quick environment. Today I was harassed by a little lady about my backpack. I carry it everywhere. She was yelling from behind the counter, following me in the store, and eventually rudely pointing at a sign with her pointer finger expressing hostility. I'm assuming she created the sign. It was in the corner where it's difficult to see and poory designed.. Regardless of this paper sign, it is not a law to leave your belongings at the door. I definitely did not appreciate being harassed, ruining my morning. According to other reviews, this is not the first occurrence. read more

I had a really good experience at this 7 eleven, the man that rang me and my friends up was super nice and help! I will be back!

If negative review is available, I'll make this negative review. This is the worst 711 store I visited on my whole life. All employees are so rude as hell. read more

I wanted to share my truly positive experiences I have had at the 7-Eleven on 3076 Del Monte Blvd, Marina, CA. Singh is so welcoming. Be it chicken wings, a beer or anything else he will quickly jump to help. The guy works nonstop running the entire store by himself. Hats off to Singh and 7-11 for servicing our community. The store's staff, particularly employee Singh, provide exceptional service. His dedication and willingness to assist customers are incredibly impressive. From assisting with the selection of snacks, to efficiently processing transactions, Singh consistently demonstrated a welcoming and helpful demeanor. It was remarkable to observe him managing the entire store single-handedly, maintaining a remarkably efficient and clean environment. He clearly goes above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience, and his hard work significantly benefits the community. This deserves to be recognized and commended. read more

i had a coupon for a free small slurpee and i went to redeem it but i accidentally used a medium cup. the man at the register pointed it out and i was ready to pay for the medium anyways, but he said that it was on him time because i was unaware. he also let me keep the coupon and he was very nice to my friends and i. read more

I travel all through california. When my work carries me to Monterey I stay in marina, ca. I come to this 7-11 , and I've never had a need to ever be disrespectful to the employees nor had they ever been rude. But the little Asian lady that works in the morning is bad business. I once went in with my own coffee cup.... I forgot my wallet in my work truck.... told an older white lady I'd be right back and left my coffee cup in the store. When I came back the asian lady started to yell(Yes yell) at me that where was the other coffee I stole at. I was confused since it was only me and my cup was still in the store to which I came back in to pay. That lady is rude , lucky she works in marina, and not the bay area because people don't deal with bad attitudes. Won't be back here again. Shame liked their coffee read more

This place is getting five stars today because they were the only gas station in the area that does not extort money out of the customer for a credit card purchase, the only way anyone buys $80 worth of gas in 2023. On top of that fact, they were the lowest price gas on the block. Sure the pumps were slow and my hand smelled like gas after I walked away, but I did not feel as ripped off as I would have if I had gone to any of the other nearby gas stations. read more

The cashier who's there most of the days I stop is very nice. He helps make sure you get any possible discounts and is super friendly. Glad I live close to this one. read more

The gas pump card readers don't work. The same pumps have issues and they still haven't fixed them. The Exxon just up the road new pumps, reads card on first try and has printer paper for receipts. read more

7-Eleven - Pumps fail to read cards. - Convenience Stores Near Me - Marina, California

This is based on customer service by the female that is there most of the time during the day, she must be the owner since she would be fired if she were an em[ployee. She acts as if she is doing you a favor waiting on you, she ignores you until she is ready to take your money. She is on the phone all the time I have never been in there when she wasn't talking on the phone. I have even seen her make a call while waiting on a customer, She is rude and I have only heard her say thank you one time she is usually busy taking on the phone. She dosen't even stop talking on the phone to greet customers she just stares at them and continues talking on the phone. You would think that corporate would do something about her being rude to customers. read more

Super Big Gulps cost $3.59 (!) each, and must be dispensed by attendant. Gas pump out of receipt paper. Sun has bleached gas pumps on east side of station screen's to the point of being unreadable. On the plus side, they do have caffeine-free Diet Coke ... I am betting the most expensive caffeine-free Diet Coke in California! I will not return. read more

I have been going here for 10 years and have seen attendants come and go. Gas pumps that are finicky. Prices that are crazy high for some items. In all this time I have gone here because they are always open and are a huge convenience for when I am in a rush and need it now. All the pumps are fixed I noticed as well. The staff have always been helpful and respectful and that's all I need from a CONVENIENCE STORE. Don't expect gold flake on your hot wings. Just be happy what you want is there and it is always available 24hrs. Thank you 7-Eleven. -Marina Local read more

I always go to this store and I'm cool with everybody that works there but The asian dude that works there is the rudest employee ever he always talks about god to others and when I ask for some dutches for second time cause he walked away and he was bumping music so he can barely hear me but he had the nerve to tell me " A please would of been nice". Even though every time he there working he is so mean to me for no reason at all. read more

I have lived in Marina for 7 years and this store has always had kind and courteous employees until recently that is. The father and son that work as cashiers are not only rude with no customer service abilities but they also lack basic hygiene. Surely there must be better options out there. For the sake of your store, please stop scrapping the bottom of the barrel. read more

Really run down. Gas machines always have broken or cracked screens and security tapes always voided. They never hire enough people and the cashiers are always trying to do a million things at once. read more

The dirtiest most unorganized 711 I've ever been to. Told the guy cashier in the register "from all the 7-Eleven stores I've been to, this is the dirtiest" his reply... " Oh well you don't have to come back again" smh. Shittiest 711 ever. Shitty employees read more

Dropping in here for a coconut water before heading back to Silicon Valley, I noticed they didn't have much of a selection. I usually prefer a Zico, or One, but with some of the older 7/11's I've tended to notice they stock more soda and haven't ridden the wave of coconut water. The store was clean and the service was friendly. Other than an unusual nametag on the cashier the visit was fairly un-noteworthy. I'd be back. read more

Since the selling of this location, the quality and effort just is not there. The workers are rude and angry, un knowledgeable of the products they sell, they yell at each other in front of customers, and just have no want to offer good service. it's so much easier to just go to a different gas station at this point. It's obvious the new owners don't care at all compared to the previous owners. I'm always polite cuz I get how the service industry is. So instead of constantly complaining, I'll just take my money elsewhere. read more

Nothing against the service whatsoever, I just wanted to warn the employees and owner that I bought the smaller jug of reduced fat milk today and it has gone sour. Most likely not delivered properly. The date was still good but the product is absolutely spoiled. There is no way they would have known but I wanted to warn you that you might have a batch of sour milk. I tried calling a few times but no one answered. read more

This 7-11 is an interesting display of contrasts! There are two clerks in the morning who are friendly, polite, helpful, and generally excellent, Norman and Karl. On the other hand, there are two other clerks (who do not wear name tags) who are short, rude, unhelpful, and do not seem to know words like "Thank you." One even tried to keep my change! The only reason I go to the 7-11 is convenience, those days I'm likely to go past another 7-11 I go there. Except for Norman and Karl, this place is a disgrace to the 7-11 chain. And if I encounter the rude clerks much more, I'm likely to quit going here altogether. read more

This place had the cheapest gas price I found in the Monterey area. Some of the other customers were schetchy though the place is right across from the police station. Great place to get cheap gas at a low price. read more

Been going here for gas for a while now. Its convenient and cheapish. Today, their pumps were down, but rather than say anything over the intercom or come out when 10 people were driving in circles, they waited til we had all swiped our cards at different pumps trying to get it to work. Then this lady comes out and says all the pumps are down. So I had swiped my card twice. I went down the street to a different station, and swipe there and now there's a $75 hold on my card because I've swiped it at all of these pumps. I call my bank. They can't remove the hold. Won't be back to this place. Customer service is important, even at gas stations. read more
