The people at the front dest assured me that I would receive a call from the manager to address this. Never happened. Now one might think that the appropriate response would be we're are very sorry for your loss and we understand how this happened. If you did you would be absolutely wrong. I did dispute the charge for the second day with my credit card company because I never heard from the establishment, but through months of back and forth these people still refused to budge.
