Ordered the family meal and everything was made fresh and was very delicious. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

Located in a house converted to a restaurant. It has its own small parking lot and street parking available. Good selection of food items to choose from and I liked that they asked if we wanted the fish/oyster sauce or not. It has been a long time since I had really good Chinese food and this place checked that box. It was all good. We had the family meal C and swapped out the prawns for another item with no issues. Quality and flavor of the food was excellent and they also have boba available. I would highly recommend this place and plan on eating there again.

Chef Steven is an accomplished chef from SF who decided to open a small restaurant in Marina, and we are so lucky he did! We love his pasta dishes, risotto, ribeye steak and filet mignon. The sauces and flavors blend perfectly; the steaks are tender and juicy; and nothing beats pasta made in-house! You can taste the freshness in the ingredients he cooks with, and we learned that everything is made in-house from the rolls and hamburger buns to the pasta. You can taste the difference! We also enjoyed his egg drop and wonton soups. So good! Annie always greets you with a smile, and we noticed she knew many customers by name. Just a note that good food is not fast food! If you are in a hurry, you may want to call in your order beforehand. So happy to support this small local business that offers Chef Steven's culinary talents and delicious dishes to the community!

We have waited two years (almost to the day!) to come back to see Annie and her sweet husband! The food is SO good that we often reminisce and wish we lived closer! Any time we are in town, this is the very first place we come to eat. Annie's husband is a highly accomplished chef who left the big city to open this quaint lil gem of a restaurant. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed!

A great family owned restaurant that serves great food and service. Annie and her husband are delightful. I ate here with my parents a while ago (I believe it was Christmas) and even they approve of this place! My mom has dietary restrictions and Annie was helpful with ensuring and modifying the dishes to my mom's needs. We've also ordered take out from here and although nothing beats freshly made food, it was still great! The quality goes above and beyond just the food- the service makes you feel at home and welcomed. Just a heads up, there is very limited seating due to it being a fairly small building. I'm not sure how busy it usually gets as I usually see mostly people doing take out but do plan accordingly especially with a group that's bigger than 4!

I had heard about Annie's House a few months ago and had to give it a go. I called in my order of shrimp fried rice, salt & pepper shrimp & sweet n sour shrimp. I had walked into the restaurant a lil early. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. I noticed several framed articles, well as a plaque, acknowledging the chef for his outstanding work. Chef asked me to try the salt & pepper shrimp. I did. It was amazing! The best I've ever had. It's seasoned perfectly. You have to like pepper tho. I tasted a hint of honey in the batter. Hot and very delicious. Chef also shared with me a coveted photo album of his many amazing culinary accomplishments during his culinary competitions. Not only is he an amazing chef, he also had designed intricate ice sculptures. In all of the photos, his food was beautifully displayed with gorgeous ice sculptures. Once home, we dove right into the food. The fried rice was very tasty and didn't lack shrimp. There were lots of plump succulent shrimp. The sweet & sour shrimp was packaged separately from the sauce to keep the shrimp crispy. We coated our shrimp with the sauce on our plate. Absolutely delicious. There was a perfect balance in the sweet n sour flavors. Everything was made to perfection. I can totally appreciate all of master chef's knowledge and preparation of his food. Thank you Annie for your wonderful hospitality. I truly appreciated talking to you and hearing of all you and your husband's(master chef Stephen Lo) accomplishments and awards. I totally recommend this restaurant in everything it has to offer. I will totally come back as soon as I can. Especially, since chef told me that I need to try the fried chicken! I honestly cannot wait.

As a veteran, I gladly pay full price and tip well to ensure this excellent restaurant stays in business. There aren't many good Chinese food places in the area, and this one is excellent in not only Chinese cuisine, but other cuisines as well.

They had music playing but not too loud. Waitress continued to check on us through out the meal. The kids pancake was as thick as other restaurants short stack. Bacon was cooked crispy (good in our opinion). My fried rice and linguica was delicious. Eggs cooked perfectly. Wish the linguica was a bit warmer but it was still good. Waiter and all of the dates we interacted with were very nice. Food was good, country potatoes were boiled and not fried and not seasoned great, but everything else was diner style and tasted good. Here's the issue on why I'm giving 3 stars: it was Sunday brunch, which I know can be busy and hectic and crazy. They had no host and so when people were coming in when the tables were full, the seating situation was managed poorly. The staff tried to tag team but it didn't work out super well and some people got sat before others who came earlier, simply because they were waiting outside. It was just kind of crazy and personally I think a hostess is an important position you can't just not have. I highly recommend when the diner is at capacity to have a staff member stop what they are doing and focus solely on the hostess stand.

The burger for the locos were excellent and the gravy.....I coulda asked for a cup of gravy just to drink on the road! I tried most of the food and I had some mixed feelings: the katsu could not stand alone and needed the sauce, the Mac salad was lacking in flavor--maybe a tad too much on the sweet side. The loco moco was also a bit bland for me. The roasted pork was tender and tasty. My daughter liked the spicy kalbi fries-and my son loved the beef. This is a place mainly for take out. Only 2 small tables inside with a couple of larger tables outdoors. Plenty of parking in a shared lot with other businesses.
