My visit today was inspired by my elite, Nancy. Reviews at Starbucks can be inconsistent. It depends on the service. My service was the same as last review of this location. Pleasant staff, cordial, friendly, very engaging, and I received service with a smile. This is most definitely dressed down, casual but people come before work, dressed up. You can dine-in and use the net because they have Wi-Fi or read a book or you can your order to go. This Starbucks fully represents the Starbucks brand. All Starbucks should follow the examples of customer service presented here. I came in on a recommendation to get the Strawberry Matcha Loaf, so I picked up two and a Tall ( small) caramel macchiato. There's only 8 billion Starbucks in the world (I'm rounding) so a review for one specific spot doesn't mean too much. The only thing worth nothing about this storefront is their semi-recent facelift (perhaps a little over a year ago?) and the fact that Manhasset has a way of making things feel a little...different. I don't know, maybe it's just me. I guess I've been in other Starbucks that emanate a coffee classiness, though for whatever reason, this oddly-shaped establishment also gives off a level of coziness. It's tough to explain, but whenever I've gone in (the handful of times), I've always felt welcomed. The employees have been friendly and informative, and well, the prices are what they are (in the end, it's Starbucks, like I said). Despite the cost, any Starbucks that carries their nitro cold brew on tap has a place in my heart. That stuff is a true shot in the arm when in need of some real coffee flavor (it helps too that it tastes a little like a stout). I will usually add sweet cream to it just for that hint of, well, sweetness, but it's still a nice drink to go for when looking for something a little more unique and Manhasset rocks this item nicely. Overall, however you slice it, this semi-cute coffee location has done well in delivering the Manhasset area with plenty of caffeinated concoctions. I'll continue to visit this Starbucks when in the area (which is quite often) and in need for a second round pick-me-up. The Starbucks is currently open for delivery and pick up. Customers are only allowed to wait outside due to limited space and keeping social distance. The business hours has been updated during COVID-19 from 6am to 6pm. The service was slow but friendly. We highly recommend to order via mobile app to skip the line. We had a matcha latte with soy milk & my favorite double smoked bacon sandwich and the food & drink were decent with no complaints. read more

Food and drinks here are meh.. ok, but no spoon? Seriously? Cinnamon Shortbread Latte - Too sweet! Regular Ice Coffee - OK per the husband.. Brownie - Too small! Blueberry Oatmeal - OK simply because it is DIY so you can choose the amount of brown sugar of syrup you want to put in the oatmeal.. that goes for the blueberries to Banana nut bread Swung by for pickup while in the neighborhood. I'm new to drinking coffee and really only make what I know I like at home, so I came in with a bunch of questions I was admittedly a little self-conscious about asking. Belissa the barista went above and beyond to answer my questions and make me recommendations! She was patient and energetic, and genuinely enthusiastic about discussing coffee with me (as were all the baristas behind the counter). This is a nice location next to a bank that allowed people to leave there car while getting coffee at this shop. I liked the idea of these two businesses working together to help each other. I was also impressed with the way that the team was able to move so many people through the system quickly and without any confusion. There was plenty of seating with and without tables and some nice cushy chairs. Not a big store but there location had plenty of people going in land out. I always find it easier to pre-order on the phone app and all I have to to is pickup my order. As always... KUDOS to the team.... read more

This location is horrible. I come each morning, having used the mobile app and they have yet to fulfill it correctly. Each time I roll in they are talking or eating, and seem truly surprised that there are drinks and food to make. If you are the franchise owner of this spot I would strongly encourage you to visit your morning crew (6-7 am, weekdays). It's usually super messy, workers running around eating food and not engaging with customers, rather prepping for the day, etc. horrible customer service and quality of follow through. read more

This is the only place in the neighborhood that makes a really good cold brew, so it gets 5 stars from me. They also have a huge crush of business but the baristas always manage to pull it off with a smile, I know it's hard work but they don't let it show. Keep it up guys! read more

Love my local starbucks. The employees are always helpful and nice. Its a small location on a corner. It has plenty of seating with free wifi. Its really clean. One drawback is that there is no drive through. They always make my drinks in a short amount of time. Never get annoyed on line :) Got the mixed berry tea. Really good. Has pieces of real berry in there :) there were no additional sweeteners added but still sweet My favorite of all time is the vanilla bean frap with the cookie straw . Kind of a hub in town. There is almost never parking in the tiny parking lot so I recommend expecting to park elsewhere. Other than that it's exactly what you would expect. Which is a good thing. read more

