The Slowest McDonalds in United States. If you use drive through forget about it. Most of the time this place is inaccessible because the car line is so long. You will wait 20min minimum to get food here. Food is average most of the time it's not fresh so I don't understand why this place has an eternal line. McDonald's food quality been going downhill for a years now smaller nuggets and thinner patties. Ambiance is bleak typical busy small shopping center with homeless people waiting with signs. Little piece of advice: if you're a customer using the drive through and instead of getting your order at the window they tell you to park outside and wait for them to bring you your food, just tell them "no thank you, I'll wait right here". My big mac is always served up hot and fresh ..goes great with their great tasting french fries. I want to clarify that this is the first time I've had a problem at this McDonald's location, but I feel like I can't stay silent, because many people might go through the same bad experience--if they haven't already. Today I ordered a simple Frappuccino through the app, hoping to avoid the line and save time before heading to work. However, when I arrived, the drive-thru was completely full, and there was absolutely no parking available. I had to leave my car far away and walk into the restaurant. Inside, I found several frustrated and desperate customers who told me they had been waiting way too long for their orders. None of the staff would make eye contact, and the worst part: a woman in a yellow shirt, who seemed to be the manager or supervisor, was behaving very strangely, as if she were under the influence of drugs or alcohol. She wasn't helping anyone, just walking around saying nonsense, ignoring customers and being rude. And they were absolutely right. Not only was it obvious that this person was not sober, but she also wasn't doing her job at all. She wasn't helping customers, just standing around. The only ones actually working were the team behind her, who looked at her with faces that clearly said, "move out of the way if you're not going to help." She was a distraction and an obstacle. The most frustrating part: she made me wait over 30 minutes just to answer one simple question. She was holding my Frappuccino in her hand and still tried to force me to go through the drive-thru again just to pick it up. That wasn't just unhelpful--it was disrespectful. She showed no professionalism, no leadership, and no empathy. She is in no way fit to be a manager or deal with customers. Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. That woman should not be in charge of anything. She's lucky I didn't throw the Frappuccino in her face, because she deserved it. Many tables needed to be wiped down and the employees didn't seem to care. The Big Mac is a small burger that is for a kid. Absolutely nothing big about it. After a long hiatus i have returned ,and it is not a good one. This McDonald's is close to my home and I visit the location about twice a week. I've noticed that every interaction gets worse. The staff always rushes us when we are ordering , there has been 4 times that they have forgotten an item in our order. The girl who is usally at the first window at night is so rude and the guy with the pink hair needs to be fired, you should not speak to customers the way he did , they have conversations while they are taking payment and do not even acknowledge their customers. They greeted us at the counter right away, were pleasant and took our order and food arrived quickly, fast food, right :) Big Mac was hot and all the components were as expected and the Filet-o-fish was the typical delicious sponge burger I remember as a kid. I truly appreciate their comfort food. I will be returning there soon. I love it. My favorite burger is the quarter pounder with salted meat without cheese (as I allergic to American cheese, a real bummer really). My snack is a small fry with salt because without just defeats the whole experience. Also, I am proud and grateful to the staff, my coworkers, for being such wonderful, sweet, and protective people. This restaurant lacks quality control and sometimes the orders are incomplete. It's difficult sometimes to make sure orders are complete until arriving home and are about ready to begin eating. Today is April 22nd 2019. Now that the remodel is complete, I am revising my original posting. Stars are now turned down to One. Because of the new kiosks being used. You must order electronically, and if you don't, you are greeted at the counter with distain. On my first visit back, I walked up to the counter to order a coffee, I was the only customer in the lobby, I was asked to return to the kiosk and place my order. But you still pay at counter...so after stretching my neck looking for hostess, she appears from the back with a scoul on her face, is visible annoyed, so at that point I made it clear I was not returning, with that she turned and engaged her phone, WOW, McDonald's remodels personalities too??? Drop the attitude your not in the driver's seat!!! Management should do more front counter aka hospitality training or fire those just there to collect a pay check. I ordered a McFlurry with hot fudge and they I swear to you, filled a cup with vanilla ice cream, topped it with so much Oreo and hot fudge that I couldn't even eat it, I tried switching cups and all the hot fudge oozed out along with the Oreos, I was left with a cup of $13 ice cream because I used door dash. I'm so sad to have to leave a bad review today, this location in Marina had been doing so well these Past few months. Today was very frustrating, I ordered 40 pieces chicken nuggets and I always check the bag before I leave because it's a common mistake to forget the sauce. Sauce was missing, I asked the lady for sweet and sour. She handed me salsa packets, I said "no sweet and sour", she then hands me syrup..lol I said said, no Sweet an sour for the 40 peice..she went and got help. A different lady came to window, what do you need? I said again.. sweet and sour for the 40 peice. She response irritated, "it's probably at the bottom of the bag". "I checked it's not" she then hands me two packets...I said I got a 40 peice. She even more irritated slams four more packets in my hand. This is a teaching moment...I too work in customer service.