I was adamant on buying my drink here as opposed to buying it around work in NYC as I didn't want to walk with my drink around before getting to work... I am glad I missed my train and had a lot of time to come here. I ordered my usual peach green tea lemonade and it was one of the best I've from all the Starbucks I've visited lately. It didn't lack in anything. Drinks from Starbucks are very inconsistent depending on where you go... They don't fill up the cup, it is missing lemonade or syrup, it is too watery or full of ice, or it is like 1" of foam (even w/teas if they shake it too much)... My drink was perfect... I will definitely come back again :-) Update: I had to update this review, my tea didn't taste the same this time... Plus way too much ice... Two scoops of ice in my venti sized tea... So disappointed! I already finished 2/3 of my drink by the time I walked to the train station... Now I am left with more than half a of ice and very little to drink read more

This starbucks is differentiated from all other starbucks because of it's close proximity to the Manhasset train station. Same starbucks fare as normal; parking is kind of hard as Plandome road is busy, but nothing beats sitting down here with a cup of tea or coffee while being only a block and a half from the train station. read more

While parking can be tough here at any time of the day, this Starbucks is much better than the one in nearby Great Neck. Lines move quickly and the staff is efficient in making the drinks and remembering customers orders. The place is well kept and they have the Clover machine. There are some tables near the door like Stefanie D. mentioned but there is also a high bar style seating area and some more tables away from the door, so you can just move if the "wind tunnel" is forming. Parking in front, and I've never seen anyone towed from the adjoining lot. read more

You get to know the baristas. They are nice here. Pleasant place to grab the wife's tea. You can park on the street or in the Bank's lot next door if the lot is full. And from 7:45 to 8:15 am, it is always full. Parents that just dropped off their kids at school all getting their morning fix. Come earlier or later. read more

Great Starbucks in the town of Manhasset. Friendly staff, great service and right near LIRR which is a definite plus. It is not one of the larger sized Starbucks, it has more of a quint hometown feeling. There is nice seating and free WiFi. My favorite eat here is their egg white wrap with spinach and feta. I am not a fan of this Starbucks location. The barista's were extremely crabby that someone made a large mobile order and could be heard complaining the whole time. My tall flat white tasted bitter and burnt, and not like my typical drink order. My drink order was not called out loud so I did not actually know it was completed. Luckily I do not live or work in Manhasset so I will not have to come to this Starbucks location often. read more

The locals and staff are friendly. Of course if you head in before 10am you will be met with a line but it goes fairly quickly. I usually get the java chip frap, the smores frap or the vanilla bean. Try the caramel macchiato!! read more

I always hop around to different locations; never really sticking to one place to be considered "A regular". I finally had my epiphany somewhere around my 3rd or 4th visit here. After watching other "regulars" greet the baristas and carry on various conversations, I've often wondered what would take. To my surprise I was kindly greeted by Kasey and then immediately asked if I wanted my regular green tea soy latte. At first I didn't respond and Kasey laughed (I assumed this happened often enough). To me not at Starbucks are the same, this location was kept very clean and tidy. The glass door and windows are continually wiped away of fingerprints and oils. The stock is kept up; customers are able to order as they choose without having to worry. The staff is energetic and helpful, even at 6:50 in the morning. I can see where parking can become and issue. They have a very small parking lot that consists of approximately 6 spots. Since they are on a corner of a small street and a busy road, you can find street parking. read more

Try a different location if you are in the Manhassett area. It is overcrowded and there are not enough parking spaces to accommodate the customers. You will most likely not have any space to set up your computer and/or hang out. If you've decided to stop here while driving through Manhasset, I'd strongly consider going to the Dunkin Donuts across the street or another SBUX. The place is packed to the brim and the staff is very slow to the punch (poor quality of service). Definitely a poorly managed coffee shop that desperately needs better training. I assume the positive reviews here are mostly from locals who have never been to another SBUX. read more

Convenient location and surprisingly spacious inside. There's plenty of seating inside and out, but also laid out in a way that doesn't feel crowded. Service was friendly and quick. There's parking available in a small lot outside that fills up quickly or there's street parking. Baristas like James, Raffi and Rob stand out and take pride in their work. They go the extra mile and make you feel welcome. James has an uncanny memory and remembers my orders better than I do.
